Claims (6)
- 直流電源の両端又は交流電源の交流電圧を整流する入力整流回路の出力両端に第1スイッチ素子と第2スイッチ素子とが直列に接続された第1直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチ素子又は前記第2スイッチ素子の両端に共振コンデンサと共振リアクトルとトランスの一次巻線とが直列に接続された第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの二次巻線の電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路と、
この整流平滑回路の出力電圧に基づき前記第1スイッチ素子と前記第2スイッチ素子とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
前記トランスの一次側から二次側へエネルギーを伝達している期間を検出する共振期間検出手段と、
前記一次側から前記二次側へエネルギーを伝達させる前記第1のスイッチ素子又は前記第2のスイッチ素子がオンした時から所定の期間、前記共振期間検出手段の信号を無効にするマスク手段とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記共振期間検出手段の信号に基づき前記第1のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定し、前記整流平滑回路の信号に基づき前記第2のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定することを特徴とする共振型電源装置。 - 直流電源の両端又は交流電源の交流電圧を整流する入力整流回路の出力両端に第1スイッチ素子と第2スイッチ素子とが直列に接続された第1直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチ素子又は前記第2スイッチ素子の両端に共振コンデンサと共振リアクトルとトランスの一次巻線とが直列に接続された第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの二次巻線の電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路と、
この整流平滑回路の出力電圧に基づき前記第1スイッチ素子と前記第2スイッチ素子とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
前記トランスの一次側から二次側へエネルギーを伝達している期間を検出する共振期間検出手段と、
前記一次側から前記二次側へエネルギーを伝達させる前記第1のスイッチ素子又は前記第2のスイッチ素子がオンした時から所定の期間、前記共振期間検出手段の信号を無効にするマスク手段とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記整流平滑回路の信号に基づき前記第1のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定し、前記共振期間検出手段の信号に基づき前記第2のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定することを特徴とする共振型電源装置。 - 直流電源の両端又は交流電源の交流電圧を整流する入力整流回路の出力両端に第1スイッチ素子と第2スイッチ素子とが直列に接続された第1直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチ素子又は前記第2スイッチ素子の両端に共振コンデンサと共振リアクトルとトランスの一次巻線とが直列に接続された第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの二次巻線の電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路と、
この整流平滑回路の出力電圧に基づき前記第1スイッチ素子と前記第2スイッチ素子とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
前記トランスの一次側から二次側へエネルギーを伝達している期間を検出する共振期間検出手段と、
前記共振期間検出手段の信号が出力されなくなった時から所定の遅延期間、各々のスイッチ素子のオン/オフ動作の切り替えを遅延させる遅延手段とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記共振期間検出手段の信号に基づき前記第1のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定し、前記整流平滑回路の信号に基づき前記第2のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定することを特徴とする共振型電源装置。 - 直流電源の両端又は交流電源の交流電圧を整流する入力整流回路の出力両端に第1スイッチ素子と第2スイッチ素子とが直列に接続された第1直列回路と、
前記第1スイッチ素子又は前記第2スイッチ素子の両端に共振コンデンサと共振リアクトルとトランスの一次巻線とが直列に接続された第2直列回路と、
前記トランスの二次巻線の電圧を整流平滑する整流平滑回路と、
この整流平滑回路の出力電圧に基づき前記第1スイッチ素子と前記第2スイッチ素子とを交互にオン/オフさせる制御回路と、
前記トランスの一次側から二次側へエネルギーを伝達している期間を検出する共振期間検出手段と、
前記共振期間検出手段の信号が出力されなくなった時から所定の遅延期間、各々のスイッチ素子のオン/オフ動作の切り替えを遅延させる遅延手段とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記整流平滑回路の信号に基づき前記第1のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定し、前記共振期間検出手段の信号に基づき前記第2のスイッチ素子のオン期間を決定することを特徴とする共振型電源装置。 - 前記トランスは、さらに、補助巻線を有し、
前記共振期間検出手段は、前記トランスに設けられた前記補助巻線の電圧に基づき前記期間を検出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の共振型電源装置。 - 前記トランスに設けられた前記補助巻線は、前記二次巻線と密結合されてなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の共振型電源装置。
