Description
石灰石、珪石の天然原料と、高炉スラグ、石炭灰および鉄精鉱から選ばれる廃棄物類の所要量を使用し、(株)モトヤマ製超高速昇温電気炉にて、セメントクリンカーを試製した。表2に、各セメントクリンカーの鉱物組成およびSO3、アルカリ含有量を示す。ここで、SO3量及びアルカリ量は、JIS R 5204「セメントの蛍光X線分析方法」により測定した。アルカリ量は、Na2O量とK2O量の合計をNa2O当量で表したものであり、次式により算出した。
Na2O当量(質量%) = Na2O(質量%)+0.658K2O(質量%)
(i)セメントクリンカー原料
石灰石( CaO含有量=55.2質量%)
珪石( SiO2含有量=96.1質量%)
高炉スラグ( Al2O3含有量=14.6質量%)
石炭灰( Al2O3含有量=32.0質量%)
鉄精鉱( Fe2O3含有量=70.1質量%)
酸化アルミニウム(試薬特級、和光純薬鉱業株式会社製)
硫酸カルシウム二水和物(試薬特級、関東化学株式会社製)
炭酸ナトリウム(試薬特級、和光純薬鉱業株式会社製)
炭酸カリウム(試薬特級、和光純薬鉱業株式会社製)
(ii)石膏
二水石膏:硫酸カルシウム二水和物(試薬特級、関東化学株式会社製)
半水石膏:硫酸カルシウム二水和物(試薬特級、関東化学株式会社製)を大気中で加熱調製(加熱温度120℃)
(2)減水剤
LS:ポゾリスNo.70(株式会社エヌエムビー製)
PC:レオビルドSP8Sx4(株式会社エヌエムビー製)
(i)セメントペーストの調製
調製した各セメント組成物100質量%に対し、下記の配合でイオン交換水および減水剤を加え、ハイシアーミキサー(SILVERSON社製)にて2分間攪拌することでセメントペーストを調製した。
LSを添加するセメント組成物:水セメント比55%、減水剤添加量0.25質量%
PCを添加するセメント組成物:水セメント比35%、減水剤添加量0.60質量%
流動性の評価は、プレート間のギャップを0.5mmとしたパラレルプレート型回転粘度計(Haake社製Rotovisco RV1)を用い、せん断速度を0 s-1 → 500 s-1 → 0 s-1 (加速・減速ともに2分間)と変化させた周期的せん断試験により、せん断応力を測定した。このうち、加速時の100〜400 s-1 におけるせん断応力を直線近似し、ビンガム降伏値を流動性の指標とした。
Claims (1)
- 原料として、鉄鋼スラグ、非鉄スラグ及び石炭灰を使用し、C 3 A量がボーグ式算定で10質量%〜13質量%であり且つC 3 A量とC 4 AF量の合計がボーグ式算定で20質量%〜21質量%であると共に、SO 3 量が0.54〜0.64質量%であり且つアルカリ量がNa 2 O当量で0.47〜0.59%以下であるセメントクリンカーを焼成する工程と、
前記セメントクリンカーと石膏とを混合し粉砕しセメント組成物を調製する工程と、
前記セメント組成物と水とポリカルボン酸系減水剤と骨材とを混合しコンクリートを調製する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするコンクリートの流動性改善方法。
