Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat provided with a headrest that moves forward to support a head during a so-called “rear impact” in which a seated person moves backward due to inertia in response to a collision from the rear.

Conventionally, a configuration in which a headrest provided on an upper portion of a backrest seat rotates forward by a movable frame in a backrest seat located behind the back of the seated person to support the head of the seated person is known. There is (for example, Patent Document 1).
Also, a configuration is known in which a plurality of zigzag springs in the left-right direction are arranged side by side on a square frame-shaped dorsal seat frame, and a cushion material is positioned on the front surface of the zigzag spring (for example, Patent Document 2).
Also, the configuration of a lumbar support mechanism that adjusts the front / rear position of the cushion material of the back seat of the seated person's waist is known (for example, Patent Document 3).
JP-A-10-119619 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-8309 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-194461

Among the known examples described in JP-A-10-119619, the movable frame moves in the front-rear direction, so that the zigzag spring that supports the cushion material is not provided in the portion where the movable frame is provided. There is.
Similarly, since the lumbar support mechanism described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-194461 is configured to push the cushion material forward, after the rear impact is sensed to move the headrest forward to prevent whiplash, There is a problem that it cannot be used together with a bump detector.
That is, in the case of a dorsal fin seat provided with a mechanism for countermeasures against whiplash, it has been said that a spring configuration that improves cushion performance and a lumbar support mechanism that matches the physique of a seated person cannot be provided together.
The present application is configured to detect the backward movement load of the seated person by the front and rear moving body located behind the back of the seated person, while ensuring a sufficient amount of movement of the headrest, and when detecting a rear collision, the sitting posture is A special contrivance is provided so that the seating surface of the back seat can be adjusted according to the physique of the seated person.

In the present invention, a headrest 6 formed by providing a pillar 8 on a head support portion 7 that supports at least a head H of a seated person T has a rear impact in the dorsal seat 2 positioned at the rear of the seated person T near the waist. The rear collision detector 25 is connected to the sensor 25 via a link mechanism, and the headrest 6 is moved forward by the rear movement of the rear collision detector 25 to support the head H of the seated person T. On the front side, a plate body 31 formed in a substantially rectangular single plate shape is formed on the dorsal frame 3 of the dorsal seat 2 independently of the rear impact detection body 25 via a pair of upper and lower wire springs 32. A plate-like support member 30 configured to be freely movable back and forth is provided, and the rear collision detector 25 is positioned below an intermediate position between the plate body 31 and the plate body 31 and the rear collision detector 25. Between the front and rear positions of the plate body 31 The longitudinal adjustment mechanism 50 which can be adjusted is obtained by a vehicle seat provided.
In the present invention, the front-rear adjustment mechanism 50 has a horizontally long plate-like extruded body 51 attached to the front surface of the rear collision detector 25 with an elastic synthetic resin, and the extruded body 51 is elastically deformed by a wire cable 56. This is a vehicle seat configured to push the plate body 31 forward.
According to the present invention, the extruded body 51 is formed with an extrusion contact portion 55 positioned on the front side on both the left and right sides of the extrusion body 51, and the distal end of the extrusion contact portion 55 is connected to the plate body 31. The front end of the inner cable 57 of the wire cable 56 is locked to one of the left and right push-out abutting portions 55, and either of the left and right push-out contact portions 55 is brought into contact with the rear surface. The other is a vehicular seat configured to lock the tube tip 58a of the outer tube 58 of the wire cable 56.

In the first aspect of the present invention, the rear collision detector 25 is provided on the rear side of the plate body 31 supported by the surface, and the rear collision detector 25 and the headrest 6 are connected via a link, so that the seating posture is lost. Instead, the rear collision detector 25 senses the rear collision, moves the headrest 6 forward so that the head H can be supported, and adjusts the longitudinal position of the plate body 31 to match the physique of the seated person T. Can do.
In the invention of claim 2, since the extruded body 51 is elastically deformed to push out the plate body 31, it can be provided between the rear collision detection body 25 and the plate body 31, and measures against whiplash and improvement of cushion performance Thus, a vehicle seat can be realized in which an adjustment mechanism that matches the physique of the seated person is coexisted.
In the invention of claim 3, the extruded body 51 and the wire cable 56 can provide a vehicle seat in which the countermeasure against whiplash, the improvement in cushioning performance, and the adjustment mechanism that matches the physique of the seated person coexist at low cost. .

