従来、超音波洗浄装置としては、図5に示すように、ハウジング1に装着した洗浄槽2の下部に超音波振動子3が装着され、又、ハウジング1の底部に発振器4が装着され、洗浄槽2に洗浄液5と被洗浄物を入れて、発振器4から超音波振動子3に発振出力を印加して洗浄槽2内の被洗浄物を洗浄するものや、図6に示すように、洗浄槽2の中に洗浄液5を入れ、この洗浄液5の中に超音波振動子3を入れて、外部に設けた発振器4から超音波振動子3に発振出力を印加して洗浄槽2内の被洗浄物を洗浄するものが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような超音波洗浄装置は食器洗浄の分野でも使用されているが、いずれの場合も、専用装置のために、発振器4、超音波振動子3及び洗浄槽2が揃っていなければならず、装置が大型で、高価格であり、一般家庭ではなかなか使用されないという問題があった。

【課題を解決しようとする手段】
本発明は、非金属ケースの内部の上部に超音波振動子を装着し、該超音波振動子の周囲を囲むように前記非金属ケースの内部の上部に装着したコイルとからなり、該コイルに電磁力により誘起される起電力を前記超音波振動子に入力するようにした超音波発生装置と、該超音波発生装置の前記超音波振動子の上に載置された軟質シート又は水性ゲルと、該軟質シート又は水性ゲルの上に載置された洗浄物及び洗浄液を入れる容器と、前記超音波発生装置が載置されて、前記超音波発生装置の前記コイルに電磁力を供給する電磁調理器とからなり、前記超音波発生装置を前記電磁調理器に載置し、前記容器内に洗浄液及び被洗浄物を入れて、前記超音波振動子からの超音波で前記被洗浄物を洗浄するものである。

本発明では、非金属ケース内に超音波振動子とコイルを装着して超音波発生装置を構成し、この超音波発生装置のケースを電磁調理器の上に載置し、非金属ケースの上に軟質シート又は水性ゲルを介して容器を置き、この容器に水、洗剤及び被洗浄物を入れて、スイッチを入れると、電磁調理器で発生した電磁力によって、コイルに、このコイルが持つ固有周波数の起電力が誘起され、この誘起された起電力によって超音波振動子を作動し、超音波を容器内に放射させる。

図1は本発明の実施例の超音波発生装置の断面図、図2は図1の超音波発生装置の底部から見た図で、非金属ケース6の上部に超音波振動子7が装着され、超音波振動子7の周囲のケース6の近傍にコイル8が装着されている。

このように構成した本実施例の超音波発生装置では、図3に示すように電磁調理器9の上にこの超音波洗浄装置のケース6を載置し、この非金属ケース6の上に軟質シート又は水性ゲル10を介して容器11を載置し、この容器11の中に洗浄液12及び被洗浄物を入れてスイッチを入れると、電磁調理器9で発生した電磁界によって、非金属ケース6内に装着したコイル8に、このコイル8が持つ固有周波数の起電力が誘起され、この誘起された起電力によって超音波振動子7を作動すると、超音波振動子7から発生した超音波が容器11内に放射されることにより、容器11内の洗浄液内に入れた食べ物がこびりついた食器や箸又はスプーンあるいはフォーク等の被洗浄物の洗浄が可能となる。

以上説明したように、本発明では、非金属ケース内に超音波振動子とコイルを装着して超音波発生装置を構成し、この超音波発生装置の非金属ケースを電磁調理器の上におき、非金属ケースの上に軟質シート又は水性ゲルを介して容器を置き、容器に水、洗剤及び被洗浄物を入れて、電磁調理器の上に容器をおいてスイッチを入れると、電磁調理器で発生した電磁界によって、容器のコイルに、このコイルが持つ固有周波数の起電力が誘起され、この誘起された起電力によって超音波振動子を作動し、超音波を容器内に放射させて、容器内の被洗浄物を洗浄することができるという利点があり、又、鍋がそのまま洗浄槽として使用できるという利点がある。
