Description
【0001】
R2=R1−A・k
または、
R2=R1−B・tb

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas alarm device that performs detection of a gas to be detected and an alarm operation based on the concentration of the gas to be detected by battery driving.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, with the development of gas detection elements, the use of low-power driving has progressed, and battery-driven gas detectors have come to be used. Of these types of gas detectors, it is conceivable to display the remaining battery capacity (remaining capacity) for applications in which a serious failure is expected when the battery runs out. Yes. At this time, the remaining battery level is determined as the remaining battery level by subtracting the energized usage time actually used by the gas detector from the expected battery available time when replacing the battery. It is considered to be displayed.
However, among these types of gas detectors, in the case of a gas alarm that enables an alarm operation, the amount of power used differs significantly between the normal gas detection operation and the alarm operation, and the remaining battery capacity is simply energized. It cannot be judged by usage time.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In other words, according to the above-described conventional technology, since it is not possible to accurately determine the replacement time of the battery of the gas alarm device, in order to avoid the problem that the battery runs out during use of the device, There is a problem that the battery must be replaced at a time when there is a sufficient margin before it runs out, and therefore, there is a problem that the battery cannot be used effectively, and improvements are desired from environmental and other aspects.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a gas alarm device that can accurately grasp the battery remaining amount and can be used effectively in view of the above drawbacks.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the characteristic configuration of the gas alarm device for detecting the detected gas of the present invention and performing the alarm operation based on the concentration of the detected gas by battery driving is
An alarm unit for performing the alarm operation;
A timer unit for measuring a certain time ;
A storage unit for storing the remaining battery capacity ;
An operation unit for obtaining a battery usage amount based on an operating state of the alarm unit and obtaining a latest battery remaining amount from the battery remaining amount and the battery usage amount stored in the storage unit ;
A battery level display unit for displaying the latest battery level determined by the calculation unit,
Check the operating state of the alarm unit at regular intervals,
When the alarm unit is performing the alarm operation, the alarm flag is set and the fixed time is integrated as an alarm duration,
When the alarm unit is not performing the alarm operation and the alarm flag is set, the battery remaining amount stored in the storage unit is added to the alarm duration after the certain time is integrated. And the battery usage amount per time of the alarm operation and the integrated alarm duration, the latest battery remaining amount is obtained and stored in the storage unit, and then the alarm flag is reset and the alarm Clear the duration,
When the alarm unit is not performing the alarm operation and the alarm flag is not set, the remaining battery level stored in the storage unit, the battery usage per time of the detection operation, and the The latest battery remaining amount is obtained from a certain time and stored in the storage unit .
[0006]
[Function and effect]
To check the operation status of the alarm unit at regular time intervals, the battery using doses per detection operation time of the gas to be detected (A) and a predetermined time (k), or, the battery using the dose per said alarm operation time ( B) an alarm duration and (tb), on the basis of, the latest battery remaining amount is displayed on the battery remaining display unit in real time. The amount of the batteries, since it can be determined as the product of used dosage and usage time per time, for example,
R2 = R1-A · k
Or
R2 = R1-B · tb
R2 can be obtained as the current remaining battery level.
If the storage unit stores the initial battery remaining amount, the detection operation time and alarm operation time may be given as the total operation time from the battery replacement, and the storage unit may store the current battery remaining amount. If the amount is stored, the detection operation time and the alarm operation time may be an update time for storing the current battery remaining amount in the storage unit, and the update operation is performed during the detection operation and the alarm operation. When different from each other, various forms such as setting them separately can be adopted.
The current remaining battery level obtained in this way can be displayed on the gas alarm by the remaining battery level display unit, and the user can be notified of the replacement time of the battery.
Therefore, since the remaining battery level can be determined not by the usage time of the gas alarm as in the prior art but by the amount of power used, the remaining battery level determined in this way is It becomes more accurate, and the user can accurately determine the battery replacement time. Therefore, in order to avoid the problem that the battery runs out during use of the device, the battery must be replaced at a time when there is sufficient time until the battery runs out, and the battery cannot be used effectively. It became difficult to derive the problem.
