Claims (3)
- 弁体を有する弁軸と、前記弁体が接離する弁座を有する弁本体と、該弁本体に接合されたキャンと、該キャンの内周に配在されたロータと、該ロータを回転駆動すべく前記キャンの外周に配在されたステータと、前記弁本体に固定され前記弁軸が内挿されたガイドブッシュと、前記弁軸及びガイドブッシュの外周に配在され前記ロータに一体回転可能に連結された弁軸ホルダと、を備えた電動弁であって、
前記弁軸は、前記弁軸ホルダと一体回転可能とされるとともに、前記弁軸ホルダに対して軸方向に相対移動可能とされ、かつ、前記弁体を前記弁座に接離させるべく、前記ガイドブッシュの内周に形成された第1固定ねじ部と、前記弁軸の外周に形成されて、前記第1固定ねじ部に螺合せしめられる第1可動ねじ部と、からなる流量調整用ねじ送り機構が設けられており、
前記ガイドブッシュの外周に形成された第2固定ねじ部と、前記弁軸ホルダの内周に形成されて、前記第2固定ねじ部に螺合せしめられる第2可動ねじ部と、からなる回転規制用ねじ送り機構が設けられており、
前記ガイドブッシュもしくは前記弁本体に設けられた固定ストッパと、該固定ストッパに衝接可能とされ前記弁軸ホルダに設けられた可動ストッパと、からなる回転規制用ストッパ機構を備えており、
前記回転規制用ねじ送り機構は、前記回転規制用ストッパ機構により前記弁軸の回転が規制されることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記流量調整用ねじ送り機構のピッチが、前記回転規制用ねじ送り機構のピッチよりも小であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記弁軸の下端部に設けられた筒状部に軸方向に移動可能に嵌挿されるとともに、前記筒状部に設けられた係止部により抜け止め係止され、かつ、前記筒状部には、前記弁体を下方に付勢する緩衝用のばねが配在されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
