Description
−一方の面に被覆材を備える布からなる少なくとも1つの別のシートから、たて糸と、よこ糸とにより形成され、特定の幅と、製造すべき管の長さに実質的に等しい長さとを有する布からなる少なくとも2つの細長片を切り取り、
−接着材料を、細長片の各々の、被覆材にて被覆された面とは反対側の面に付着させ、
−細長片の各々を、接着剤材料にて被覆された面の2つの半面区域のうちの一方を他方に対して折り重ねることにより、2つに折り重ね、これらの細長片を折り重ねた状態に保持し、
−折り重ねた細長片の各々の2つの半面区域を互いに分離させている分離線が、2つの細長片どうしで互いに対向するようにして、該2つの細長片を配置し、該2つの細長片を第一のシートに対し長手方向に固定し、それによって管を形成する少なくとも1つの領域を決定し、
−接着防止剤を、前記領域内で互いに隣接する2つの細長片の間における第一のシートの面に付着させ、
−第二のシートを第一のシートに押し付け、接着防止剤にて被覆されていない接合領域内にて第一および第二のシートを接着剤にて互いに結合することにより該第一および第二のシートを互いに接合し、
−管を拡張させ、それによって細長片の各々の2つの半面区域を展開させ、該細長片が、第一および第二のシートが互いに接合される部分の管の内側にて角度をつけられた結合部を形成するようにし、該角度をつけられた結合部が機械的特性及び密封性を確実なものにするようにしたことを特徴とする、コーティングされた布ジャケットを連続的に製造する方法に関するものである。
−各シートの布の一方の面を被覆材にて被覆すること、
−各シートの布の両面を被覆材にて被覆すること、
−被覆材は、少なくとも1つのゴム層又は少なくとも1つのプラスチック層にて構成されること、
−折り重ねた細長片の各々の、第一のシートに対する固定は、折り重ねた細長片の各々に僅かな圧力を加え、且つ、該折り重ねた細長片の各々を加熱することにより行うこと、
−折り重ねた細長片の各々の、第一のシートに対する固定は、折り重ねた細長片の各々を第一のシートに接着剤にて結合することにより行うこと、
−接着防止剤は、例えば、接着防止剤の不融性膜、粉末、分散剤或いは溶液のような、シートの被覆材と不適合な製品により構成されていること、
−接着防止剤により被覆されていない領域内での第一および第二のシートの接着は、シートを加圧し且つこれと同時に加熱することにより行うこと、
−第一および第二のシートのたて糸は、そのシートの長手方向軸線に対し平行に延び、また、よこ糸は、たて糸に対し垂直に延びていること、
−2つの細長片のたて糸は、その細長片の長手方向軸線に対し平行に延び、また、よこ糸はたて糸に対し垂直に延びていること、
−第一のシートのたて糸は、該第一のシートの長手方向軸線に対し傾斜し、第一のシートのよこ糸は、たて糸に対し垂直に延びており、第二のシートが第一のシートに押し付けられた後、第二のシートのたて糸は、該第二のシートの長手方向軸線に対し、第一のシートのたて糸の傾斜方向と反対方向に傾斜し、第二のシートのよこ糸は、該第二のシートのたて糸に対し垂直に延びていること、
−2つの細長片のたて糸及びよこ糸は、細長片が折り重ねられる前に、第一のシートのたて糸及びよこ糸に対し同一の要領にて配置されていること、
などの態様がとられる。
本発明の別の特徴に従い、コーティングされた布ジャケットは、n個の管状領域と、n+1個の接合領域とを備えている。
図1は、全体として参照番号1で示したジャケットの一例を示す概略斜視図である。
ジャケット1は、ポリアミド又はポリエステル繊維又はその他の繊維にて製造される織地又は不織布11を備える第一のシート10から構成されている。布11は、たて糸11aと、よこ糸11bとにより形成される(図7及び図8)。この織地布11は、その面の少なくとも一方、また、図面に示した実施の形態において、その面の各々が被覆材(層)12にて被覆されている。
細長片15は、その面の1つがゴム層又はプラスチック材料層にて形成された被覆材17にて被覆された布16を備えている。被覆材17を備える側と反対側の布16の面は、接着材料18にて被覆されている。同様の要領にて、細長片25は、その面の1つが少なくとも1つのゴム層又はプラスチック材料で形成された被覆材にて被覆された布26から形成されている。被覆27を備える側と反対側の布26の面は接着材料28にて被覆されている。
次に、細長片15、25の各々を折り重ねて、接着材料18、28にて被覆された2つの半面区域をその一方が他方の上になるように折り重ね、これらの細長片15、25を図3に示すように折り重ねた状態に保持する。この要領にて折り重ねた細長片15、25は、細長片15、25の各々の半面区域を互いに分離する分離線15A、25Aが2つの細長片15,25間で互いに対向するようにして配置されることにより、第一のシート10に対し長手方向に固定され、図4に示すように、管2を形成すべき少なくとも1つの領域Aを決定する。2つの折り重ねた細長片15、25の分離距離は、製造すべき管2の直径の関数である。
シート10、20及び細長片15、25の布のたて糸とよこ糸との配置のため、ジャケット1を形成する管2は、拡張した後、図1に示すように真直ぐとなる。
この要領にて製造された円環体の直径は、角度αの値に従って調節される。該角度αは、0゜以上ないし45゜の値を有する。
本発明に従った方法は、例えば、救命いかだ、空圧ボート、可撓性のリザーバ又は浮遊型汚染防止堰、及びより全体的には、拡張可能で且つ円筒状の展開した形状体を使用するあらゆる装置のように空圧構造体を製造することを目的とする拡張可能な管の製造にて使用される。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの気密管(2)を備えた、コーティングされた布ジャケットにして、たて糸(11a;21a)とよこ糸(11b;21b)とにより形成された布(11;21)からなる、または、コーティングされた不織布からなる第一および第二の重ね合わせたシート(10;20)から形成された、コーティングされた布ジャケットを連続的に製造する方法において、
−一方の面に被覆材(17;27)を備える布からなる少なくとも1つの別のシートから、たて糸(16a;26a)と、よこ糸(16b;26b)とにより形成され、特定の幅と、製造すべき管の長さに等しい長さとを有する布(16;26)からなる少なくとも2つの細長片(15;25)を切り取り、
−接着材料(18;28)を、細長片(15;25)の各々の、被覆材(17;27)にて被覆された面とは反対側の面に付着させ、
−細長片(15;25)の各々を、接着剤材料(18;28)にて被覆された面の2つの半面区域のうちの一方を他方に対して折り重ねることにより、2つに折り重ね、これらの細長片(15;25)を折り重ねた状態に保持し、
