Description

The present invention relates to a register structure that forms a ventilation passage to a vehicle compartment in a vehicle.

。   The register in the vehicle is configured such that the supplied air can be freely adjusted left and right and up and down by a fin on the back side (also referred to as a blade) and a fin on the front side. As shown, a bezel 23 serving as a case body of the register 21 is mounted and disposed at the front portion of the retainer 22 that forms the air passage, and the support holes 26 that are provided at the left and right ends of the front fin 24 are provided in the bezel 23. It is known that the shaft portions provided at the upper and lower ends of the back fin 25 are rotatably supported by support holes (not shown) provided in the retainer 22 (for example, Patent Documents). 1).

On the other hand, in the register disposed in the cluster panel portion, as shown in FIG. 6, from the design, one side portion 33a of the outlet 33 of the cluster panel 32 is recessed and the front fin 34 is rotatably supported. The bearing projection 36 is projected so that the outer surface of the bearing projection 36 coincides with the surface of the cluster panel 32, and the bearing projection 36 and the front end portion of the front fin 34 facing the passenger compartment are continuously visible. Such a register 31 is considered.

As shown in FIG. 7, the structure of the register 31 is such that one side portion 33a of the air outlet 33 formed on the cluster panel 32 is recessed in the cluster panel side edge side, and the front fin 34 is inserted into the one side portion 33a. The bearing protrusion 36 is protruded correspondingly to provide a support hole 37 on the inner side surface of the tip, and the shaft portion 34a on one side of the front fin 34 is rotatably supported, and the shaft portion 34b on the other side of the front fin 34 is supported. Is configured to be rotatably supported by a support hole 38 provided in the side wall 33b of the blower outlet 33 on the center side of the cluster panel. Further, the back fin 35 is supported by the support holes 41 and 42 provided in the upper and lower walls of the retainer 40 that connects the air outlet 33 and the air conditioner duct (not shown) corresponding to the position of the back fin 35. The shaft portions 35a and 35b at the upper and lower ends of the fin 35 are configured to be rotatably supported.
JP 2003-285639 A

By the way, as shown in FIG. 6, in the register 31 in which the surface of the cluster panel 32, the bearing protrusion 36, and the front end portion of the front fin 34 can be seen continuously, the configuration shown in FIG. 7 is adopted. Since the shaft portions 34a and 34b of the front fin 34 are directly fitted to the cluster panel 32, it is necessary to use a highly rigid material for the entire cluster panel 32 in order to ensure the strength of the bearing portion of the cluster panel 32. There is a problem of high cost.

Further, when the operation load of the front fin 34 is adjusted by mold correction, the main body mold of the cluster panel 32 is corrected. Therefore, there is a problem that man-hour load is high, and when the cluster panel 32 is large, the front fin There is also a problem that the workability of the assembling work 34 is not good.

In view of the above-described conventional problems, the present invention has a design in which the surface of an interior member such as a cluster panel and the front end portion of the register fin facing the passenger compartment are continuously visible, and the interior member is made of a highly rigid material. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle register structure that can sufficiently secure the bearing strength of the fins even if it is not used.

The vehicle register structure according to the present invention has a blowout opening provided in an interior member of a passenger compartment, a retainer is interposed between the blowout opening and the air conditioner duct, and fins that restrict the blowing direction at the blowout opening. In the vehicle register structure in which the door is rotatably disposed, the retainer is provided with a bearing portion that rotatably supports both ends of the fin, and is provided on at least one side portion of the outlet of the interior member so as to protrude from the end surface of the retainer. A projecting portion having a space for accommodating and holding the bearing portion is projected, and the projecting portion is continuous with the surface of the interior member and has a shape that substantially matches the surface shape of the fin.

