Claims (4)
- 回転操作および押動操作が可能な操作部と、この操作部の押動状態と非押動状態を検出し、これら各状態でそれぞれパーキング設定/解除となす切換信号を出力する押動検出手段と、前記操作部の回転操作状態を検出しシフト選択信号を出力する回転検出手段と、前記操作部を押動状態から非押動状態に変位させるポップアップ手段とを備え、
前記ポップアップ手段が、前記操作部への押圧状態を検出する押圧検出手段と、この操作部を押動状態から非押動状態に押し上げるアクチュエータとを有し、ブレーキが操作され且つ前記押圧検出手段が前記押圧状態を検出したときに、前記アクチュエータが前記操作部を押動状態から非押動状態に押し上げるように構成したことを特徴とするシフト操作装置。 - 回転操作および押動操作が可能な操作部と、この操作部の押動状態と非押動状態を検出し、これら各状態でそれぞれパーキング設定/解除となす切換信号を出力する押動検出手段と、前記操作部の回転操作状態を検出しシフト選択信号を出力する回転検出手段と、前記操作部を押動状態から非押動状態に変位させるポップアップ手段とを備え、
前記ポップアップ手段が、前記操作部への押圧状態を検出する押圧検出手段と、この操作部を非押動状態の方向に付勢する付勢手段と、この付勢手段の付勢力に抗して前記操作部を押動状態にロックするロック手段とを有し、ブレーキが操作され且つ前記押圧検出手段が前記押圧状態を検出したときに、前記ロック手段が前記操作部のロック状態を解除して、前記付勢手段が前記操作部を押動状態から非押動状態に押し上げるように構成したことを特徴とするシフト操作装置。 - 回転操作および押動操作が可能な操作部と、この操作部の押動状態と非押動状態を検出し、これら各状態でそれぞれパーキング設定/解除となす切換信号を出力する押動検出手段と、前記操作部の回転操作状態を検出しシフト選択信号を出力する回転検出手段と、前記操作部を押動状態から非押動状態に変位させるポップアップ手段とを備え、
前記ポップアップ手段が、前記操作部が押圧操作される毎にこの操作部の非押動状態への復帰規制と復帰規制解除を交互に行うプッシュロック手段と、この操作部を非押動状態の方向に付勢する付勢手段と、この付勢手段の付勢力に抗して前記操作部を押動状態にロックするロック手段とを有すると共に、前記操作部がパーキング状態においてさらに押し込み可能に支持されており、ブレーキが操作され且つ前記操作部が押圧されたときに、前記ロック手段が前記操作部のロック状態を解除すると共に、前記プッシュロック手段が前記操作部の復帰規制を解除することにより、前記付勢手段が前記操作部を押動状態から非押動状態に押し上げるように構成したことを特徴とするシフト操作装置。 - 請求項3の記載において、前記プッシュロック手段がハートカム機構からなり、このハートカム機構が前記操作部と伴に移動する摺動部材と、この摺動部材をロック/ロック解除方向へ移動可能に案内するカム溝とを有していることを特徴とするシフト操作装置。