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a vehicle seat, 2 denotes a back seat of the vehicle seat 1, and the back seat 2 attaches a cushion material 4 to a back frame 3, and the cushion material 4 The outer periphery is surrounded by the skin member 5.
A headrest 6 is provided on the upper portion of the dorsal seat 2. The configuration of the headrest 6 is arbitrary, and includes at least a head support portion 7 that supports the head H of the seated person T and a pillar 8 that is attached to the dorsal seat 2.
The pillar 8 of the headrest 6 is attached to a pillar support member 11 provided on the headrest attachment rod 10 in the left-right direction so that the height can be adjusted. Although the structure of the pillar 8 and the pillar support member 11 is well-known and illustration is abbreviate | omitted, it selectively selects to the engagement recessed part formed in the pillar 8 which located the engagement member provided in the pillar support member 11 in desired height. What is necessary is just to engage and hold | maintain.
The left and right sides of the headrest mounting rod 10 are fixed to the upper portion of the upper link rod 15 that moves the headrest 6 back and forth. An upper and lower intermediate portion of the upper link rod 15 is rotatably attached to a side frame 17 of the back frame 3 by a rotation shaft 16. The upper part of the transmission member (rod) 20 is attached to the lower part of the upper link rod 15 by the shaft 21.
Reference numerals 18 and 19 denote springs.

In this case, the upper link rod 15 is formed on the upper link arm portion 22 on the upper side of the rotation shaft 16, and is formed on the lower link arm portion 23 on the lower side of the rotation shaft 16. The arm portion 23 is formed in an inverted “<” shape, and the upper link arm portion 22 is formed longer than the lower link arm portion 23. Further, the upper link rod 15 is attached so as to be inclined so that the lower link arm portion 23 is positioned on the front side as it goes downward with respect to the rotation shaft 16.
Therefore, the back collision frame 3 is provided with a rear collision detector 25 that moves backward by the backward movement of the seated person T collided from behind. The rear collision detector 25 is attached to the lower part of a pair of lower links 26 provided on the dorsal frame 3 by attachment shafts 27 on both sides thereof. The upper part of the lower link 26 is pivotally attached to the side frame 17 of the dorsal frame 3 by a pivot shaft 28. The lower part of the transmission member 20 is attached to the upper and lower intermediate parts of the lower link 26 by a shaft 29, and when the rear collision detector 25 moves rearward by the backward movement of the seated person T, this energy is transferred to the lower link 26 and the transmission member 20. The upper link rod 15 thereby moves the headrest 6 forward and supports the head H of the seated person T.
In this case, when the rear collision detector 25 moves backward, the lower link 26 pulls the transmission member 20 downward, the transmission member 20 rotates the lower portion of the upper link rod 15 downward, and the upper portion of the upper link rod 15 The headrest 6 is moved forward by rotating forward.
Therefore, the upper link rod 15 amplifies the movement amount of the rear collision detector 25 and moves the headrest 6 forward, so that the movement amount of the headrest 6 can be sufficiently secured, and the head H of the seated person T is reliably supported. To.

