Description
底板に外筒を立設して粉粒体供給ケースとし、上記底板の上方に粉粒体排出間隙を介して内筒を同心に支持し、上記底板の中心に直立回転軸を設け、該回転軸に上記底板上に位置する複数のスポークを設けて回転体を形成し、該回転体の筒状外縁を外筒の内周に近接して内外筒間の環状通路を形成し、上記筒状外縁に上記環状通路方向の材料移送用スクレーパを複数設け、上記粉粒体排出間隙から所定の安息角にて上記環状通路に拡散した粉粒体を上記スクレーパにより粉粒体排出口に移送する粉粒体供給機において、上記粉粒体は上記スクレーパの回転により上記排出口の始端縁から終端縁に向けて移動するように構成し、上記排出口の始端縁に該排出口の終端縁に向う複数の案内杆を間隙を介して設け、上記案内杆の先端から上記終端縁まで空間を形成し、上記複数の案内杆は、長短平行に支持され、上記内筒側の案内杆が長く外筒側の案内杆が短いものであることを特徴とする粉粒体供給機により構成されるものである。
また、案内杆の長さが異なるので、材料移送用スクレーパの回転方向に沿って材料を徐々に分散して排出することができ、即ち、材料の絡みを徐々に解しながら排出することができ、脈動防止効果をより高めることができる。
上記複数の案内杆は、長短平行に支持され、上記内筒側の案内杆が長く外筒側の案内杆が短いものであるので、絡み合った材料を段階的に解していく機能を有する。

Claims (2)
- 底板に外筒を立設して粉粒体供給ケースとし、上記底板の上方に粉粒体排出間隙を介して内筒を同心に支持し、上記底板の中心に直立回転軸を設け、該回転軸に上記底板上に位置する複数のスポークを設けて回転体を形成し、該回転体の筒状外縁を外筒の内周に近接して内外筒間の環状通路を形成し、上記筒状外縁に上記環状通路方向の材料移送用スクレーパを複数設け、上記粉粒体排出間隙から所定の安息角にて上記環状通路に拡散した粉粒体を上記スクレーパにより粉粒体排出口に移送する粉粒体供給機において、
上記粉粒体は上記スクレーパの回転により上記排出口の始端縁から終端縁に向けて移動するように構成し、
上記排出口の始端縁に該排出口の終端縁に向う複数の案内杆を間隙を介して設け、上記案内杆の先端から上記終端縁まで空間を形成し、
上記複数の案内杆は、長短平行に支持され、上記内筒側の案内杆が長く外筒側の案内杆が短いものであることを特徴とする粉粒体供給機。 - 上記案内杆の長さが調節可能である請求項1記載の粉粒体供給機。
