Description
Claims (14)
- 医療具表面に有機物質を固着させる方法であって、
対象医療具表面に有機物質を付着させるステップと、
真空チャンバ内でイオンビームを発生させるステップと、
該イオンビームで照射させるように該真空チャンバ内に前記医療具を配置するステップと、
該イオンビームで該医療具表面の有機物質を照射させるステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 有機物質付着ステップは有機物質蒸着により提供されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 有機物質付着ステップは液状有機物質との接触により提供されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 液状有機物質は揮発性溶剤中の有機物質であり、該揮発性溶剤の揮発ステップがさらに含まれていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 有機物質は、抗凝血剤、抗生物質、免疫抑制剤、血管拡張剤、抗血栓剤、抗血小板物質、コレステロール抑制剤およびそれらの組み合わせで成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- イオンビームはガスクラスタイオンビームであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- イオンビームはモノマーイオンビームであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 医療具表面に有機物質を固着させる方法であって、
真空チャンバ内でイオンビームを形成させるステップと、
該イオンビームで照射させるように該真空チャンバ内に対象医療具を配置させるステップと、
該医療具の表面を該イオンビームで照射させるステップと、
該医療具の表面に有機物質を付着させるステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 医療具表面に有機物質剤を固着させる方法であって、
真空チャンバ内で第1イオンビームを形成させるステップと、
該第1イオンビームで照射させるように該真空チャンバ内に対象医療具を配置させるステップと、
該医療具の表面を該第1イオンビームで照射させるステップと、
該医療具の表面に有機物質を付着させるステップと、
真空チャンバ内で第2イオンビームを形成するステップと、
該第2イオンビームで前記表面と付着された前記有機物質とを照射させるステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 第1イオンビームと第2イオンビームはガスクラスタイオンビームであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 第1イオンビームと第2イオンビームはモノマーイオンビームであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 医療具は冠動脈ステントであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 有機物質は、抗凝血剤、抗生物質、免疫抑制剤、血管拡張剤、抗血栓剤、抗血小板物質、コレステロール抑制剤およびそれらの組み合わせで成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 医療器具表面に有機物質を固着させる方法であって、
医療具表面に有機物質を付着させるステップと、
炭素マトリックスの層を形成するように該医療具表面を照射処理し、同時的に有機物質を該炭素マトリックスの間隙内に埋め込むステップを含んでいることを特徴とする方法。