Thus, each member of the lower link 26 and the upper link rod 15 is formed in a plate shape, and is attached to the left and right side frames 17 of the dorsal frame 3, so that the left and right left and right side frames 17 are arranged. The rear collision detector 25 is only positioned between the two, so that the seated person T does not feel uncomfortable or uncomfortable at the time of sitting.
Therefore, a plate-like support member 30 is provided on the dorsal frame 3 of the dorsal seat 2. The plate-like support member 30 supports the upper body (upper body including the waist) of the seated person T. The plate-like support member 30 supports the upper body of the seated person T with a “surface”, stabilizes the sitting posture, and favorably supports the head H by the headrest 6.
That is, in the conventional zigzag spring configuration arranged vertically, the upper body of the occupant T is supported by a “line” by each zigzag spring that moves backward due to a load. Even if the headrest 6 to be supported supports the head H, the upper body of the seated person T moves backward, and the positional relationship between the head H and the upper body becomes unstable. When the support member 30 can support the entire upper body of the seated person T with a “surface” and the headrest 6 moving forward supports the head H, the plate-like support material 30 supports the upper body of the seated person T. Since it is supported by the “surface”, the sitting posture of the seated person T including the head H is extremely stabilized.
The plate-like support member 30 is formed by a substantially quadrilateral single plate-like plate body 31, and the plate body 31 has a predetermined strength capable of supporting the seated person T by a synthetic resin such as polypropylene. If it is configured to support the load while elastically deforming to some extent when it receives a rear load (including the case of body weight) from the seated person T, the feeling at the time of back contact, which is so-called “hit”, can be made flexible. is there.

The plate-like support member 30 is configured by attaching the plate body 31 to the dorsal frame 3 through a wire spring 32 such as a zigzag spring or a formed wire spring so as to be movable back and forth. Supporting the seated person T back and forth while holding.
In this case, the wire spring 32 has a predetermined elasticity, and is configured such that when a load is applied to the plate body 31, the entire plate body 31 can move rearward while maintaining the surface shape.
Thus, the upper edge of the plate body 31 is formed in the upper arc portion 33 having a low arc shape at the center, and the upper arc portion 33 is positioned above the vicinity X of the ninth thoracic vertebra of the average seated person T.
The ninth thoracic vertebra vicinity X is the position of the center of gravity of the upper body and is a portion that does not change in the spinal column in the sitting posture (the amount of movement is small), and the upper edge of the plate body 31 is positioned above the vicinity of the ninth thoracic vertebra X Thus, the plate-like support member 30 supports the center of gravity position of the upper body of the seated person T.
In this case, the upper wire spring 32A of the wire springs 32 is positioned slightly below the ninth thoracic vertebra vicinity X to support a load applied obliquely rearward and downward from the ninth thoracic vertebra vicinity X. It is preferable because it can effectively support the upper body of T.
Accordingly, the upper side edge 35 of the upper portion 34 of the plate body 31 having the upper arc portion 33 is formed in a substantially linear shape so that the upper portion 34 has substantially the same left-right width. Thereby, the upper part 34 can support the upper body of the seated person T in a surface state.

The plate middle portion 36 of the plate body 31 below the upper portion 34 has left and right side edges formed in an arc-shaped middle arc portion 37 so that the upper and lower middle portions are narrowest. The vicinity of the waist of the occupant T does not require much support in the sitting posture, but rather causes seating fatigue and low back pain due to compression. Therefore, the left and right side edges of the plate intermediate portion 36 are formed in the intermediate arc portion 37, The seated person T is released. Further, the size of the seated person T in the vicinity of the waist has a large individual difference. In this respect as well, it is preferable to form the plate intermediate portion 36 of the plate body 31 in the intermediate arc portion 37.
In this case, the rear collision detector 25 is positioned behind the plate middle portion 36 of the plate body 31.
That is, by providing the plate-like support member 30 on the dorsal frame 3, it is possible to detect a rear-end collision if the rear-end collision detector 25 is provided behind any portion from the upper end to the lower end of the plate-like support member 30. The plate intermediate portion 36 of the plate-like support member 30 has a large rearward movement amount, and when the rear impact occurs, the rear impact detector 25 can be moved greatly to reliably detect the rear impact, and the rear impact detector 25. The upper portion of the plate-like support member 30 is moved backward by a predetermined amount, and the support of the upper body of the seated person T is insufficient. The rear collision detector 25 is positioned at the position.
Therefore, both the support of the seated person T by the plate-shaped support member 30 and the certainty of the detection of the rear collision by the rear collision detector 25 can be achieved.

