Description
で示されるテトラヒドロナフタレンスルホン酸イオンと、一般式(2)
で示されるナフタレンスルホン酸イオンとを含有し、電解重合法により形成されたポリピロールからなることを特徴とする。

図1を参照して、一端面(3.26mm×0.90mm面)に陽極リード部材10が植立されたタンタル(Ta)焼結体からなる4.36mm×3.26mm×0.90mmの直方体の陽極体1をリン酸水溶液中で陽極酸化を行ない、その表面に誘電体皮膜2を形成し、下記重合液を用いて電解重合を行ない、誘電体皮膜2上に固体電解質層3を形成した。次いで、この固体電解質層3上にカーボン層4、陰極引出層5を順次形成してコンデンサ素子8とした。さらに、陽極リード部材10に陽極端子20を溶接し、陰極引出層5に陰極端子21を導電性接着剤により接続した後、コンデンサ素子8の外側をエポキシ樹脂からなる外装樹脂7により被覆密封して固体電解コンデンサを作製した。
電解重合の重合液として、表1に示すモル濃度の化合物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを作製し、実施例1と同様にリフロー前後のESRを測定した。それらの結果を表1にまとめる。

Claims (4)
- 陽極体表面に、誘電体皮膜、固体電解質層を順次形成した固体電解コンデンサであって、前記固体電解質層が、ドーパントとして少なくとも、
一般式(1)
(式中、m1は0以上の整数、pは1以上の整数を表わす。また、R1は、炭素数1〜20のアルキル基を表わす。)
で示されるテトラヒドロナフタレンスルホン酸イオンと、
一般式(2)
(式中、m2は0以上の整数、qは1以上の整数を表わす。また,R2は炭素数が1〜20のアルキル基を表わす。)
で示されるナフタレンスルホン酸イオンとを含有し、電解重合法により形成されたポリピロールからなることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 - 陽極体表面に、誘電体皮膜、固体電解質層を順次形成した固体電解コンデンサであって、前記固体電解質層が、ドーパントとして少なくとも、

を含有し、電解重合法により形成されたポリピロールからなることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 - ドーパントの全体量に対して、テトラヒドロナフタレンスルホン酸イオンが、40モル%〜80モル%である請求項1または2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- テトラヒドロナフタレンスルホン酸イオンが、ブチルテトラヒドロナフタレンスルホン酸イオンである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
