図1乃至図7を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムについて説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る移動通信システムは、LTE方式の移動通信システムである。
本実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、交換局MMEが、ハンドオーバ元無線基地局(Source eNB)によって生成されたパラメータKeNB *を変更することができるため、ハンドオーバ元無線基地局(Source eNB)に対して、ハンドオーバ先無線基地局(Target eNB)と移動局UEとの間の通信で用いられるセキュリティ鍵KeNBを秘密にすることができる。

Claims (2)
- 移動局が、ハンドオーバ元無線基地局配下のハンドオーバ元セルからハンドオーバ先無線基地局配下のハンドオーバ先セルにハンドオーバする移動通信方法であって、
前記ハンドオーバ元無線基地局が、前記ハンドオーバ先無線基地局に対して、該ハンドオーバ先無線基地局配下の前記ハンドオーバ先セル及び該ハンドオーバ先無線基地局配下の前記ハンドオーバ先セル以外の第1セルに係る物理セル識別情報及び所定パラメータを含むハンドオーバ要求信号を送信する工程と、
前記移動局の前記ハンドオーバ先セルに対するハンドオーバが失敗した場合に、該移動局が、セル選択を行い、選択されたセルに対して再接続を行う工程と、
前記セル選択によって前記第1セルが選択された場合、前記移動局及び前記ハンドオーバ先無線基地局が、前記所定パラメータから第1鍵を生成し、再接続後の通信で該第1鍵を用いる工程とを有することを特徴とする移動通信方法。 - 移動局が、ハンドオーバ元無線基地局配下のハンドオーバ元セルからハンドオーバ先無線基地局配下のハンドオーバ先セルにハンドオーバする際のハンドオーバ元無線基地局として機能する無線基地局であって、
前記ハンドオーバ先無線基地局に対して、該ハンドオーバ先無線基地局配下の前記ハンドオーバ先セル及び該ハンドオーバ先無線基地局配下の前記ハンドオーバ先セル以外の第1セルに係る物理セル識別情報及び所定パラメータを含むハンドオーバ要求信号を送信するように構成されている送信部を具備し、
前記所定パラメータは、前記移動局による該第1セルに対する再接続後の通信で用いられる第1鍵を生成する際に用いられることを特徴とする無線基地局。