−折り重ねた細長片(15;25)の各々の2つの半面区域を互いに分離させている分離線(15a;25a)が、2つの細長片どうしで互いに対向するようにして、該2つの細長片(15;25)を配置し、該2つの細長片を第一のシート(10)に対し長手方向に固定し、それによって管(2)を形成する少なくとも1つの領域を決定し、
−接着防止剤(30)を、前記領域内で互いに隣接する2つの細長片(15;25)の間における第一のシート(10)の面に付着させ、
−第二のシート(20)を第一のシート(10)に押し付け、接着防止剤(30)にて被覆されない接合領域内にて第一および第二のシート(10;20)を接着剤にて互いに結合することにより該第一および第二のシート(10;20)を互いに接合し、
−管(2)を拡張させ、それによって細長片(15;25)の各々の2つの半面区域を展開させ、該細長片が、第一および第二のシート(10;20)が互いに接合される部分の管(2)の内側にて角度をつけられた結合部を形成するようにし、該角度をつけられた結合部が機械的特性及び密封性を確実なものにするようになされていることを特徴とする、コーティングされた布ジャケットを連続的に製造する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、各シート(10;20)の布(11;21)の一方の面が被覆材(12;22)にて被覆されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、各シート(10;20)の布(11;21)の両面が被覆材(12;22)にて被覆されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項2または3に記載の方法において、被覆材(12;22、17;27)は、少なくとも1つのゴム層にて構成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項2または3に記載の方法において、被覆材(12;22、17;27)は、少なくとも1つのプラスチック層にて構成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、折り重ねた細長片(15;25)の各々の第一のシート(10)に対する固定は、折り重ねた細長片の各々に圧力を加え、且つ、該細長片の各々を加熱することにより行われることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし3又は5の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、折り重ねた細長片(15;25)の各々の第一のシート(10)に対する固定は、折り重ねた細長片の各々を第一のシートに接着剤にて結合することにより行われることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし7の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、接着防止剤(30)は、シート(10;20)の被覆材(12;22)と不適合な製品により構成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし8の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、接着防止剤(30)により被覆されていない領域内での第一および第二のシート(10;20)の接着は、シートを加圧し且つこれと同時に加熱することにより行われることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし9の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、第一および第二のシート(10;20)の布(11;21)のたて糸(11a、21a)は、そのシート(10;20)の長手方向軸線に対し平行に延び、また、よこ糸(11b、21a)は、たて糸(11a、21a)に対し垂直に延びることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし10の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、2つの細長片(15;25)の布(16;26)のたて糸(16a;26a)は、その細長片(15;25)の長手方向軸線に対し平行に延び、また、よこ糸(16b;26b)は、たて糸(16a;26a)に対し垂直に延びることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし11の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、拡張後の管(2)は直線状であることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし9の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、第一のシート(10)の布(11)のたて糸(11a)は、該第一のシート(10)の長手方向軸線に対し傾斜し、第一のシート(10)のよこ糸(11b)は、たて糸(11a)に対し垂直に延びており、第二のシート(20)が第一のシート(10)に押し付けられた後、第二のシート(20)の布(21)のたて糸(21a)は、該第二のシート(20)の長手方向軸線に対し、第一のシート(10)のたて糸(11a)の傾斜方向と反対方向に傾斜し、第二のシート(20)の布(21)のよこ糸(21b)は、該第二のシート(20)のたて糸(21a)に対し垂直に延びることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし9又は13の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、2つの細長片(15;25)の布(16;26)のたて糸(16a;26a)及びよこ糸(16b;26b)は、細長片(15;25)が折り重ねられる前に、第一のシート(10)のたて糸(11a)及びよこ糸(11b)に対し同一の要領にて配置されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1ないし9、13又は14の何れか1つの項に記載の方法において、拡張後の管(2)は円環体の形態を有することを特徴とする、方法。
