Description

【0001】
【0056】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention suppresses combustion of a solid fuel that can keep the cooked cooking pot for a long time when cooking the food in the pot by heating the small pot bottom using the solid fuel. It relates to members.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, inns, restaurants, etc., it has been frequently practiced to provide customers with ingredients for a full-fledged pot dish together with a tabletop stove for solid fuel, and the customers themselves cook the ingredients in a pot. When the above-mentioned ingredients for the pan cooking are provided together with the solid fuel tabletop stove, in most cases, the customer immediately ignites the solid fuel disposed in the solid fuel tabletop stove. Start cooking ingredients.
[0003]
However, the traditionally provided solid fuel is provided for the purpose of heating and cooking the ingredients in the pot, and not intended to keep the finished pot dish warm. After a lapse of time, the solid fuel is completely combusted.
[0004]
And if you eat all the hot pot food right away, there is no problem, but you can eat while talking with others, or you often eat hot pot food with other dishes. After cooking, it took a relatively long time to finish eating this hot pot dish. During that time, the hot pot dish had cooled down, making it impossible to eat the delicious hot pot dish.
[0005]
In some cases, a cooked pot dish is put in a pot and served to the customer together with the solid fuel tabletop. In such a case, the customer keeps the finished pot dish on the solid fuel tabletop. Eating while.
[0006]
However, conventional solid fuels complete combustion in a short time, as described above. There was a problem that it was too cold to eat.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a solid fuel combustion-suppressing member that can cook a pot dish of about one serving, and that can heat and keep the pot dish produced by reducing the burning speed of the solid fuel for a long time. provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The solid fuel combustion-suppressing member according to claim 1, Interpose between upper and lower solid fuel The combustion suppressing member is made of a non-combustible material and is provided with an opening that suppresses the combustion speed of the solid fuel.
[0009]
In the solid fuel combustion suppression member according to claim 1, in the invention according to claim 2, the opening of the combustion suppression member is formed of a hole having a smaller diameter than the solid fuel or a notch having a predetermined width. It is characterized by.
[0010]
Claim 3 In the invention according to the present invention, the combustion suppression member is formed in a disk shape, and a peripheral wall portion having a predetermined height is integrally provided on the outer peripheral edge of the combustion suppression member so as to be a bottom portion. It forms in the storage container of an upper side solid fuel, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0011]
Claims 4 The invention according to the present invention is characterized in that the combustion suppressing member is disposed on the lower solid fuel storage container.
[0012]
And claims 5 The invention according to the above is characterized in that the upper fixed fuel storage container is disposed in an overlapping state on the lower fixed fuel storage container, and the bottom of the upper fixed fuel is formed by a combustion regulating member.
[0013]
Claims above 5 In the solid fuel combustion suppressing member according to claim 1, 6 The invention according to the present invention is characterized in that one side portions of the storage container for the lower fixed fuel and the storage container for the upper solid fuel are pivotally attached to each other so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction.
[0014]
Claims 7 The invention according to claim is characterized in that the combustion suppressing member is formed in a convex arc shape in section that bulges upward from the outer peripheral edge toward the central portion.
[0015]
[Action]
The solid fuel combustion-suppressing member of the present invention is used by placing it on the solid fuel. When uncooked food is put in the pan, the solid fuel is further added to the combustion-suppressing member. In a stacked state, it is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the solid fuel tabletop stove.
[0016]
When the upper solid fuel is ignited in this state, the upper solid fuel is combusted and the ingredients in the pan are heated and cooked in the same manner as in the conventional pot cooking. At this time, since the upper solid fuel is not regulated at all in terms of combustion, it has the same heating power as the solid fuel provided so far, and therefore the food in the pan is smooth and reliable. The upper solid fuel is disposed close to the bottom of the pan by an amount corresponding to the height of the solid fuel disposed on the lower side. And it can be made to act on a pot bottom effectively, the heating cooking speed can be improved, and cooking can be performed in a short time.
