Claims (4)

笠部及び胴部を有する笠付栓を目標方向に向ける笠付栓整列装置であって、
笠付栓を搬送する搬送機構と、
前記搬送機構によって搬送されている笠付栓のうち前記目標方向に向いていない笠付栓の笠部が係合するように構成された係合部と、
前記係合部よりも前記搬送機構の搬送方向の下流側に配置され、前記目標方向を向いていない笠付栓を検知するセンサと、
前記センサの出力に基づいて、前記目標方向を向いていない笠付栓を排斥する排斥機構と、
前記係合部よりも前記搬送機構の搬送方向の下流側に配置され、前記目標方向に向いている笠付栓を移動させ、前記目標方向に向いてない笠付栓を停止させるガイドとを備え、
前記目標方向に向いていない笠付栓の笠部が前記係合部に係合することにより当該笠付栓が回転して前記目標方向に向き、
前記センサは、前記ガイドによって停止させられた笠付栓を検知する、
ことを特徴とする笠付栓整列装置。