Thus, the lower portion 40 of the plate body 31 below the plate intermediate portion 36 forms iliac support portions 41 protruding laterally on the left and right sides, respectively, and the lower side from the iliac support portion 41 goes downward. A sacrum support portion 43 is formed on the lower arc portion 42 of a narrow arc shape and protrudes downward at the junction of the left and right lower arc portions 42.
That is, by supporting the vicinity of the iliac R portion forming the upper part of the pelvis by the iliac support portion 41, the waist of the seated person T is securely held.
Similarly, by supporting the vicinity of the sacrum S portion of the seated person T by the sacrum support part 43, the waist of the seated person T is securely held.
Thus, when the lower wire spring 32B of the wire spring 32 is positioned above the iliac support portion 41 and below the narrowest width portion of the intermediate arc portion 37, the waist portion of the seated person T is effectively used. It is possible to support it.
That is, the upper wire spring 32A and the lower wire spring 32B support the seater T near the ninth thoracic vertebra and the vicinity of the pelvis and sacrum, so that the back (waist) of the seater T is supported at two upper and lower points. By suppressing the pressure applied to the spine between the spring 32A and the lower wire spring 32B, an effect of reducing fatigue at the time of sitting can be expected, which is preferable.
In addition, since the lower wire spring 32B is provided in the vicinity of the pelvis and sacrum, the lower portion of the plate-like support member 30 becomes a “plane” in the case of a rear collision and moves backward integrally, thereby detecting the rear collision. It is also expected that the body 25 is reliably moved backward to ensure the detection of a rear collision.

Thus, the upper and lower wire springs 32A and 32B are arranged in parallel at the upper and lower wire springs 32A, and the single plate-like plate body 31 is supported at four upper and lower and left and right positions, and is seated on the planar body. The person T is supported. The upper wire spring 32A and the lower wire spring 32B of the wire spring 32 are both attached to the dorsal frame 3 in a fixed state at both left and right ends, and an intermediate portion thereof is formed in a bent portion 44 that is appropriately bent in the vertical direction. The bent body 44 is configured to support the plate body 31 in a surface state.
Further, the left and right intermediate portions of the wire spring 32 fix a predetermined portion of the bent portion 44 to the plate-like support member 30 with an arbitrary configuration such as a locking tool 45.
Therefore, a back-and-forth adjustment mechanism 50 that can adjust the front-rear position of the plate body 31 is provided behind the plate body 31 of the plate-shaped support member 30. The front-rear adjustment mechanism 50 is configured by having a horizontally long plate-like extruded body 51 made of an elastic synthetic resin. The extruded body 51 has a central portion formed in an intermediate mounting plate portion 52 in a state parallel to the rear collision sensing body 25, and a mounting projection 53 protruding rearward on the rear surface of the intermediate mounting plate portion 52 at a predetermined position. The mounting projection 53 is inserted into the mounting hole 54 formed in the rear collision detector 25, and the tip of the mounting projection 53 is melted and fixed.

On the left and right sides of the intermediate mounting plate portion 52 outside the mounting projection 53, there is formed a pushing contact portion 55 positioned on the front side as it goes to the side, and the tip of the pushing contact portion 55 serves as a free end. The body 31 is brought into contact with the rear surface.
Accordingly, the cable tip 57A of the inner cable 57 of the wire cable 56 is locked to one of the left and right push-out contact portions 55, and the other end of the left and right push-out contact portions 55 is connected to the wire. The tube tip 58a of the outer tube (cable jacket) 58 of the cable 56 is locked. The base of the wire cable 56 is connected to an operating device 60 provided at an arbitrary location.
When the inner cable 57 is pulled, the wire cable 56 pulls the middle portion of the pushing contact portion 55 to which the cable tip 57A of the inner cable 57 is attached to the center, and the pulling force of the inner cable 57 acts as a reaction force so that the outer tube The middle part of the pushing contact portion 55 to which the tube tip 58a of 58 is attached is pulled to the center, and as a result, the tip positions of the left and right pushing contact portions 55 move forward from the original position, and the pushing contact portion 55 is a plate. The body 31 is moved to the front side.

