Description
(1)層(A)のプラスチック材料
(1−1)ポリカーボネート:三菱ユーピロンNF2000(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチック(株)製)
(1−2)アクリル樹脂:ポリメタクリル酸メチル、商品名:三菱アクリライトL001(三菱レーヨン(株)製)
(2−1)EVA:エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル含量33重量%、メルトフローレート(190℃、2160g荷重、JIS K7210−1999)30g/10分)
(2−2)EMA−1:エチレン・アクリル酸メチル共重合体(アクリル酸メチル含量30重量%、メルトフローレート(190℃、2160g荷重、JIS K7210−1999)3g/10分)
(2−3)EMA−2:エチレン・アクリル酸メチル共重合体(アクリル酸メチル含量35重量%、メルトフローレート(190℃、2160g荷重、JIS K7210−1999)3g/10分)
(3−1)架橋剤:第3ブチルパーオキシオクトエート(商品名:ルパゾールTBPO、アトケム吉富(株)製、1時間半減期温度:95℃)
(3−2)架橋助剤:トリアリルイソシアヌレート
(3−3)シランカップリング剤:γ−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(商品名:KBM503、信越化学(株)製)
表1に示すエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体[実施例1(参考例)]、及び本発明のエチレン系共重合体(実施例2〜4)から、115℃において、0.5mm厚みのシートを作製した。これに、表1に示す割合の架橋剤、架橋助剤及びシランカップリング剤からなる混合物を、バーコーターを用いて塗布した。塗布したシートは、1週間以上エージングして用いた。
別途作製したポリカーボネートの0.5mm厚みのシートと上記エージングした各シートを重ね合わせ、100℃×15分の条件で真空貼り合せ機において貼り合せると共にエチレン系共重合体シートを架橋した。得られた積層シートから10mm幅の試験片を切り取り、引張速度50mm/分における接着強度を測定した。結果を表1に併記する。
ポリカーボネートの代わりにアクリル樹脂を用いた以外は実施例2又は4と同様に積層シートを作成し、その接着強度を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (14)
- ポリカーボネート及びアクリル樹脂から選ばれる透明プラスチック層(A)と分解温度(1時間半減期温度)が125℃以下の有機過酸化物を含有する架橋性エチレン系共重合体組成物層(B)とが積層されてなる積層体であって、エチレン系共重合体が、アクリル酸メチル単位含量が20〜50重量%、190℃、2160g荷重におけるメルトフローレート(JIS K7210−1999)が1〜100g/10分のエチレン・アクリル酸メチル共重合体である積層体。
- 架橋性エチレン系共重合体組成物層(B)が、エチレン系共重合体又はその組成物の成形体表面に有機過酸化物を塗布して含浸させたものである請求項1に記載の積層体。
- 層(B)が、さらにシランカップリング剤及び架橋助剤から選ばれる少なくとも一種の添加剤を含有するものである請求項1または2に記載の積層体。
- 層(B)が架橋され、層(A)と架橋された層(B)の層間接着強度が5〜50N/10mmである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の積層体。
- 層(A)及び層(B)の少なくとも一方の表面に他の層が設けられてなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の積層体。
- 層(A)が表層である請求項5に記載の積層体。
- 層(B)が太陽電池素子封止材層である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の積層体。
- 請求項7に記載の積層体からなる太陽電池モジュールの表層構造体。
- 請求項8に記載の表層構造体をその一部に有する太陽電池モジュール。
- ポリカーボネート及びアクリル樹脂から選ばれる透明プラスチック層と、分解温度(1時間半減期温度)が125℃以下の有機過酸化物を含有する、アクリル酸メチル単位含量が20〜50重量%、190℃、2160g荷重におけるメルトフローレート(JIS K7210−1999)が1〜100g/10分のエチレン・アクリル酸メチル共重合体の層とが積層されてなる太陽電池モジュールの表層構造体。
- エチレン・アクリル酸メチル共重合体の層が架橋されてなる請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュールの表層構造体。
- 透明プラスチック層と架橋されたエチレン・アクリル酸メチル共重合体の層との層間接着強度が5〜50N/10mmである請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュールの表層構造体。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の表層構造体をその一部に有する太陽電池モジュール。
- ポリカーボネート及びアクリル樹脂から選ばれる透明プラスチック層と、分解温度(1時間半減期温度)が125℃以下の有機過酸化物を含有する、アクリル酸メチル単位含量が20〜50重量%、190℃、2160g荷重におけるメルトフローレート(JIS K7210−1999)が1〜100g/10分のエチレン・アクリル酸メチル共重合体の封止材層と、太陽電池素子とを、80〜120℃で加熱して封止及び溶着する太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
