Description
図3に示すように、EGRガスは、三元触媒コンバータ900を通過した後の排気ガスがEGRパイプ500を通ってEGRバルブ502まで導入される。EGRバルブ502は、エンジンECU1000によりデューティ制御が実行されている。エンジンECU1000は、エンジン回転数、アクセルポジションセンサ102(図2)からの信号などの各種の信号に基づいて、EGRバルブ502の開度を制御する。
以下に、図4を参照して、本実施の形態に従うハイブリッド車両における回生制動動作を実現するための制御構造について説明する。
図7は、本実施の形態に従うハイブリッド車両における回生制動動作の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
以上に述べたように、ハイブリッド車両の減速時においては、スロットルバルブ300の閉弁制御の実行中に発生したエンジンパワーは、モータジェネレータ140A,140Bにおける回生制動パワーに変換され、回収された電力が走行用バッテリ220に蓄えられる。
ハイブリッド車両の減速時における走行用バッテリ220における過充電は、上述した走行用バッテリ220の充放電制御に加えて、以下に述べるようなEGRバルブ502の開度制御(以下、EGR制御とも称する)を行なうことによって、より確実に回避することができる。
図10は、本実施の形態に従うエンジンECU1000で実行されるEGR制御の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
Claims (8)
- エンジンおよびモータジェネレータを動力源として駆動軸に動力を出力するハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記エンジンには、排気ガスの一部を還流弁を介して再度前記エンジンの吸気管に還流させるための排気ガス還流装置および前記吸気管を流通する空気量を変化させるスロットルバルブが設けられ、
前記制御装置は、
運転者による減速要求が検出された場合には、前記還流弁を閉弁制御する第1の閉弁制御と、前記還流弁が全閉となった後に閉弁するように前記スロットルバルブを閉弁制御する第2の閉弁制御とを実行し、
前記第2の閉弁制御に起因して前記エンジンに発生する過剰トルクを、前記モータジェネレータの回生により吸収する、ハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2の閉弁制御において、前記排気ガス還流装置による排気還流量が相対的に多いときには、前記スロットルバルブの閉弁速度を相対的に低い値に設定する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第2の閉弁制御において、前記エンジンの回転数が相対的に高いときには、前記スロットルバルブの閉弁速度を相対的に高い値に設定する、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記モータジェネレータと電力を授受可能な蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の充電状態値を推定する状態推定手段と、
前記蓄電装置の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記推定された充電状態値および前記検出された温度に基づいて、前記蓄電装置を充電可能な電力の上限としての入力制限を設定する入力制限設定手段とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記還流弁の開弁制御において、前記設定された入力制限が相対的に大きいときには、前記吸気管に還流可能な排気ガスの最大許容量としての最大許容還流量を、相対的に高い値に設定する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記蓄電装置の充電状態値が予め定められた制御中心値を中心とする所定の範囲内に維持されるように前記モータジェネレータによる前記蓄電装置に対する充電を制御する充電制御手段をさらに備え、
前記充電制御手段は、前記還流弁の開弁制御の実行中においては、前記制御中心値を、前記還流弁の開弁制御の実行禁止中における前記制御中心値よりも低い値に設定する、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記モータジェネレータによる前記蓄電装置に対する充電が制限される第1のモード、および前記蓄電装置の充電状態値が前記所定の範囲内に維持されるように前記モータジェネレータによる前記蓄電装置に対する充電を制御する第2のモードのいずれかの走行モードを選択して走行可能であり、
前記車両の走行状態に基づいて前記走行モードの切替えを行なう走行制御手段をさらに備え、
前記走行制御手段は、前記還流弁の開弁制御の実行中においては、前記第1のモードで走行する範囲が拡大するように前記走行モードの切替えしきい値を変化させる、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記還流弁の開弁制御の実行中において、前記推定された充電状態値が所定の閾値を超えた場合には、前記還流弁を全閉とする、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記エンジンからの動力を受けて発電可能な第1のモータジェネレータと、
前記エンジンからの動力を前記ジェネレータおよび前記駆動軸に機械的に分配するように構成された動力分割機構と、
前記駆動軸に回転軸が連結される第2のモータジェネレータとを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