[0017]
Thus, after the cooking of the ingredients in the pan is finished, the combustion of the upper solid fuel is completed for a while, but the flame of the upper solid fuel is burnt immediately before the completion of the combustion of the upper solid fuel. It burns to the lower solid fuel through the combustion opening, and the lower solid fuel starts to burn.
[0018]
At this time, since the lower solid fuel is covered with the combustion suppressing member on the upper surface, the combustion is suppressed, and the lower solid fuel burns with a relatively small combustion flame only from the opening smaller than the diameter of the solid fuel. Therefore, although the thermal power of this lower solid fuel is small and not suitable for cooking in a pot dish, it continues to burn for a long time, keeping the finished pot dish warm and maintaining the deliciousness of the pot dish for a long time. .
[0019]
Thus, first, cooking the pot dish smoothly and reliably with the upper solid fuel whose combustion is not suppressed, and after the cooking of the pot dish with the thermal power of the upper solid fuel is finished, through the combustion suppressing member The lower solid fuel starts to burn, and the cooking of the pot made with a small heating power necessary for heat retention is heated and kept warm for a long time to maintain the deliciousness of the pot cooking.
[0020]
In addition, in the case where a pan containing cooked hot pot food is arranged at the upper end opening of the tabletop stove for solid fuel, the upper solid fuel is not arranged on the combustion suppressing member, but on the solid fuel. By burning the solid fuel through the opening of the combustion suppressing member in a state where the combustion suppressing member is disposed, the cooking of the pot for a long time is performed. That is, the combustion suppressing member is placed on the solid fuel and disposed on the inner bottom surface of the solid fuel tabletop stove, and the solid fuel is ignited through the opening of the combustion suppressing member.
[0021]
Since the solid fuel has a combustion suppressing member placed on the upper surface thereof to suppress combustion, the thermal power generated from the opening of the combustion suppressing member is small. Although it is not suitable, it continues to burn for a long time to keep the cooked pot dish warm and to maintain the deliciousness of the pot dish for a long time.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, specific examples of the solid fuel combustion suppressing member of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show the first embodiment. The combustion suppressing member 1A is formed to have a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the solid fuel A and has a diameter smaller than that of the solid fuel A at the center thereof. A combustion opening 1a formed of a circular hole is formed in a penetrating state across the upper and lower surfaces, and has a constant height lower than the height of the solid fuel A toward the upper peripheral edge of the combustion suppressing member 1A. The peripheral wall portion 1B is integrally provided, and the upper solid fuel storage container 1 whose upper end with the combustion suppressing member 1A as a bottom portion is fully opened is formed.
[0023]
The storage container 1 is made of aluminum, but may be made of metal such as a thin steel plate or earthenware other than aluminum, and in short, it may be made of a nonflammable and non-soluble material. Further, the shape of the opening 1a is not limited to a circle, and may be any appropriate shape such as a polygonal shape, an oval shape, or a slit shape having a certain width, and forms at least one or more bottom portions of the storage container 1. It is only necessary to perforate the combustion suppressing member 1A. Further, the disc-shaped combustion suppressing member 1A may be formed in a flat plate shape. However, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cross-sectional convex arc shape bulging upward from the outer peripheral edge toward the central portion. Is formed. An annular flange portion 1C is projected outwardly from the upper end edge of the peripheral wall portion 1B of the storage container 1, and the lower surface of the annular flange portion 1C is opened at the upper end of the lower solid fuel storage container 2. It is configured to be engaged with the edge.
[0024]
The lower solid fuel storage container 2 is formed of the same material as the upper solid fuel storage container 1 and has a size that is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the lower solid fuel B stored in the storage container 2. A planar circular bottom surface portion 2A and an inner diameter that protrudes upward from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom surface portion 2A and whose inner diameter substantially matches the outer diameter of the peripheral wall portion 1B of the upper solid fuel storage container 1; Furthermore, it comprises a peripheral wall portion 1B formed at a height slightly higher than the total height of the upper solid fuel storage container 1 and the lower solid fuel B.
