Claims (7)
- 入口開口(20a)と出口開口(20b)との間で圧縮空気を導くための流れダクト(16)を有する少なくとも1つのチューブ状部分(5)であって、圧縮空気よりも低温の媒体が前記チューブ状部分(5)の外面(14)と接触して流れて前記流れダクト(16)を通る圧縮空気を冷却するための少なくとも一つのチューブ状部分(5)、前記入口開口(20a)または前記出口開口(20b)に隣接させて配置された可動の制御要素(11a,11b)、ならびに前記入口開口(20a)または前記出口開口(20b)と相対的な前記制御要素(11a,11b)の変位を制御するための制御ユニット(10)を含む過給空気冷却器において、前記制御要素(11a,11b)は、少なくとも1つの穴(21)が貫通する板状であり、前記制御ユニット(10)の制御下で該制御要素(11a,11b)を変位して、前記少なくとも一つの穴(21)が前記入口開口(20a)あるいは前記出口開口(20b)と整合する最大流量位置と前記少なくとも一つの穴(21)が該入口開口(20a)また該出口開口(20b)から変位した最少流量位置との間で、該入口開口(20a)あるいは該出口開口(20b)と相対的に前記少なくとも一つの穴(21)を変位させて圧縮空気の横断流路面積を変化させ、前記流れダクト(16)を通る圧縮空気の流量を連続的に変化させるようになっていることを特徴とする、過給空気冷却器。
- 前記チューブ状部分(5)で冷却される前または後の圧縮空気を受入れるタンク(2,4)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された過空気冷却器。
- 前記制御要素(11a,11b)が2方向に直線的に移動できるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の過給空気冷却器。
- 所望位置へ前記制御要素(11a,11b)を移動させるアクチュエータ(12a,12b)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- 前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記制御要素(11a,11b)を所望位置へ移動させるように、前記アクチュエータ(12a,12b)の作動を制御することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の過給空気冷却器。
- 互いに平行に配列された複数のチューブ状部分(5)を含み、前記制御要素(10)には、前記入口開口(20a)あるいは前記出口開口(20b)とそれぞれ連携する複数の穴(21)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
- 前記チューブ状部分(5)をバイパスするバイパス・ライン(8)および該バイパス・ライン(8)を通る圧縮空気の可変流量を制御し、前記前記チューブ状部分(5)を流れる圧縮空気の流量を変化させるバルブ(9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された過給空気冷却器。
