Description
図1は本発明の一形態に係る変速制御装置が適用された車両の概略を示している。車両1には内燃機関2が走行用動力源として搭載されている。内燃機関2は4つの気筒3が一列に並べられた直列4気筒型のガソリンエンジンとして構成される。各気筒3には、エアフィルタ5にて濾過された空気と燃料噴射弁6にて噴射された燃料とが混合した混合気が吸気通路4によって導かれる。内燃機関2の吸入空気量は吸気通路4に設けられたスロットル弁7にて調整され、その吸入空気量に応じた燃料が燃料噴射弁6にて噴射されることにより、各気筒3に導かれる混合気の空燃比が所定の空燃比に調整される。スロットル弁7はアクセルペダル8の操作量(アクセル開度)に応じた開度となるように動作する。各気筒3に導かれた混合気は不図示の点火プラグにて着火され、その燃焼によりクランクシャフト9から所定トルクが出力される。各気筒3における燃焼後の排気は排気通路10に導かれ、その排気通路10に設けられた不図示の排気浄化装置にて排気中の有害物質が浄化されてから大気に放出される。

Claims (8)
- 内燃機関が搭載された車両に設けられ、互いに変速比が相違する複数の変速段を切り替え可能に構成された変速機に適用される車両の変速制御装置において、
前記車両の車速と前記内燃機関の負荷とで定義され、変速段の切替パターン毎に変速線が設定された変速マップを記憶する記憶手段と、前記車両の走行状態に応じた変速段の切替パターンが実現されるように、前記変速マップに設定された変速線に基づいて前記変速機を制御する制御手段と、を備え、
前記変速マップには、変速比が最も高い最高変速段へ切り替える切替パターンを実現するための第1の変速線と、前記最高変速段から前記最高変速段よりも変速比が低い所定変速段へ切り替える切替パターンを実現するための第2の変速線と、がそれぞれ設定され、
負荷を同一に保ちつつ車速を増加させた場合に前記第1の変速線を横切ってから前記第2の変速線を横切ることとなるように、前記第2の変速線が前記第1の変速線よりも高車速側の高車速領域に位置していることを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の負荷が所定負荷を超えている場合に前記第2の変速線に基づいた前記所定変速段への切り替えが禁止されるように前記第2の変速線が構成されている請求項1に記載の変速制御装置。
- 前記車両の車速が所定車速を下回っている場合に前記第2の変速線に基づいた前記所定変速段への切り替えが禁止されるように前記第2の変速線が構成されている請求項2に記載の変速制御装置。
- 前記第2の変速線は、高車速高負荷側の部分が車速が高い側に向かって延びている請求項2又は3に記載の変速制御装置。
- 前記第2の変速線は、低車速低負荷側の部分が負荷が低い側に向かって延びている請求項4に記載の変速制御装置。
- 前記変速マップには、前記第2の変速線に基づいた前記所定変速段への切り替えに続いて前記所定変速段から前記最高変速段へ切り替える切替パターンを実現するための第3の変速線が前記第1の変速線とは別に設定されており、
前記第3の変速線は、低車速低負荷の部分が前記第1の変速線と前記第2の変速線との間に位置している請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の変速制御装置。 - 前記第3の変速線は、高車速高負荷側の部分が車速が高い側に向かって延びている請求項6に記載の変速制御装置。
- 前記第3の変速線は、高車速高負荷側の前記部分と低車速低負荷側の前記部分との間に位置する中間部分が前記第1の変速線と重なり合っている請求項7に記載の変速制御装置。