On the other hand, when the inner cable 57 is loosened, the pushing contact portion 55 is rotated toward the original position by the elastic force of the extruded body 51, and the tip position of the pushing contact portion 55 is moved rearward. The pushing force of the plate body 31 by the part 55 becomes weak, and the rearward movement of the plate body 31 is allowed.
In this way, the pusher 51 is deformed by pushing and pulling the inner cable 57 of the wire cable 56, and the front-rear position of the plate body 31 is adjusted.
Reference numeral 61 denotes a locking groove for locking the cable tip 57A of the inner cable 57, and 62 denotes an engagement recess for fixing the tube tip 58a of the outer tube 58.
Accordingly, a through hole 63 is formed at the boundary portion between the push-out contact portion 55 and the intermediate mounting plate portion 52. The through-hole 63 weakens the elastic force of the extruded body 51 and expects the portion of the extruded body 51 excluding the through-hole 63 to serve as a fulcrum for the push-out contact portion 55 to rotate.
Reference numeral 66 denotes a spring having one end locked to an arbitrary portion of the lower portion 40 of the plate body 31 and the other end locked to the dorsal frame 3 so that the lower portion 40 of the plate body 31 is always pulled backward. The plate body 31 and the extruded body 51 are prevented from rattling.

Although the size of the extruded body 51 is arbitrary, the upper edge of the extruded body 51 is made substantially the same as the upper edge of the rear impact sensor 25, and the lower edge of the extruded body 51 is supported by the iliac bone of the plate body 31. Around the portion 41, it is preferable that the front / rear position adjustment of the plate body 31 in the waist portion where the difference in the body shape of the seated person is large is performed satisfactorily.
Similarly, the position of the push-out contact portion 55 of the push-out body 51 with respect to the plate body 31 in the front view may be arranged so that the plate body 31 is moved back and forth reliably by the push-out contact portion 55.
In addition, a plurality of through holes 65 are arranged side by side in a portion of the plate body 31 located on the rear side of the extruded body 51, and an effect of facilitating deformation for the back-and-forth movement of the plate body 31 is expected.
FIG. 15 shows another embodiment of the plate body 31 provided with the front / rear adjustment mechanism 50. The plate body 31 is provided with a locking portion 45 for attaching an intermediate bent portion 44 of the wire spring 32 to the through hole 65. 31 is provided in the through hole 65.

(Operation of Example)
The pillar support member 11 that supports the pillar 8 of the headrest 6 is fixed to the headrest mounting rod 10, and both the left and right sides of the headrest mounting rod 10 are fixed to the upper portion of the upper link rod 15.
The upper and lower intermediate portions of each upper link rod 15 are attached to the side frame 17 by the rotation shaft 16, the upper portion of the transmission member 20 is attached to the lower end portion of the upper link rod 15, and the lower portion of the transmission member 20 is the upper portion of the side frame 17. Since the left and right sides of the rear impact sensor 25 are attached to the lower part of the lower link 26 in a connected state, they are attached to the lower part of the lower link 26 so that they can receive a shock from the rear and be seated by inertia. When T moves rearward, the rear collision detector 25 moves rearward, and the lower link 26 rotates by the rear movement of the rear collision detector 25 to pull the transmission member 20 downward, and the transmission member 20 moves upward. The collar 15 is pivoted downward about the pivot shaft 16, and the upper portion of the upper link collar 15 pivots forward about the pivot shaft 16, whereby the headrest 6 moves forward about the pivot 21.
Therefore, the headrest 6 is rotated forward by the upper link rod 15 to support the head H, and has an effect of preventing whiplash.

