Description
減圧値Pの設定は、例えば5kPa減圧の場合は
P(kPa)=(A×0.01)−(B×0.01)+5 ・・・(1)
10kPa減圧の場合は
P(kPa)=(A×0.01)−(B×0.01)+10・・・(2)
となる。ここで、Pは減圧設定値(単位kPa)、Aはタンク内液面高(単位mm)、Bは地下水位(単位mm)である。また、タンク2内の減圧値は、安全を見て最大20kPa以上にならないようにする。
(T1+Δtk)−(T2+Δtk)=T1−T2 ・・・・(3)
と表され、これにより、熱膨張による影響Δtkを無くすことができることが分かる。

Claims (2)
- 液体貯蔵タンクの周囲の少なくとも一部が水に浸かった状態にあり、この液体貯蔵タンクの内部を減圧する減圧装置と、前記液体貯蔵タンク内に挿通されるロッド部と、このロッド部に嵌合し前記液体貯蔵タンク内の液体表面に浮かべられ液面の変位に従って前記ロッド部に沿って動くフロートと、このフロートに設けられた可動磁石と、前記ロッド部に固定され前記液体貯蔵タンク内に位置する基準磁石と、前記可動磁石と基準磁石の位置を各々検知する変位センサと、前記変位センサからの信号により前記基準磁石に対する前記可動磁石の位置を求める計測装置とを用いて、前記液体貯蔵タンクの漏洩を検査する液体貯蔵タンクの漏洩検査方法において、
前記減圧装置により前記液体貯蔵タンク内の圧力の減圧値を、前記液体貯蔵タンク内の液体水頭圧から前記液体貯蔵タンク周囲の地下水の水頭圧を減じた値よりも所定値だけ大きな値に設定し、
前記変位センサとして磁歪式リニアセンサを用いて、
前記液体貯蔵タンク内の気相部の圧力を前記減圧値だけ減圧して、前記液体貯蔵タンクへの前記地下水の浸入による前記液面の上昇を検知して、前記可動磁石の変位が一定以上であるか否かにより前記液体貯蔵タンクの漏洩を判別することを特徴とする液体貯蔵タンクの漏洩検査方法。 - 前記計測装置は、前記基準磁石に対する前記可動磁石の変位が一定以上であるか否かを判別する判別手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体貯蔵タンクの漏洩検査方法。