[0025]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, after the lower solid fuel B is stored in the lower solid fuel storage container 2, the peripheral wall portion 1B of the upper solid fuel storage container 1 is placed in the upper part of the lower solid fuel storage container 2. And the lower surface of the annular flange portion 1C provided around the peripheral wall portion 1B is received by the upper edge of the opening of the lower solid fuel storage container 2 so that the lower solid fuel storage container 2 The upper solid fuel storage container 1 is fixed so that the combustion suppressing member 1A forming the bottom of the upper solid fuel storage container 1 is at a small distance from the upper surface of the lower solid fuel B, and further inside the upper solid fuel storage container 1 The upper solid fuel A is accommodated in the container, and the lower surface thereof is placed on the upper surface of the combustion regulating member 1 forming the bottom of the container 1.
[0026]
The solid fuels A and B are formed in a columnar shape or a thick disk shape having a low height and formed by using a solid fuel material that has been conventionally used. These upper and lower solid fuels A and B do not have to be the same size as each other, but usually the heating power for cooking the pot is required more than the heating power required for keeping the finished dish warm. In many cases, therefore, the height of the upper solid fuel A is made slightly higher than the height of the lower solid fuel B so that the upper solid fuel A is formed slightly larger than the lower solid fuel B. Is preferred.
[0027]
Next, the usage point of the solid fuel storage containers 1 and 2 storing the upper and lower solid fuels A and B will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower solid fuel storage containers in the upper and lower storage containers 1 and 2 combined in a stacked state on the central part of the inner bottom surface of the conventional tabletop for solid fuel C as shown in FIG. 2 and a pan D in which ingredients are placed in the upper end opening of the tabletop C for solid fuel.
[0028]
After that, when the solid fuel A stored in the upper solid fuel storage container 1 is ignited, the upper solid fuel A has its upper surface fully open and combustion is not suppressed, so that the conventional solid fuel In the same manner as above, the entire surface is burned to generate a large heating power, and with this heating power, the pan D is heated to cook the ingredients in the pan D.
[0029]
And after cooking of the foodstuff in the pan D is completed with the heating power of the said upper solid fuel A, combustion of the said upper solid fuel A is complete | finished for a while, but the flame of this upper solid fuel A is this solid. 4 burns to the lower solid fuel B stored in the lower storage container 2 through the combustion opening 1a of the combustion suppressing member 1A forming the bottom of the upper storage container 1 storing the fuel A, FIG. As shown, the lower solid fuel B starts to burn.
[0030]
At this time, the combustion restricting member 1A is formed on the inclined surface of the convex arcuate surface that bulges upward from the outer peripheral edge toward the central portion where the opening 1a is provided. Burn residue generated by combustion is moved to the outer peripheral edge side along the inclined surface of the combustion regulating member 1A and accumulated on the outer peripheral portion of the combustion suppressing member 1A, that is, the inner bottom peripheral portion of the upper container 1. Therefore, an unforeseen situation in which the burnt residue of the upper solid fuel A falls to the upper surface of the lower solid fuel B through the combustion opening 1a of the combustion suppressing member 1A and prevents the lower solid fuel B from being ignited and burned. Can be reliably prevented.
[0031]
When the lower solid fuel B is ignited, the upper surface thereof is covered with the combustion regulating member 1A that forms the bottom of the upper storage container 1 to suppress the combustion. It does not burn greatly, it burns while heating the pan bottom with a low heat while generating a small flame necessary and sufficient to heat and keep the pot dish made from the small diameter opening 1a of this combustion suppressing member 1A To do.
[0032]
Moreover, since the lower solid fuel B burns with a small heating power as described above, unlike the upper solid fuel A, the lower solid fuel B continues to burn for a long time with a small heating power, and the pan dish is kept for a long time. Continue to heat and keep warm.
