Description
前記ピストンの外周面の全周にわたり前記クランクシャフト側の端部から前記ピストンの全長の0.2〜0.4倍の範囲にかけて延伸する200μm以下の深さの段付部を有し、
前記段付部の前記ピストン側の端部位置は前記ピストンの下死点位置において前記シリンダの開口よりも前記クランクシャフト側として、且つ該段付部は前記潤滑油を全体で受けて該潤滑油を前記ピストン外周と前記シリンダ内周との間に供給する構成とした。

Claims (3)
- 密閉容器内に、潤滑油と共に、冷媒ガスを吸入して圧縮するための圧縮機要素と、これを回転駆動する電動機要素とからなる圧縮機本体を収容してなる密閉型圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機要素はクランクシャフトの回転駆動と連動してシリンダ内を往復運動するピストンを備え、該ピストンの外周面の全周にわたり前記クランクシャフト側の端部から前記ピストンの全長の0.2〜0.4倍の範囲内に延伸する200μm以下の深さの段付部を有し、該段付部の前記ピストン側の端部位置は前記ピストンの下死点位置において前記シリンダの開口よりも前記クランクシャフト側として、且つ該段付部は前記潤滑油を全体で受けて該潤滑油を前記ピストン外周と前記シリンダ内周との間に供給する密閉型圧縮機。 - 密閉容器内に、潤滑油と共に、冷媒ガスを吸入して圧縮するための圧縮機要素と、これを回転駆動する電動機要素とからなる圧縮機本体を収容してなる密閉型圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機要素はクランクシャフトの回転駆動と連動してシリンダ内を往復運動するピストンを有し、冷媒ガスとしてR600aを使用して前記シリンダ及び前記ピストンにかかる面圧を小さくし、かつ、前記ピストンの外周面の全周にわたり前記クランクシャフト側の端部から前記ピストンの全長の0.2〜0.4倍の範囲内に延伸するシリンダ内面と接触しない段付部を備えて前記ピストンと前記シリンダとの接触面積を小さくして、前記段付部の前記ピストン側の端部位置は前記ピストンの下死点位置において前記シリンダの開口よりも前記クランクシャフト側として、且つ該段付部は前記潤滑油を全体で受けて該潤滑油を前記ピストン外周と前記シリンダ内周との間に供給する密閉型圧縮機。 - 密閉容器内に、潤滑油と共に、冷媒ガスを吸入して圧縮するための圧縮機要素と、これを回転駆動する電動機要素とからなる圧縮機本体を収容してなる密閉型圧縮機において、

前記ピストンの外周面の全周にわたり前記クランクシャフト側の端部から前記ピストンの全長の0.2〜0.4倍の範囲にかけて延伸する200μm以下の深さの段付部を有し、
前記段付部の前記ピストン側の端部位置は前記ピストンの下死点位置において前記シリンダの開口よりも前記クランクシャフト側として、且つ該段付部は前記潤滑油を全体で受けて該潤滑油を前記ピストン外周と前記シリンダ内周との間に供給する密閉型圧縮機。
