Description
従来技術に関しては、特許文献1が参照され、それによって、作動装置からドアに連結された駆動軸に駆動力を与えるために、ウォームシャフトと駆動ナットとの組合せを使用することがそれ自体公知である。大まかにいえば、その解決法は、複雑でありかつかなりのスペースを要する。
実際、好ましい実施の形態によれば、駆動ナットの一端がピストン部材に連結され、その他端がドア閉塞器の伸縮バネの一端と協働するように構成される。このようにして、簡単な構造による解決法が提供される。
図面において、参照番号1は、ドアの開成を行う電動モータ7又は別の好適な作動装置と、ドアを閉めるドア閉塞器2とを含むドア(図示せず)のスイングドア装置を示す。ドア閉塞器2は、ドアに連結されてドアの動きに従って回転する駆動軸4により駆動されるピストン手段3と、伸縮バネ5と、ピストン手段3を駆動し、ドアを開くピストン手段3の行程をもたらすウォームシャフト6とを含む。電動モータ7の作動軸は参照番号8で示される。軸8の回転速度を好適なものとする歯車8aが、必要ならば、更に電動モータと作動軸8の間に配置される。更に、本発明によれば、スイングドア装置によって支持される本体部10を設けた結合手段9が、シャフト6,8間に配置される。
結合手段9は各種の方法で実現することができ、好ましい1つの解決法が、この点に言及されたフィンランド特許出願第20031180号により詳細に開示されている。
Claims (3)
- 伸縮ばね(5)を具備する、ドア閉塞器(2)および例えば電動モータ(7)等の作動装置(7)を含む、スイングドア装置の配置であって、前記ドア閉塞器が本体部(2a)と、その内側の移動可能なピストン部材(3)とを含み、上記ピストン部材(3)はドアの動きに従って回転する駆動軸(4)と力伝達接続され、上記作動装置(7)の作動軸(8)は、ウォームシャフト(6)を利用してドアが開く動きを与える上記ピストン手段(3)と作動的に接続可能であり、上記ウォームシャフト(6)の一端がピストン部材(3)に連結された駆動ナット(11)によって駆動されると共に、その他端が作動装置の上記作動軸(8)と接続可能であるスイングドア装置の配置において、
上記ウォームシャフト(6)が、ウォーム部(6a)と、これに一体化され、フランジ部材(6c)が設けられたシャフト部(6b)とを含み、上記フランジ部材(6c)は、スラスト軸受ユニット(19)と協働して、ドア閉塞器の本体部(2a)に関してウォームシャフトの軸線方向の移動が阻止され、しかも、結合手段(9)が作動装置の上記作動軸(8)とウォームシャフトの上記シャフト部(6b)の間に配置され、上記結合手段は、作動装置(7)とウォームシャフトのシャフト部(6b)の間で力伝達接続を切り離し、かつ、ドアが開放運動を行う該力伝達接続を与えるように配置されることを特徴とするスイングドア装置の配置。 - 前記駆動ナット(11)の一端がピストン部材(3)に連結され、その他端が前記ドア閉塞器の伸縮バネ(5)の一端と協働するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ウォームシャフト(6)のシャフト部(6a)及び駆動ナット(11)のネジ山の角度が、例えば、少なくとも26°、好ましくは約32°〜40°と、十分に大きいように選ばれるので、相互の協働作用が殆ど可逆的であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
