Description
Claims (6)
- 複数の層で構成された記録スタックを有する書き換え可能型光記録担体であって、前記記録スタックは、
基板上に形成された反射層と、
前記反射層上に形成された第2の誘電体層と、
前記第2の誘電体層上に形成された相変化記録材料を有する記録層と、
前記記録層上に形成された少なくとも2つのサブレイヤを有する第1の誘電体層と、
前記第1の誘電体層上に形成された熱遮蔽層と、
前記熱遮蔽層上に形成された被覆層と、
を有し、
前記熱遮蔽層の屈折率は、前記被覆層の屈折率に近く、
前記記録層から最も遠い前記第1の誘電体層のサブレイヤは、前記被覆層の屈折率とは異なる屈折率を有することを特徴とする書き換え可能型光記録担体。 - 前記基板の材料は、ポリカーボネートまたはPMMAであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の書き換え可能型光記録担体。
- 前記被覆層の材料は、ポリカーボネートまたは透明高分子樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の書き換え可能型光記録担体。
- 前記熱遮蔽層の材料は、主成分としてSiO2またはAl2O3を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の書き換え可能型光記録担体。
- 前記第1および第2の誘電体層の材料は、ZnS、SiO2、Si3N4、Al2O3またはTa2O5の中のいずれかの化合物、または上記化合物の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の書き換え可能型光記録担体。
- 前記相変化記録材料は、Ge、In、SbおよびTeの混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の書き換え可能型光記録担体。
