Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chair seat plate, and more particularly to a chair seat plate that is designed to improve sitting comfort by giving the seat plate an appropriate degree of bending when seated on the chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various ideas have been made with respect to a seat plate of a chair so that a sufficient cushioning property can be obtained when a seated person sits down. Examples thereof include those described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-41201 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-38817.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the former, flexible protruding strips having six U-shaped cross sections along the isobaric line of the average body pressure distribution by the seated person's buttocks are formed on the seat plate. In this case, the number of protrusions is too large, which may impair the strength of the seat plate, and may also reduce the resilience against the load.
[0004]
In the latter case, a thin U-shaped thin narrow wire having a rearward U shape slightly wider than the width of the seated person's buttocks is formed on the seat plate. Thereby, although the collar part which enters in a backward U-shaped flexible filament part is supported with elasticity, there are few elastic deformations and some problems remain in sitting comfort.
[0005]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a seat plate for a chair that is intended to improve sitting comfort by giving the seat plate an appropriate amount of bending when seated.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) A synthetic resin seat plate in which the lower surfaces of both left and right side parts are placed and supported on front and rear support rods spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval. A substantially V-shaped bent groove portion that extends along the inward position of the heel and opens on the front surface side, and a rib that extends along the outward position of the both support ridges protrude below the lower surface of the seat plate. , these bending grooves and ribs, the support rod a clamping Soo Rutotomoni, the time of sitting, the buttocks of the load of the seated person is applied to the seat, by causing the bending groove resiliently open, bending the seat plate It shall be possible to deform.
[0007]
( 2 ) In the above item (1), both support rods have a rectangular frame shape in which front and rear ends are connected, and a bent groove or rib projects downward along the inner position of the front and rear connection rods. It shall be.
[0008]
( 3 ) In the above item (1) or (2), the seat plate is assumed to have a large number of small holes between the left and right bent groove portions.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a side view showing an entire chair (A) having a seat (1) provided with a seat plate of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the seat (1). is there. The seat (1) includes a frame frame (3) made of a substantially square steel pipe at the top of the leg (2), a seat plate (4) that is an integrally molded product made of synthetic resin, and a cushion body (5). And skin material (6).
[0010]
The frame frame (3) includes a front and rear support rod (3a) spaced apart from each other at a required interval, and a connecting rod (3b) for connecting the front and rear ends of the left and right support rods (3a). It is formed by bending one steel pipe so as to be provided.
[0011]
The seat plate (4) is, for example, an integrally molded product made of hard synthetic resin. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the center portion is slightly depressed downward, and a large number of small holes (7) are formed therein. The elasticity to the load is given.
[0012]
Further, as is apparent from FIG. 4, in the peripheral portion of the seat plate (4), the surface side is opened to the inner position of the support rod (3a) of the frame frame (3), that is, the left and right side portions along the inner surface. A V-shaped bent groove (8) is formed to protrude downward from the lower surface. As shown in FIG. 5, a similar substantially V-shaped bent groove portion (8) is also formed at the rear portion of the seat plate (4) along the inward position of the connecting rod (3b).
[0013]
A simple rib (9) is formed on the front portion of the seat plate (4) so as to protrude downward from the lower surface along the inward position of the connecting rod (3b).
[0014]
Further, an outer rib (10) projects downward from the lower surface of the peripheral portion of the seat plate (4) at a position along the outer periphery of the support rod (3a) and the connecting rod (3b).
[0015]
The cushion body (5) is a sheet of an appropriate thickness made of a soft elastic material such as polyurethane foam.
[0016]
The skin material (6) is made of a suitable material such as woven fabric or vinyl leather, for example, and its peripheral edge is folded and sewn to form a bag-like insertion portion (11). A flexible fastening string (12) is inserted into the insertion portion (11), and both ends thereof are pulled out at one place as shown in FIGS.
[0017]
In assembling the seat (1), first, the cushion body (5) is placed on the seat plate (4), and the skin material (6) is placed on the cushion body (5). Is folded back to the lower surface side of the seat plate (4), and the fastening string (12) is tightened up tightly. By tightening the tightening cord (11), the peripheral edge of the skin material (6) is squeezed and narrowed, and the cushion body (5) is wrapped and tensioned.
[0018]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, this assembly is mounted on the frame frame (3), the supporting rod (3 a) and the connecting rod (3 b) between the bent groove (8) and the outer rib (10). The self-tapping screw or the bolt (13) is used to fix it between the rib (9) and the outer rib (10).
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the load of the seated person's buttocks (13) is applied to such a seat (1), the seat plate (4) is moved from the chain line position indicating the shape when no load is applied. Elastically bent and deformed up to the solid line position.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 7, this bending deformation depends on elastically opening the left and right V-shaped bent grooves (8) on the left and right sides and a large number of small holes at the center of the seat plate. Due to the reduction in rigidity of this portion due to the presence of (7), it becomes easier to bend.
[0021]
When the bent groove portion (8) is opened, the outer wall portion of the bent groove portion (8) comes into strong contact with the support rod (3a) or the connecting rod (3b) to prevent the seat plate from being bent more than necessary. The support rib (3a) or the connecting rod (3b) is sandwiched between the outer rib (10) and the support plate (4) to the frame frame (3). .
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to improve the sitting comfort by giving the seat plate an appropriate bending at the time of sitting.
In addition, the seat frame can be supported with good positional stability by sandwiching the frame frame between the outer rib and the bent groove portion, and the peripheral portion of the skin material is caught and locked between the outer rib and the frame portion. It is possible to improve the appearance by preventing the peripheral part of the skin material from being exposed.
[0023]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a seat portion having a basic shape, and by providing a rib on the front edge of the seat plate, the seat plate having a relatively low degree of elastic deformation on the rear side of the knee. It can be.
[0024]