[0033]
In this way, first, the food in the pan D can be cooked smoothly and reliably by the upper solid fuel A with the same heating power as that of the conventional solid fuel, and the food in the pan D by the upper solid fuel A can be used. After the cooking is completed, the cooking in the pan D is reliably heated and kept warm with a small thermal power from the lower solid fuel B continuously, and the taste of the cooking in the pan D (pan cooking) is prolonged. It holds securely over a long period of time, and can be cooked deliciously over a long period of time.
[0034]
5 and 6 show a second embodiment of the present invention. In the above embodiment, the upper solid fuel storage container 1 is fitted into the upper part of the lower solid fuel storage container 2 to be connected to each other. However, in this embodiment, the upper solid fuel storage container 1 ′ having the combustion suppression member 1A having the combustion opening 1a at the center as the bottom is directed upward from the outer peripheral edge of the combustion suppression member 1A. The outer diameter of the projecting peripheral wall portion 1B is made equal to the outer diameter of the peripheral wall portion 1B of the lower solid fuel storage container 2 'and the height of the peripheral wall portion 1B of the lower solid fuel storage container 2' Is formed slightly higher than the height of the lower solid fuel B stored in the storage container 2 ′.
[0035]
Further, the upper solid fuel storage container 1 ′ is placed in a stacked state on the lower solid fuel storage container 2 ′, and the shaft body 3 horizontally connects the upper and lower storage containers 1 ′ and 2 ′ to one outer periphery. The projecting pieces 4a and 4b pivotally attached to each other are fixed. Accordingly, the upper and lower storage containers 1 ′ and 2 ′ are configured to be rotatable and slidable in the horizontal direction with respect to the shaft body 3.
[0036]
Thus, the upper storage container 1 ′ is horizontally rotated around the shaft body 3 to open the upper end opening of the lower storage container 2 ′, and the lower solid fuel B is placed in the lower storage container 2 ′. The upper storage container 1 ′ is rotated in the horizontal direction again to close the open end of the lower storage container 2 ′ and the upper solid fuel 2 is stored in the upper storage container 1 ′. In the same manner as in the above embodiment, after cooking the food stored in the pan with the upper solid fuel A, the combustion suppressing member 1A forming the bottom of the upper storage container 1 ′ with the lower solid fuel B A small flame with a small flame is generated through the opening 1a to keep the heat for a long time.
[0037]
7 and 8 show a third embodiment of the present invention, wherein the combustion suppressing member 11 is formed of an aluminum sheet, and specifically has the same shape as the upper end surface of the lower solid fuel B and A planar circular top wall portion 11a having substantially the same size, and a peripheral wall portion 11b that refracts downward from the outer peripheral edge of the top wall portion 11a and covers the outer peripheral surface of the lower solid fuel B substantially entirely. Furthermore, a planar circular hole penetrating between the upper and lower surfaces is formed in the central portion of the top wall portion 11a, and this hole is used as the combustion opening 1a.
[0038]
The combustion opening 1a is not limited to a circular shape as in the above embodiment, and may be formed in an appropriate shape such as a polygon, and further, the top wall 11a. It may be provided at a plurality of locations. Further, the combustion opening 1a may be configured to be opened before the solid fuel A is used. For example, a flat circular cut line corresponding to the outer peripheral edge of the combustion opening 1a is formed at the center of the top wall 11a of the combustion suppressing member 11, and the cut is made before using the solid fuel. The combustion opening 1a may be opened by removing the central portion of the ceiling wall 11a along the line.
[0039]
The lower solid fuel B is covered with the combustion suppressing member 11, and the upper solid fuel A is placed on the top wall portion 11a. The upper solid fuel A is used in the same manner as in the above embodiment. It is desirable that the fuels A and B are covered with the bottomed cylindrical package 4 so that they can be handled integrally. The package 4 includes a flat circular bottom surface 41 having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the solid fuels A and B, and projects upward from the outer peripheral edge of the bottom surface 41 and the lower solids. The peripheral wall portion 42 has a height slightly higher than the height when the upper solid fuel A is superimposed on the fuel B. The package 4 may be formed of a soft material such as an aluminum sheet, or may be formed of a hard material such as metal or ceramic.