According to this configuration, the interior member is not provided with the fin bearing portion directly, and the retainer is provided with the bearing portion while the surface of the interior member and the front end portion of the register fin facing the passenger compartment are continuously visible. Therefore, the strength of the bearing can be secured by selecting the material of the retainer, which is advantageous in terms of cost, and the interior members are not restricted by the material, so the degree of freedom in selecting the material such as appearance and feel is free. Improve and be beneficial. Further, since the bearing portion provided in the retainer is accommodated and held in the space in the protruding portion provided in the interior member, the bearing portion can be strengthened, the operational feeling of the fins can be improved, and the appearance is very good. Further, since the fins are assembled to a small retainer, the operation load adjustment of the fins can be carried out by remodeling only the retainer, which is beneficial in terms of cost and also improves the assemblability.

According to the register structure of the vehicle of the present invention, the interior member is not restricted by the material, so the degree of freedom in selecting the material such as appearance and touch is improved, and the strength of the bearing portion is ensured by selecting the material of the retainer. This is advantageous in terms of cost, and because the bearing portion is housed and held in the space in the protruding portion provided in the interior member, the bearing portion can be strengthened to improve the operation feeling of the fins and the appearance is also very good. In addition, since the fins are assembled to a small retainer, the operation load adjustment of the fins can be carried out by remodeling only the retainer, which is beneficial in terms of cost, and the effects of improving the assemblability can be obtained.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a register structure of a vehicle according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the description of the register structure, the direction toward the passenger compartment side from which air is blown is defined as the front, and the air-conditioner duct side that supplies air is defined as the rear.

As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of registers 1 according to the present embodiment are disposed on both the left and right sides of a cluster panel 2 that is an example of an interior member of a vehicle. The cluster panel 2 is attached to the front center portion of an instrument panel (not shown). Since the pair of registers 1 are symmetric and have substantially the same configuration, only one of them will be described below.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the basic configuration of the register 1, FIG. 2 is a transverse plan view, and FIG. 1 to 3, the register 1 includes an air outlet 3 formed in the cluster panel 2, and a plurality of horizontal front fins arranged at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction at the front of the outlet 3. 4, a plurality of vertical back fins 5 disposed at appropriate intervals in the horizontal direction at the rear of the front fins 4, and the front fins 4 and the back fins 5 around the horizontal axis and the vertical axis, respectively. The retainer 6 is rotatably supported and connects the outlet 3 and the air conditioner duct 7 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

The blowout port 3 is configured by a recessed surface 8 having one side portion 3a located in the side edge curved portion 2a of the cluster panel 2 recessed from the surface of the cluster panel 2. Corresponding to one end of each front fin 4, a protrusion 9 having a shape substantially matching the surface shape of the front end portion of the front fin 4 and having an outer surface along the surface of the cluster panel 2 is formed. A space 10 opened to the rear side and the outlet 3 side is formed inside the protruding portion 9. In addition, the shape of the space 10 is not limited to the shape in which both the upper and lower side surfaces are closed as in the illustrated example, and may be a shape in which a part of one side is opened.

In order to rotatably support the front fin 4, the front fin 4 is formed with a shaft hole 4 a at one end and a shaft portion 4 b protruding at the other end. Correspondingly, an L-shaped bearing piece 11 having a support shaft portion 11a fitted into the shaft hole 4a is projected from one side of the front end of the retainer 6. On the other side of the front end of the retainer 6, a bearing hole 12 having an open groove 12a opened on the end face is formed, and the shaft portion 4b can be press-fitted into the bearing hole 12.

In order to rotatably support the back fin 5, shaft portions 5 a and 5 b are protruded from the top and bottom ends of the back fin 5. Correspondingly, bearing holes 13a and 13b into which the shaft portions 5a and 5b are rotatably fitted are formed in the inner portions of the upper and lower walls of the retainer 6. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a fitting portion 7 a formed at the front end portion of the air conditioner duct 7 is externally fitted and connected to the rear portion of the retainer 6.

