Description
放射パルスによって皮膚を処置するための装置であって、
筐体と、
放射源と、
前記放射源を制御するための制御ユニットと、
前記皮膚の少なくとも一部の画像を検出するための検出器と、
を有し、
動作時に、前記検出器により検出された前記画像から、前記皮膚上の処置される対象物の寸法を決定し、かつ、当該対象物を処置するために必要な前記放射源のパルスの線量を当該寸法から決定するプロセッサを当該制御ユニットが有する、放射パルスによって皮膚を処置するための装置に関する。
放射源がレーザー源を有し、かつ、この装置に、レーザー源により供給されたレーザービームを皮膚上の対象位置に位置付けるために用いられる、制御ユニットにより制御可能なレーザービーム操作装置が設けられ、プロセッサが、検出された画像から、皮膚上の対象物の位置および/または方向も決定し、かつ当該プロセッサが、当該位置および/または方向から対象位置を決定し、かつレーザービーム操作装置がこの対象位置に対応する位置内にある場合、制御ユニットがレーザー源を起動することを特徴とする。レーザービームの対象位置は、上述した方法で制御ユニットにより決定され、かつ、レーザー源が上述したように制御ユニットにより起動されるのは、レーザービーム操作装置がレーザービームの対象位置に対応する位置内にある場合であり、対象位置の決定と対象位置内におけるレーザー源の起動は完全に自動的に行われるので、この装置は未経験者が使用しても安全であり、かつ特に、消費者の市場に適している。制御ユニットは、検出器により検出された皮膚画像から対象位置を決定するために、例えば、この目的に適したアルゴリズムを有しており、かつこのアルゴリズムによって、皮膚上または皮膚内の処置される対象物の位置および/または方向を画像情報に基づいて決定することが可能となり、かつ、このアルゴリズムによって、対象物の当該位置および/または方向に基づいて、この対象位置を決定することが可能となる。こうして、処置される対象物の寸法と色、および皮膚上のレーザービームの対象位置が、検出された画像によって決定されるので、検出器が実用的かつ効率的に用いられる。

Claims (7)
- 放射パルスによって皮膚を処置するための装置であって、
筐体と、
放射源と、
前記放射源を制御するための制御ユニットと、
前記皮膚の少なくとも一部の画像を検出するための検出器と、
を有し、
動作時に、前記検出器により検出された前記画像から、前記皮膚上の処置される対象物の寸法を決定し、かつ、
当該対象物を処置するために必要な前記放射源のパルスの線量を当該寸法から決定するプロセッサを当該制御ユニットが有する、放射パルスによって皮膚を処置するための装置において、
前記プロセッサが、前記検出された画像から、処置される前記対象物の色も決定し、
前記プロセッサが、当該寸法と当該色から、前記必要なパルスの線量を決定することを特徴とする、放射パルスによって皮膚を処置するための装置。 - 前記放射源がレーザー源を有し、かつ、
前記装置に、前記制御ユニットにより制御可能なレーザービーム操作装置が設けられ、
このレーザービーム操作装置を用いることにより、前記レーザー源により供給されたレーザービームを前記皮膚上の対象位置に位置付け、
前記プロセッサが、前記検出された画像から、前記対象物の前記皮膚上の位置および/または方向も決定し、かつ、
当該プロセッサが、当該位置および/または当該方向から、前記対象位置を決定し、かつ、
前記レーザービーム操作装置が前記対象位置に対応する位置にある場合、前記制御ユニットが前記レーザー源を起動させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記検出器が、CCD画像センサまたはCMOS画像センサを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、処置される前記対象物の前記色を、前記画像センサにより検出された前記皮膚の前記画像内に前記対象物が有するグレー値から決定することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、毛を除去する装置であり、
前記プロセッサが、除去される毛の厚みと色とを、前記検出された画像から決定し、かつ、
前記検出器が、当該毛を除去するために必要なパルスの線量を、当該厚みと当該色から決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記装置がシェーバであり、
前記プロセッサが、切断される毛の前記厚みと前記色とを、前記毛が前記皮膚から突出している前記毛の面上の位置の近くで決定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記装置が、脱毛装置であり、
前記プロセッサが、前記毛根の厚みを、毛の厚みと毛根の厚みとの間の予め定められている関係を用いて前記毛の前記厚みから決定し、かつ、
前記プロセッサが、前記必要なパルスの線量を、前記色と、このように決定された前記毛根の厚みとから決定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