Thus, the upper link rod 15 is formed with the upper part of the upper link arm portion 22 above the rotation shaft 16 and the lower link arm portion 23 with the lower portion of the rotation shaft 16. Since it is formed longer than the arm portion 23, the movement amount of the headrest mounting rod 10 can be remarkably increased with respect to the movement amount of the rear collision detector 25 (the vertical movement amount of the transmission member 20). The headrest 6 located above the heel 10 further increases the amount of forward movement, can sufficiently secure the amount of movement, and ensures the support of the head H of the seated person T.
In this case, since the lower link arm portion 23 of the upper link rod 15 is inclined so as to be positioned on the front side as it goes downward, the upper link rod 15 moves rearward of the rear collision detector 25 via the transmission member 20. Is converted to forward movement, and the headrest 6 is moved forward.
Therefore, the upper link rod 15 moves the lower link arm portion 23 backward to move the headrest 6 forward, so that the operating direction of the lower link arm portion 23 is the moving direction of the seated person T who receives an impact from the rear ( It is the same as (backward movement) and does not hinder the backward movement of the seated person T, but rather acts to operate effectively, resulting in a rational configuration.
In other words, if the operating direction of the lower link arm portion 23 is set to the front side, the movement direction (backward movement) of the seated person T will be contradictory, and the rearward movement of the seated person T will be hindered, so that it will not operate effectively.
Therefore, since the lower link arm portion 23 moves rearward about the rotation shaft 16, it is not necessary for the lower link arm portion 23 to push the cushion material 4 or the skin member 5 forward when the upper link rod 15 is operated. Operates on.

Accordingly, the lower link 26 is attached to the side frame 17 at the upper portion thereof by the rotation shaft 28, and the rear collision detector 25 is attached to the lower portion thereof by the attachment shaft 27, and between the side frame 17 and the attachment shaft 27. Since the lower part of the transmission member 20 is attached by the shaft 29, the lower link 26 is located behind the rear collision detector 25 on the principle of scissors, with the attachment shaft 27 as a force point, the rotation shaft 28 as a fulcrum, and the shaft 29 as an action point. The operating force to be moved is doubled and the shaft 29 is pulled.
Further, since the lower link 26 is inclined so that it is normally positioned on the front side as it goes downward, the lower link 26 is rearward about the rotation shaft 28 at the time of a rear collision that receives an impact from the rear. Rotate.
Therefore, similarly to the lower link arm portion 23 of the upper link rod 15, the lower link 26 has a rational configuration in which the operating direction matches the moving direction (rearward movement) of the seated person T, and the cushion material is used during the operation. 4 and the skin member 5 are also operated reliably while avoiding interference.
Therefore, the operating mechanism S of the upper link rod 15, the transmission member 20, and the lower link 26 has the operating direction in the rear direction even when the cushion material 4 and the skin member 5 are present on the front side thereof. In addition, the interference of the pressure by the skin member 5 can be avoided, and the loss can be eliminated as much as possible when the movement of the rear collision detector 25 is transmitted to the headrest 6 to ensure the operation.

Thus, the back frame 3 of the back sheet 2 is provided with a plate-like support member 30, and the plate-like support member 30 is a plate body 31 formed in a substantially rectangular single plate shape via a wire spring 32. Since it is configured to be attached to the frame 3 so as to be movable back and forth, the plate-like support member 30 moves back and forth while supporting it to support the seated person T.
Therefore, the seating feeling is greatly improved as compared with the conventional zigzag spring configuration in which the upper and lower sides are arranged side by side and supported by “lines”.
In the zigzag spring supported by the “line”, even if the head H is supported by the headrest 6 that moves forward at the time of the rear collision, the upper body of the seated person T becomes unstable and the head H and the upper body However, in the present application, since the entire upper body of the seated person T is supported by the “plane” by the plate-like support member 30, the head portion 6 is coupled with the headrest 6 that moves forward. H and the upper body of the seated person T can be favorably supported, and the sitting posture of the seated person T including the head H is extremely stabilized.
In addition, since the plate body 31 of the plate-like support member 30 is formed in a substantially rectangular single plate shape, the load applied only to a predetermined portion of the plate body 31 can be increased or decreased by moving the entire plate body 31 backward. Distribute the load to the left and right to support it securely.