Since the plurality of front fins 4 and the back fins 5 are rotated in conjunction with each other, as shown in FIG. 2, the operation piece 14 is arbitrary, preferably in a substantially central part in the left-right direction of the front fin 4 in the substantially vertical direction. It is slidably attached to the left and right. And the some front fin 4 is mutually connected by the connection link 15 arrange | positioned by the rear part of the shaft hole 4a of one end. Thus, by moving the front end of the operation piece 14 up and down and rotating the front fin 4 on which the operation piece 14 is mounted up and down, all the front fins 4 rotate up and down in conjunction with each other. The blowing direction is adjusted up and down.

Further, a pair of clamping pieces 16 extend rearward from the operation piece 14, and an engagement pin 17 is provided at the front end portion of the back fin 5 at the center in the left-right direction, as shown in FIG. A pair of sandwiching pieces 16 is engaged with 17 from both sides. Further, the plurality of back fins 5 are connected to each other by a connecting link 18 disposed at the rear portion of the shaft portion 5a at the upper end. Thus, when the operation piece 14 is moved to the left or right as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 2, the central back fin 5 with which the clamping piece 16 of the operation piece 14 is engaged is rotated to the left and right and simultaneously connected. All the back fins 5 connected to each other by the link 18 rotate in conjunction with each other, and the air blowing direction is adjusted to the left and right.

According to the above embodiment, the cluster panel 2 is not directly provided with the bearing portion of the front fin 4, and the bearing portion such as the bearing piece 11 and the bearing hole 12 is provided at the front end of the retainer 6. The strength of the bearing part can be secured by selection, which is advantageous in terms of cost, and because the cluster panel 2 which is a large component is not restricted by the material, the degree of freedom in selecting the material such as appearance and touch is improved. And beneficial.

Further, the bearing piece 11 projecting from the end face on one side of the retainer 6 is housed and held in the space 10 in the projecting portion 9 projecting from the cluster panel 2, so that the bearing piece 11 can be strengthened and the The operational feeling of the fins 4 can be improved and the appearance can be improved.

Further, since not only the rear fin 5 but also the front fin 4 is assembled to the small retainer 6, the operation load adjustment of these fins 4 and 5 can be carried out by remodeling the retainer 6 alone, which is beneficial in terms of cost. Also, the assemblability is improved. In addition, since both the front fin 4 and the back fin 5 are assembled to the retainer 6, the register 1 can be unitized with the retainer 6, so that the assembly work can be made more efficient.

In the description of the above embodiment, the register 1 in which the air outlet 3 is disposed in the cluster panel 2 mounted on the instrument panel has been described. However, the register in which the outlet 3 is disposed in another interior member such as a roof console. The same effect can be obtained by applying the same configuration.

In the above description of the embodiment, the example of the horizontal fins in which the front fins 4 are arranged in the horizontal direction or the vehicle width direction is shown. However, the fins may be vertical fins arranged in the vertical direction or the front-rear direction. Need not be explained again. Moreover, in the said embodiment, the bearing part which supports the end of the front fin 4 is accommodated and hold | maintained in the space 10 of the protrusion part 9 provided in the cluster panel 2 which is an interior member, One end part of the front fin 4, and its bearing Although the example which made the part continue with the surface of the cluster panel 2 was shown, the bearing part which supports the both ends of the front fin 4 is accommodated and hold | maintained in the space 10 of the protrusion part 9 provided in the interior member, and the front fin 4 It is also possible to configure such that both end portions and the bearing portion thereof are continuous with the interior member surface.

In the vehicle register device according to the present invention, since the interior member is not limited by the material, the degree of freedom in selecting the material such as the appearance and the touch is improved, and the strength of the bearing portion can be secured by selecting the material of the retainer. Therefore, it is advantageous in terms of cost, and since the bearing portion is accommodated and held in the space in the protruding portion provided in the interior member, the bearing portion can be strengthened and the operation feeling of the fin can be improved and the appearance is also improved. Therefore, the present invention is useful for a register device having a design in which the surface of an interior member such as a cluster panel or a roof console and the fins of the register are continuously shown.
