Claims (4)
- 露光器における記録材料に対する印刷原稿の傾き記録を修正するための方法であって、
−記録材料を円周Uを有する露光ドラム(1)に張設すること、
−露光ヘッド(11)でN本のレザー光線(12)を生ぜしめ、該レザー光線(12)を記録材料の上に、送り方向に配向された露光点の直線的なアレー(21)として結像すること、
−露光ドラム(1)が回転させられている間に、露光ヘッド(11)を連続的に、軸方向の送りで露光ドラム(1)に沿って動かし、これによって露光ドラム(1)に巻設された螺線に沿って印刷原稿(15)を記録すること、
−画像線(27)に組織された、記憶された画像マトリックス(23)から取出された画像データでレザー光線(12)をモジュレートし、この場合、画像線(27)が画像点から構成され、露光ドラム(1)の周方向に延びかつ1画像点の幅を有していること、
−印刷原稿(15)を長さ単位あたりA画像点の露光解像度で記録する方式のものにおいて、
(イ)傾斜した読取り路に沿って画像マトリックス(23)の隣り合う画像線(27)から読取られる線区分(28)から記録線(25)を形成し、
(ロ)次の画像線(27)におけるi番目の線区分(28)がそれぞれ開始する変換点Tiが次式:
Ti=[i×(U×A)/N]WL (i=0,1,2,....)
によって決定されており、この場合括弧[ ]内の積はWLによって整数的に割ることのできる次の数に丸められており、WLは画像点マトリックス(23)に記録されているBitのメモリーのワード長さであり、
(ハ)レザー光線(12)を記録線(25)の画像データでモジュレートする、
ことを特徴とする、原稿を露光する際の傾き露光を修正する方法。 - 読取り路が角度を成して画像点マトリックス(23)を通って走っており、前記角度がほぼ、露光ドラム(1)の円周線に対し螺線が形成する角度である、請求項1記載の方法。
- N本の記録線(25)が間隔1/Aで平行に記録材料の上に露光される、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- N本の記録線(25)が1/Aの整数倍である間隔で平行に記録材料の上に露光される、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