That is, for example, if the upper and lower plate bodies 31 are divided and formed, when a load is applied to a portion between the upper and lower plate bodies 31, the upper and lower plate bodies 31 may rotate and cannot reliably support the load. However, in the present application, since the plate-like support member 30 is formed by the substantially rectangular single plate-like plate body 31, the load applied to the middle of the upper and lower sides is reliably received and supported by the entire plate-like support member 30.
Since the upper arc portion 33 of the upper edge of the plate body 31 of the plate-like support member 30 is positioned above the vicinity of the ninth thoracic vertebra X of the average seated person T, it is the center of gravity position of the upper body, In addition, the plate body 31 reliably supports the vicinity of the ninth thoracic vertebra X in the portion of the spinal column that does not change in the sitting posture (the movement amount is small), so that the sitting posture can be stabilized.
Therefore, also in this respect, the state of the rearward seated person T is reliably supported.
Further, since the upper wire spring 32A of the wire springs 32 is located behind the ninth thoracic vertebrae X, the load applied to the upper body of the seated person T by the upper wire springs 32A can be more effectively and reliably ensured. To support.
Therefore, the upper side edge 35 of the upper portion 34 of the plate body 31 having the upper arc portion 33 is formed in a substantially straight shape so that the upper portion 34 has substantially the same left and right width. The upper portion 34 supports the upper body of the seated person T in a surface state and stabilizes the sitting posture.

Thus, the plate middle portion 36 of the plate body 31 below the upper portion 34 is formed with the side edge at the middle arc portion 37 so that the upper and lower middle portions of the plate middle portion 36 have the narrowest arc shape. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the pressure applied to the vicinity of the waist of the seated person T, which does not require much support in the sitting posture, and to prevent fatigue and low back pain. The vehicle seat 1 that is widely applicable can be provided.
In addition, since the rear impact detector 25 is provided on the rear side of the plate intermediate portion 36 of the plate body 31, the plate intermediate portion 36 having a large rearward movement amount during the rear impact greatly increases the rear impact detector 25 on the rear side. It can be moved to reliably detect a rear impact.
Further, since it is not necessary to provide the rear impact sensor 25 on the upper rear side of the plate body 31 of the plate-like support member 30, the plate-like support member 30 can reliably support the state of the seated person T at the time of the rear impact. It is also a rational configuration from the viewpoint of stabilizing the sitting posture.
In addition, since the movement direction of the plate body 31 and the rear collision detection body 25 is essentially the same, there are few cases where they interfere with each other in the relationship between them, but the lateral width of the plate intermediate portion 36 is the plate body 31 of the other portion. Therefore, the interference of the plate body 31 with respect to the mounting portion between the rear collision detector 25 and the lower link 26 can be avoided as much as possible.
Therefore, the support of the seated person T by the plate-shaped support member 30 and the certainty of the detection of the rear collision by the rear collision detector 25 can be made compatible, and a rational configuration is obtained.

Therefore, since the front / rear adjustment mechanism 50 that can adjust the front / rear position of the plate body 31 is provided behind the plate body 31 of the plate-like support member 30, the front / rear adjustment mechanism 50 matches the size of the seated person T. The front-rear position of the plate body 31 is adjusted.
The front-rear adjustment mechanism 50 is configured by attaching a horizontally long plate-like extruded body 51 to the front surface of the rear impact detection body 25 by using a synthetic resin having elasticity. A push-out contact portion 55 located on the front side is formed on both sides, and the front end of the push-out contact portion 55 is brought into contact with the rear surface of the plate body 31. The cable tip 57A of the inner cable 57 of the wire cable 56 is locked to either one, and the tube tip 58a of the outer tube 58 of the wire cable 56 is locked to either of the left and right push-out contact portions 55. Therefore, when the inner cable 57 of the wire cable 56 is pulled, the distance between the cable tip 57A and the tube tip 58a is reduced, and the tip positions of the left and right push-out contact portions 55 are the original positions. Ri move forward, extrusion abutment 55 moves the plate member 31 on the front side.
That is, when the inertia due to the rear impact is not generated, the rear impact detector 25 is urged by the spring 19 so as to be always positioned forward, so that the rear impact detector 25 is an extruded body like the back frame 3. The push-out contact portion 55 of the pusher 51 of the front-rear adjustment mechanism 50 moves forward with respect to the rear collision detector 25 to move the plate 31 forward.

