【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は油性固形化粧料、更に詳しくは系中にポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有し、基本的な使用性を損なうことなく、化粧料の表面に発生する発汗を抑制することを改良した油性固形化粧料に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、口紅、ファンデーション、アイシャドウなどの油性固形化粧料においては、ワックス、液状油分、着色剤などの粉体、香料等が配合されており、これら成分の組合わせにより、塗布時ののびやなめらかさ、つや、しっとり感、仕上がり等の基本的な使用性や、安定性の調製を行っている。特に安定性では、油性固形化粧料の表面に水滴状の液体が滲み出る、いわゆる発汗と呼ばれる現象が油性固形化粧料の特徴としてあげられる。しかしながら、油性固形化粧料において、塗布時ののびやなめらかさ、仕上がりの基本的な使用性を向上させるため、可能な限りワックスの配合量を少なくしているが、少なくしすぎると、化粧料の表面に発汗を生じてしまい、十分に使用性と発汗の安定化を満足すべき域には達したというわけではなかった。

そこで、油性固形化粧料の発汗の抑制効果を向上させるために、非結晶性のマイクロクリスタリンワックスを配合している事例や、さらには、ポリオキシエチレンミツロウを配合した事例がある。しかし、これらの方法で発汗の抑制効果を十分に改善するためには、系中へこれらの成分を多く配合しなければならないため、塗布時ののびやなめらかさ、仕上がりといった基本的な使用性を損なってしまい、問題の解決には至っていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
したがって本発明の目的は、基本的な使用性を損なわず、上記したような発汗現象を伴わない油性固形化粧料を提供することにある。
【課題を解決するための手段】

本発明者らは、上記の問題点である油性固形化粧品の品質向上に鋭意研究を重ねた結果、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルに油性固形化粧料の表面に発生する発汗現象の抑制に改善効果があることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本発明は、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを化粧料の表面に発生する発汗を抑制する有効成分として配合することを特徴とする油性固形化粧料に関するものである。

本発明の油性固形化粧料に配合するポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルの構成脂肪酸は、主構成脂肪酸が炭素数14以上の飽和脂肪酸であり、そのうちの1種または2種以上の混合物で、ベヘン酸を60重量%以上含有するものである。炭素数14以上の飽和脂肪酸としては、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキン酸、ベヘン酸、リグノセリン酸、セロチン酸等が挙げられる。発汗の抑制効果を向上させるためには、主構成脂肪酸のうち、好ましくはベヘン酸を65重量%以上含有し、さらに好ましくはベヘン酸を80重量%含有することである。また、ベヘン酸が60重量%未満になると、発汗の抑制効果が不十分となり、本発明の目的が達成されず、好ましくない。

本発明の油性固形化粧料に配合するポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルのポリグリセリンに対する脂肪酸のエステル化率は、80重量%以上が好ましく、90重量%以上になるとさらに好ましい。また、エステル化率が80%未満になると、発汗の抑制効果に影響を及ぼさなくなり、本発明の目的が達成されず、好ましくない。

本発明の油性固形化粧料に配合するポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルのグリセリン重合度は、7〜11が好ましく、8〜10がより好ましい。また、グリセリン重合度が7未満になると本発明の目的が達成されず、好ましくない。

さらに、本発明の油性固形化粧料に配合するポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルは、油性固形化粧料全量中に0.01〜10重量%配合することで、表面の発汗を抑制することができる。化粧料全量中への配合量として、好ましくは0.05〜5重量%であり、さらに好ましくは、0.1〜3重量%である。配合量が0.01重量%未満では発汗の抑制効果が不十分で、10重量%以上配合すると、塗布時ののびやなめらかさなどの基本的な使用性が悪くなってくるので好ましくない。

本発明の油性固形化粧料には、必須成分として、ワックス及びワックス状物質の少なくとも1種または2種以上を3〜30重量%、液状及び半固形油分の少なくとも1種または2種以上を20〜90重量%、化粧品顔料の少なくとも1種または2種以上を0.5〜30重量%含有することを特徴とする。

ここで本発明に用いられる、ワックス及びワックス状物質のものとしては、例えば、セレシンワックス、マイクロクリスタリンワックス、キャンデリラワックス、カルナウバロウ、ポリエチレンエワックス、パラフィンワックス、ライスワックス、ミツロウ、木ロウ等が挙げられるが、これらのみに限定されるわけでない。

また、液状及び半固形油分のものとしては、例えば、流動パラフィン、流動イソパラフィン、スクワラン等の炭化水素類,;オリーブ油、マカデミアナッツ油、ヒマシ油、アボガド油、メドウフォーム油等の天然植物油;ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、環状シリコーン等のシリコーン油;リンゴ酸ジイソステアリル、トリオクタン酸グリセリル、トリイソステアリン酸トリメチロールプロパン、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、ダイマー酸ジイソプロピル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシル等のエステル類;オクチルドデカノール、イソステアリルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール等の高級アルコール等が挙げられるが、これらのみに限定されるわけでない。

また、化粧品顔料としては、化粧品に通常用いられる公知の顔料を用いることができる。例えば、セリサイト、マイカ、タルク、シリカ、カオリン、ナイロンパウダー、合成金雲母等の体質顔料;酸化チタン、酸化鉄、群青、有機タール系色素及びレーキ等の着色剤などが挙げられる。また、これらの化粧品顔料をシリコーン、脂肪酸エステル、金属石鹸等により処理したものも用いることができるが、これらのみに限定されるわけでない。

以下、実施例により本発明をさらに詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらにより限定されるものではない。なお、配合量は特に指定がない限り、重量%で示す。

表1に示す実施例、比較例の組成に関して、皿状の口紅を製造し、その成型品について、表面に発生する発汗の有無を確認し、さらに、下記評価基準に従って官能評価を行った。

(製法)A.成分(1)〜(10)までを加熱溶解釜に投入し、90〜100℃にて加熱溶解する。B.Aに成分(11)〜(13)を加え、ロールミルにて分散処理を十分に行う。C.Bを再度加熱溶解し、85〜90℃に調整後、脱気する。D.Cに成分(14)を加え、皿状の容器に流し込み成型する。

発汗安定性の確認方法は、まず、皿状の口紅成型品を、塩化カリウム飽和水溶液にて相対湿度83.6%に調製した30℃の恒温装置に放置する。次に、放置3日後と30日後にそれぞれ相対湿度40%の37℃恒温装置に投入する。そして、投入2時間後の口紅表面を目視にて観察し、発汗の有無の確認を行った。

官能評価は専門パネラー10名により行い、基本的な使用感の評価として「塗布時ののび」、「塗布後のつや」、「塗布後のしっとり感」、「仕上がり」の4項目について評価を行った。

図1〜図6の結果から明らかなように、30日後のDSC結果で、比較例1では61.8℃、比較例2では63.1℃に大きなピークが観察されるが、実施例1では、60.2℃に極わずかなピークしか観察されない。これらのことから、実施例1が比較例1及び比較例2と比べ経時的な結晶の変化も少なく、安定したものであることが示唆される。したがって、本発明の油性固形化粧料は、DSC結果からも、発汗の抑制効果が改善させていることが明らかに確認されるものである。
