Description
1.FCC供給物の予備処理
FCC供給物の予備処理即ちFCC供給物を水素処理すると、ナフサを含めてFCCから製造した全ての生成物で硫黄を低減できる。然しながら、予見される「超低硫黄」の仕様に必要とされる低硫黄濃度に達するには、後処理が尚必要とされる。
ナフサ生成物の下方を切取ること(undercutting)によりナフサ終点を低下させると、ナフサからのチオフェン系及びベンゾチオフェン系化合物を軽質循環油(light cycle oil)("LCO") 中に降下させることができ、これによってナフサの硫黄含量を低減する。この方法は製造した所望のガソリンの容量を低減させ、しかも軽質フラクション中の硫黄を低減しない。
接触変化の使用により、触媒により、反応器への添加剤によりあるいは変化を操作することにより硫黄の転化を増大させると、最終生成物の硫黄含量に適度の低減を達成し得るに過ぎない。仕上げたFCCガソリンにおいては、この言わゆる「トリミング」は硫黄含量を有意な程に低減するには尚別の後処理を必要とする。
伝統的な水素処理法を用いるFCCナフサの後処理は、硫黄を所望の低濃度にまで低減する現在最も広く用いられている方法である。FCCガソリンを水素処理する後処理には現在多数の工業的及び専用的方法がある。この方法を用いるに当っての主たる欠点は後水素処理(post-hydrotreating)が製造されるオクタンとガソリンの容量との両方を低減することである。
本発明の別の具体例においては、+221.1℃沸騰範囲にある材料を主塔から抜出し、且つ副塔に供給するが、こうしてLCOの前端(front end)沸騰範囲でより重質な範囲の硫黄種、アルキルチオフェン及びベンゾチオフェン系化合物の多くを脱硫する。主塔に副塔流を返送し且つ副塔上の幾つかの棚板でHCN生成物を取出すと、HCNとLCOとの間の分離を改良する。
副塔30からの+221.1℃後方分(tails)38も、塔30の下方部分に返送される軽質流36を除去するリボイラーループ35で処理した後に適当な位置で分別主塔10に返送される。
原料:FCC装置主塔から高硫黄接触ナフサとして定義した。
全体に亘って約37.7℃〜315.5℃;
上部床31Aについては37.7℃〜204.4℃の典型的な操作温度
下部床31Bについては148.8℃〜260℃の典型的な操作温度。
約<172.4Kpas〜1379.3Kpas。
0.69 Kpas〜413.8Kpas。

Claims (15)
- 接触蒸留分別塔での処理中に流体の接触分解反応器からの流出液中のナフサの硫黄含量を低減する方法において、次の工程;
a. 分別塔10から、高硫黄含分の炭化水素と全範囲の接触分解ナフサとC5〜260℃の範囲で沸騰する軽質循環油フラクションとの流れ20を抜出し、
b. 高硫黄含分の炭化水素とナフサ流20とをハイドロ脱硫用の反応性蒸留副塔30に導入し、
c. 水素32を副塔30に装入し、
d. 副塔30を操作して高硫黄含分の炭化水素20を脱硫し且つ低硫黄含分のナフサ34を生成し、
e. C5〜221.1℃の沸点範囲の低硫黄含分のナフサフラクションを副塔30から分離し且つ抜出し34、
f. 低硫黄含分のナフサを分別塔10に返送し42、且つ
g. 分別塔10から抜出した頭上流66から低硫黄含分のナフサを回収することからなる、ナフサの硫黄含量を低減する方法。 - 回収した低硫黄分のナフサは200 ppm又はそれ以下の硫黄を含有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 回収した低硫黄分のナフサは30ppm以下の硫黄を含有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 回収した低硫黄分のナフサは30ppm〜200ppmの硫黄を含有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 高硫黄含分の炭化水素は、メルカプタン、硫化物、二硫化物、チオフェン、ベンゾチオフェン及びチオフェン系及びベンゾチオフェン系化合物よりなる群から選んだ化合物を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 副塔30の底部から+221.1℃の重質接触分解ナフサ流38を抜出し、これを分別塔10に返送する工程をも更に包含する請求項1記載の方法。
- 軽質及び中質接触分解ナフサを含有する第1の流れ44と、重質接触分解ナフサを含有する第2の流れ42との形で低硫黄含分のナフサを分別塔10に返送する42,44請求項1記載の方法。
- 別個の重質接触ナフサ生成物流34として、第2の流れの一部を抜出すことを更に包含する請求項7記載の方法。
- 第2の重質接触分解ナフサ流42の蒸気部分を、第2の流れの取出しより上方で副塔に返送することを更に包含する請求項7記載の方法。
- 重質の循環油生成物流14と軽質の循環油生成物流16とを分別塔から分離し且つ取出すことを更に包含する請求項1記載の方法。
- 副塔の底部流38を軽質循環油流16の取出し位置より上方で返送する請求項10記載の方法。
- 副塔30は板及び棚板を収容し、該棚板はハイドロ脱硫触媒を含有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 水素32は少なくとも2個所で副塔30に装入する請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個の水素流32は高硫黄含分の接触ナフサ流の装入位置より下方で装入し、少なくとも1個の水素流32は該装入位置より上方で装入する請求項13記載の方法。
- 分別塔10に返送される副塔30からの頭上流40の少なくとも一部は低硫黄の軽質ナフサ及び中質ナフサを含有する請求項7記載の方法。
