Description
Claims (5)
- 複数の画素がマトリクス状に配置された表示部を有し、前記複数の画素の各々は、
表示素子画素電極および表示素子共通電極の間に液晶層を有する液晶表示素子よりなる表示セルと、
光電変換素子を間にして一対の光電変換素子透明電極を対向配置した受光セルと、
前記表示セルにおけるカラー表示を可能とすると共に、増感色素を含み、前記受光セルにおける光電変換素子としての機能を有するカラーフィルタと
を有する表示受光セルにより構成されている
表示装置。 - 前記カラーフィルタは、酸化物半導体材料よりなる多孔質層に増感色素を担持させたものである
請求項1記載の表示装置。 - 一対の基板の一方の同一面に、前記表示素子画素電極に接続された表示素子トランジスタと、前記一対の光電変換素子透明電極に接続された受光素子トランジスタとが形成され、前記表示素子トランジスタおよび前記受光素子トランジスタの上に、絶縁層を間にして、前記カラーフィルタが形成され、前記カラーフィルタの上に、絶縁層を間にして前記表示素子画素電極が設けられ、前記一対の基板の他方に前記表示素子共通電極が設けられている
請求項1または2記載の表示装置。 - 一対の基板の一方に、前記表示素子画素電極に接続された表示素子トランジスタが形成され、前記表示素子トランジスタの上に、絶縁層を間にして、前記カラーフィルタと、前記一対の光電変換素子透明電極に接続された受光素子トランジスタとが形成され、前記カラーフィルタおよび前記受光素子トランジスタの上に、絶縁層を間にして前記表示素子画素電極が設けられ、前記一対の基板の他方に前記表示素子共通電極が設けられている
請求項1または2記載の表示装置。 - 一対の基板の一方に、前記表示素子画素電極に接続された表示素子トランジスタが形成され、前記表示素子トランジスタの上に、絶縁層を間にして表示素子画素電極が設けられ、前記一対の基板の他方に、前記一対の光電変換素子透明電極に接続された受光素子トランジスタが形成され、前記受光素子トランジスタの上に、絶縁層を間にして前記カラーフィルタが設けられ、前記カラーフィルタの上に、絶縁層を間にして表示素子共通電極が設けられている
請求項1または2記載の表示装置。