[0040]
The lower solid fuel B is stored on the inner bottom surface of the package 4 with the upper surface covered by the combustion suppressing member 11, and the upper solid fuel A is further formed on the upper surface of the combustion suppressing member 11. Are placed in the packaging body 4 in a state of being stacked, and in this state, after being disposed on the center portion of the inner bottom surface of the tabletop C for the solid fuel, the upper end is By burning the upper solid fuel A, the upper solid fuel A in the packaging body 4 that is fully open is ignited and the pan D containing the ingredients placed on the tabletop stove C for solid fuel is placed. Cook with high heat, and then cook the pot for a long time with a low flame due to the small flame rising from the opening 1a by continuously burning the lower solid fuel B through the opening 1a consisting of the small-diameter hole of the combustion suppressing member 11 The temperature is kept for a long time.
[0041]
In the above embodiment, the upper surface of the lower solid fuel B is formed as a flat surface. However, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper surface protrudes upward from the outer peripheral edge toward the central portion. A cross section in which a convex arcuate surface is formed, and the ceiling wall part 11a of the combustion suppressing member 11 is placed along the convex arcuate surface so that the ceiling wall part 11a bulges upward from the outer peripheral edge toward the central part. It may be formed in a convex arc shape.
[0042]
In this way, by forming the top wall portion 11a of the combustion suppressing member 11 in a convex arcuate surface that bulges upward, the combustion debris generated by the combustion of the upper solid fuel A is burned. It can be moved in the outer peripheral direction along the inclined surface of the top wall portion 11a of the suppressing member 11 and can be accumulated on the outer peripheral portion of the top wall portion 11a. It is possible to reliably prevent an unforeseen situation such as falling to the upper surface of the lower solid fuel B through the combustion opening 1a and preventing the combustion of the lower solid fuel B.
[0043]
The combustion opening 1a of the combustion suppressing member 11 is not limited to a hole, and has a constant width formed between the opposing outer peripheral edges of the top wall 11a of the combustion suppressing member 11, as shown in FIG. In this case, as shown in FIG. 11, the combustion-suppressing member 11 is moved to the left and right by causing the slit portion 1a to reach the lower end edge of the peripheral wall portion 11b of the combustion-suppressing member 11. The structure may be divided into two. Since the other embodiments are the same as those shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0044]
Next, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, the case where the combustion suppressing member 11 is formed from an aluminum sheet has been described. However, it may be formed from a hard material such as metal or earthenware. That is, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the combustion suppressing member 21 made of this hard material is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the lower solid fuel B and bulges upward from the outer peripheral edge toward the central portion. A flat circular hole having a convex circular arc shape in cross section is formed, and a flat circular hole penetrating between the upper and lower surfaces is formed in the central portion thereof, and this hole is used as a combustion opening 1a. Furthermore, the bottomed cylindrical package 4A is also formed of a hard material such as metal or earthenware.
[0045]
In the package 4A, the upper and lower solid fuels A and B are stored in a stacked state via the combustion suppressing member 21, and are disposed on the center portion of the inner bottom surface of the solid fuel desktop stove C in the same manner as described above. Then, the pan dish is cooked by a strong fire due to the combustion of the upper solid fuel A, and then the lower solid fuel B is continuously burned through the opening 1a made of a small-diameter hole of the combustion suppressing member 21 and rises from the opening 1a. The hot pot is kept warm for a long time by a low flame caused by a small flame.
