Description
図1に示す方法で、下記水質の厨房排水を原水として4.16L/hrの処理量で処理を行った。
[原水水質]
BOD:300mg/L
SS:350mg/L
PO4−P:20mg/L
[曝気槽1]
SRT:24hr
槽容量:8.3L
[固液分離手段2]
加圧浮上分離装置
[嫌気性処理槽3]
温度:35℃
槽容量:40L
[再曝気槽4]
SRT:240hr
槽容量:3.0L
実施例1において、図2に示す如く、曝気槽1の前段に嫌気槽5を設置して処理したこと以外は同様の条件で処理を行った。この嫌気槽5の仕様及び運転条件は次の通りである。

このときの処理水の水質と、嫌気性処理槽3のメタンガス発生量を表1に示した。
実施例1において、返送汚泥の全量を下記仕様及び運転条件の再曝気槽4で曝気処理した後曝気槽1に返送したこと以外は同様の条件で処理を行った。

このときの処理水の水質と、嫌気性処理槽2のメタンガス発生量を表1に示した。
実施例1において、曝気槽1のSRTを192hrとしたこと以外は同様にして処理を行った。

Claims (3)
- 有機性排水を返送汚泥と混合して曝気槽内で曝気処理し、曝気処理液を固液分離し、分離汚泥の一部を返送汚泥として前記曝気槽へ返送すると共に、分離汚泥の他の一部は、嫌気性消化処理してメタンを発生させる有機性排水の処理方法において、
汚泥発生量の5〜20%に相当する前記返送汚泥の一部を曝気処理した後前記曝気槽に返送すると共に、
前記曝気槽における汚泥滞留時間を3日以内とすることを特徴とする有機性排水の処理方法。 - 前記有機性排水を前記曝気槽内で曝気するに先立ち、該有機性排水を前記返送汚泥の一部と混合して嫌気性処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機性排水の処理方法。
- 前記曝気槽における汚泥滞留時間を12〜72時間、水滞留時間を1〜6時間とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機性排水の処理方法。
