Description
図8は、従来の技術の基本構成を説明する図であり、従来の天然ガス駆動型乗物用の耐衝突性電磁弁101は、圧力容器102のカラー103に取付けた主弁体104と、主弁体104に形成した充填ポート105、フィードスルー孔106、出口ポート107と、中心の流通路108と、中央でねじ込んで接続したソレノイドポペット弁アセンブリ109を備える。
ソレノイドポペット弁アセンブリ109は、ソレノイド111、シール112、通路113を有し、ソレノイド111に通電すると、シール112が離れるので、天然ガスは、通路113、流通路108、出口ポート107(出口継手114)を通ってエンジン側に流れる。
そこで、仮に、シール112の材質を低温に対応する特殊なものに変更したり、圧力容器102のカラー103にねじ込んだ部分を暖めることも考えられるが、内部のシール112まで熱を伝え難く、一方、特殊な材料を使用しなくても済む、構造が望まれていた。
図1は、本発明の圧縮ガス貯蔵装置の斜視図である。
圧縮ガス貯蔵装置11は、ガスタンク12と、ガスタンク12に取付けた継手手段13と、継手手段13に接続したソレノイドバルブ14と、継手手段13に取付けた熱電対15と、ソレノイドバルブ14を制御する制御手段16とを備え、継手手段13の入口継手21に接続した管22を介して圧縮ガスを充填し、継手手段13の出口継手23に接続した管24を介して、圧縮ガスをガスタンク12から供給する。
圧縮ガスは、例えば、高圧(350kgf/cm2G又は700kgf/cm2Gに)に圧縮した水素ガスである。
トップヘッド33の中央には、継手手段13を接続するためのノズル部34を取付けた。
ノズル部34には、継手手段13を取付けるめねじ部35(図2参照)を加工した。
なお、ガスタンク12の構造は一例であり、ガスタンク12の構造(例えば、単層、多層、板厚)や、材質(鋼、アルミニウム合金、樹脂、ガラス)や、製造方法は任意である。
充填弁手段37は、既存のもので、圧縮ガスを充填する際には、充填する圧縮ガスの圧力で開き、充填を完了した際にはガスタンク12内の圧縮ガスの圧力で閉じる。
操作手段45は、例えば、スイッチやキーで、操作盤に配置したり自動車の運転席に配置する。
シート材63は、既存のもので、所望の条件を満たすものであればよい。
カバー64の孔径Dfは、ソレノイドケース55の外径Dに密着するように設定し、例えば、カバー64を圧入などの方法で挿入する。
図4は、本発明の圧縮ガス貯蔵装置に用いたソレノイドバルブの斜視図である。
カバー64はまた、ソレノイドバルブ14のソレノイドケース55に嵌合することで、カバー64の内周面67とソレノイドケース55とでフィン68の高さHに相当する距離のガス流路71・・・を形成する。また、フィン68・・・でガス流路71・・・をさらに複数に分割する。
ガス流路71は、ソレノイドバルブ14の後側に配置した端を入口部72とし、ソレノイドバルブ14の前側に配置した端を出口部73とする。
ソレノイドケース55の周には、複数の出口56・・・を配置した。
フィン68は、ソレノイドバルブの中心軸線Cに平行に直線状に形成した部位で、内周面67に連ねて側部74,74を形成し、側部74,74に連れて頂部75をソレノイドバルブのソレノイドケース55の外周面76に接触するように形成したもので、頂部75をソレノイドバルブの熱が直接伝わり、側部74,74及び内周面67によって形成した放熱面(ガス流路71・・・を兼ねる。)でソレノイドバルブから伝わった熱を放熱する。
断熱材65は、厚さtで、カバー64の外周面77からの放熱を防止する。
また、ガス流路を螺旋状に形成し、かつ、流路を細かくすることにより、フイルター(不純物除去)の役目も兼ねることが可能である。
カバー64は、締結部を形成していないが、締結部の有無は任意であり、例えば、二点鎖線で示すように締結フランジ78を形成することも可能である。
断熱材65を取付けるか、取付けないかは任意である。
図6は、本発明の圧縮ガス貯蔵装置の作用図である。図1を併用して説明する。
制御手段16がソレノイドバルブ14に通電することでソレノイドバルブ14を励磁すると、プランジャ59は後方に矢印b1のように復帰スプリング62に抗してスライドし、プランジャ59の前端に嵌合したシート材63を継手手段13のシート部51から離すので、ソレノイドバルブ14は開状態となり、ガスタンク12内の圧縮ガスは、ガス流路71・・・の入口部72・・・から矢印b2・・・のように流入し、ガス流路71・・・を矢印b3・・・のように通って、出口部73・・・から2個の出口56,56を通って、さらに流路部57に導かれて、ガス放出路41を流れていく。
図7は別の実施の形態を説明する図である。上記図1〜図5に示す実施の形態と同様の構成については、同一符号を付し説明を省略する。
別の実施の形態の圧縮ガス貯蔵装置11Bは、ソレノイドバルブ14Bを備える。
ソレノイドバルブ14Bは、ソレノイドケース81と、プランジャ82と、ソレノイドケース81並びにプランジャ82の中央に形成した中央ガス流路83と、ソレノイドケース81の外側を覆うカバー84と、カバー84の外側を覆う断熱材85と、を備えることを特徴とする。
なお、カバー84の内周面には図示しないフィン(図3〜図5のフィン68・・・を参照)が形成されている。
断熱材85は、カバー84の筒本体66と底部87を覆い、カバー84の外方への放熱を防止する。
制御手段16がソレノイドバルブ14に通電することでソレノイドバルブ14を励磁すると、プランジャ82は後方に矢印c1のように復帰スプリング62に抗してスライドし、プランジャ82の前端に嵌合したシート材63を継手手段13のシート部51から離すので、ソレノイドバルブ14は開状態となり、ガスタンク12内の圧縮ガスは、カバー84の開口部86から矢印c2のように流入し、続けて、ガス流路71・・・を矢印c3・・・のように通って、底部87の流路88・・・を通り、中央ガス流路83を矢印c4・・・のように通って、さらに流路部57に導かれて、ガス放出路41を流れていく。
Claims (4)
- 圧縮ガスを貯蔵するガスタンクを形成し、該ガスタンクにガス放出路を設け、ガス放出路に接続しかつ、ガスタンクの内部に圧縮ガスの流出を制御するソレノイドバルブを配置し、ソレノイドバルブを制御手段に接続した圧縮ガス貯蔵装置において、
前記ソレノイドバルブの外周面をカバーで覆い、該カバーと外周面との間を前記ガス放出路に連通させることで、ガス流路を形成したことを特徴とする圧縮ガス貯蔵装置。 - 前記カバーの外周面を断熱材によって覆ったことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮ガス貯蔵装置。
- 前記カバーの内周面に径内方に向けて延在させ、かつ、前記ソレノイドバルブの外周面と接触する伝熱フィンを形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の圧縮ガス貯蔵装置。
- 前記ソレノイドバルブの近傍にガスタンク内の温度を検出する温度検出手段を配置し、温度検出手段によって検出した温度が予め前記制御手段に設定した温度よりも低いときには、制御手段は通電量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3記載の圧縮ガス貯蔵装置。