[0046]
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the combustion suppressing member 21 may be integrally provided with a peripheral wall portion 21a covering the lower solid fuel B downwardly on its outer peripheral edge. As shown in FIG. 16 and FIG. 17, a peripheral wall 21b for covering and storing the upper solid fuel A upward may be formed on the outer peripheral edge thereof. Since other configurations are the same as those in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0047]
FIGS. 18 and 19 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which an opening 1a made of a circular hole having a diameter smaller than that of solid fuel is provided in the center portion between the upper and lower surfaces. A short cylindrical peripheral wall portion 31a for accommodating the upper solid fuel A and a short cylindrical peripheral wall portion 31b for covering the lower solid fuel B are integrally formed on the outer peripheral edge of the ceramic disk-shaped combustion suppressing member 31 in the vertical direction. It is formed. The combustion suppressing member 31 is provided with a combustion opening 1a composed of a hole penetrating between the upper and lower surfaces in the central portion thereof, and has a convex cross section bulging upward from the outer peripheral edge toward the central portion. It is formed in an arc shape.
[0048]
Then, the lower solid fuel B is placed on the inner bottom surface of the cooking tabletop B in a state covered with the lower peripheral wall portion 31b, and the upper solid fuel A has its outer bottom surface on the combustion suppressing member 31. And placed in the upper peripheral wall portion 31a in a state of being placed on the central portion of the inner bottom surface of the tabletop stove C for solid fuel in the same manner as in the above embodiment, and burning the upper solid fuel A After cooking the hot pot with a strong fire, the lower solid fuel B is continuously burned through the opening 1a made of a small-diameter hole of the combustion suppressing member 31, and the hot pot is cooked by a low flame due to a small flame rising from the opening 1a. It keeps warm for a long time.
[0049]
In the first to fourth embodiments, the upper solid fuel A is arranged on the combustion suppressing member and the cooking of the hot pot cooking is performed. However, the hot cooking of the hot cooking of the hot pot cooking is performed on the table for solid fuel. When placed on the stove C, the combustion suppressing member is disposed on the lower solid fuel B without using the upper solid fuel A in order to keep only the temperature of the pot dish. The pot dish may be kept warm for a long time by low heat from a small flame from the opening 1a of the suppressing member.
[0050]
Also, In any of the above-described embodiments, a structure in which a peripheral wall portion that covers or stores at least one of the upper and lower solid fuels A and B is shown, but without providing such a peripheral wall portion, FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the combustion suppressing member 1 ′ may be composed of only a disk-shaped combustion suppressing member 1 ′ made of a metal plate such as aluminum or ceramics, and may be configured to be most easily used. That is, the combustion suppressing member 1 ′ is formed to have a diameter equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the solid fuel, and an opening 1a formed of a circular hole having a smaller diameter than the solid fuel is formed between the upper and lower surfaces at the center. It is drilled in a penetrating state.
[0051]
And when this combustion suppression member 1 'is arrange | positioned in the mounting state on the solid fuel B, and the pan containing the uncooked pot dish is arrange | positioned in the upper end opening part of the tabletop stove for solid fuel, The upper solid fuel A is placed on the combustion suppressing member 1 ′ for use. Then, after cooking the pot dish by the strong fire due to the combustion of the upper solid fuel A, the lower solid fuel B is continuously burned through the opening 1a made of a small-diameter hole of the combustion suppressing member 1 ′ and rises from the opening 1a. The hot pot is kept warm for a long time by a low flame caused by a small flame.
[0052]

An unexpected situation such as falling to the side solid fuel side and preventing the combustion of the lower solid fuel does not occur, and the cooking of the lower solid fuel is ensured to ensure the cooking of the pan dish for a long time, Can keep warm.
[0057]
When the lower solid fuel is disposed in the package or the storage chamber, the amount of combustion air supplied to the solid fuel is limited and the combustion speed is further reduced. The cooked pot dish in the pan placed on the top opening of the fuel cooking stove can be cooked for a long time at the optimal temperature, and you can eat the pot dish while keeping it warm. In order to slightly increase the combustion speed of the fuel, a small hole leading to the outside may be provided in the package or the storage chamber.