Since the rear impact detector 25 is provided at a predetermined interval from the beginning, assuming that the plate body 31 moves back and forth (particularly rearward), the plate which is pushed by the seated person T due to the inertia caused by the rear impact. The body 31 senses the inertia due to the impact by moving the rear collision detection body 25 backward with the front-rear adjustment mechanism 50 interposed therebetween.
Therefore, both the front-rear position adjustment of the plate body 31 by the front-rear adjustment mechanism 50, the rear-end collision detection by the rear-end detection body 25 provided near the waist of the seated person T, and the prevention of whiplash due to the forward movement of the headrest 6 are compatible. Let
When the inner cable 57 of the wire cable 56 is loosened, the pushing contact portion 55 is rotated toward the original position by the elastic force of the extruded body 51, and the tip position of the pushing contact portion 55 is moved backward. The pushing force of the plate body 31 by the pushing contact portion 55 becomes weak, and the rearward movement of the plate body 31 is allowed.
Thus, the front-rear adjustment mechanism 50 deforms the extruded body 51 by pushing and pulling the wire cable 56 to adjust the front-rear position of the plate body 31.

Since the extruded body 51 has a through hole 63 at the boundary between the intermediate mounting plate portion 52 and the extruded contact portion 55, the extruded body 51 excluding the through hole 63 serves as a fulcrum. The contact portion 55 is rotated to ensure the operation of the front / rear adjustment mechanism 50.
In the plate-like support member 30, the lower part 40 of the plate body 31 below the plate intermediate part 36 is formed as an iliac support part 41 protruding laterally on both the left and right sides, so that the upper part of the pelvis is formed. By supporting the vicinity of the iliac part to be formed by the iliac support part 41, the waist of the seated person T is securely held.
Further, since the lower side of the iliac support portion 41 is formed in the lower arc portion 42 having a narrow arc shape as it goes downward, the gluteal muscle is suppressed while suppressing pressure on the gluteal muscle of the buttocks of the seated person T. Hold the area securely and stabilize the sitting posture of the waist.
Moreover, since the sacrum support part 43 which protrudes below is formed in the confluence | merging part of the lower arc part 42 on either side, by supporting the sacrum which is a rigid body part on the structure of a human skeleton by the sacrum support part 43 Hold the waist down securely.
Further, the lower wire spring 32B of the wire spring 32 is an intermediate arc portion 37 above the iliac support portion 41 and is positioned below the narrowest portion of the intermediate arc portion 37. The pelvic part of the waist of the person T is supported by the lower wire spring 32B, and is stabilized near the sitting posture.

Further, the plate body 31 of the plate-like support member 30 supports the vicinity of the ninth thoracic vertebra of the seated person T and the vicinity of the pelvis / sacrum by the upper wire spring 32A and the lower wire spring 32B. (Waist) is supported at two points, upper and lower, to reduce the stress applied to the spine between the upper wire spring 32A and the lower wire spring 32B, thereby reducing fatigue during sitting.
Further, since the upper and lower wire springs 32A and 32B are arranged in parallel in the upper and lower wire springs 32A and 32B, the single wire plate-like support member 30 is formed by the upper and lower wire springs 32A and 32B. The plate body 31 is supported at four places, up, down, left, and right, and supports the seated person T in a surface state.
The upper wire spring 32A and the lower wire spring 32B of the wire spring 32 are both attached to the dorsal frame 3 in a fixed state at both left and right ends, and an intermediate portion thereof is formed as a bent portion 44 bent appropriately in the vertical direction. Therefore, the bending portion 44 prevents the plate-like support member 30 and the wire spring 32 from being displaced and acts so that the plate-like support member 30 supports the load in a surface state.
