Description
本発明に係る装置は、透析処理中の透析液の流量は、処理の終りに受け装置又は複数の受け装置が設けられている場合にはそのうちの1つの受け装置が、完全に空となるか、あるいは設定された残量の透析液濃縮物が受け装置に残るか、いずれかとなるように調整されるという原理に基づいている。この点において、透析液の流量調節は、透析処理の開始時点での透析液濃縮物の設定量、透析液濃縮物と水との間の設定容量比、及び設定された処理時間と関連している。透析液の流量は、処理時間中一定のままでもよく、あるいは変えられてもよい。
従来の透析治療では、医者が、特定のタイプの透析器のための血液及び透析液について適切な流量並びに適切な処理時間を特定することにより、特定の透析施用レベルを処方している。実際上、利用可能な濃縮物の量は、一般に、それらが種々の透析液流量で処理するに適切であるように決定される。従って、実際上、濃縮物は完全には使い果たされない。本発明に係る装置は、透析液のより高い流量を許容可能とするために濃縮物の残量を使用する。これは、より高い流量が使用されると、透析施用割合が増大し、それにより処理に有益な効果がある、という利点を有する。例えば、中空糸透析器の効率は、漸近的な制限値まで透析液の流量を増大するほど増大する。
濃縮物の設定残量は、その後、処理の適切な延長に必要な量で透析液を調製するために用いることができ、それによって確実に効果的な長さの処理が達成される。
第1の実施態様においては、供給装置の制御・演算装置24は、以下の各プロセス段階が行われるようにポンプ類の作動を制御する。
さらに、本発明に係る方法による血液流量は、従来の治療の場合に医者が指定する血液流量Qdaより大きなことが明らかである。
濃縮物の残量を処分するために、原則的には、パイプ26、28、29及び36、関連するポンプ30、31及び32、並びに混合室27を使用する必要はない。別の実施態様においては、制御・演算装置44が、濃縮物の残量を「バイパス」を介して処分する条件に血液透析装置を切り替え、即ち、弁42及び43が閉じられ、残量が排水・廃棄されるまで弁41は開かれる。この実施態様は、付加的な混合室も、付加的な配管及びポンプ類も、どちらも必要ないという利点を有する。従って、この実施態様は実際上はより好適であるかもしれない。
Claims (8)
- それぞれ1つの透析液濃縮物を受け取るための少なくとも1つの受け装置(12,13)、
透析液濃縮物を希釈するための水(W)を供給するための手段(38)、
透析液を調製するために透析液濃縮物と水とを設定容量比で混合するための手段(15;17,18,20)、
設定された処理時間に亘って設定された透析液流量で透析装置の透析器に透析液を導くための手段(11)
を備えた、透析装置の透析器に透析液を供給する装置において、
制御・演算装置(24)が備えられており、該制御・演算装置は、透析処理の開始時に存在する透析液濃縮物の設定量、透析液濃縮物と水との設定容量比及び設定された処理時間に依存する透析液流量Qdを、処理の終りに受け装置又は複数の受け装置が設けられている場合にはそのうちの1つの受け装置が、完全に空となるか、あるいは設定された残量の濃縮物が入っているか、いずれかとなるように制御することを特徴とする透析装置の透析器に透析液を供給する装置。 - 制御・演算装置(24)は、透析処理開始時に存在する透析液濃縮物の設定量、設定容量比及び設定された処理時間から透析処理の開始前に透析液流量Qdbを決定し、この流量は、処理時間の終りに受け装置(12,13)が空となるか、あるいは設定された残量の透析液濃縮物が入っているか、いずれかとなるように全処理時間に亘って制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 制御・演算装置(24)は、透析処理の開始前に設定された時間間隔Ttestだけ続く透析装置の試験のために、処理開始時に存在する透析液濃縮物の設定量及び設定された時間間隔の間に使用された透析液濃縮物の量から受け装置(12,13)内の透析液濃縮物の量を決定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 制御・演算装置(24)は、透析液濃縮物と水を混合するために前記手段(15;17,18,20)と共同して、透析処理の設定された時間間隔TB1の間、設定された透析液流量Qdbを設定し、それにより透析処理の開始時の透析液濃縮物の設定量及び使用された透析液濃縮物の量から受け装置(12,13)内に残留する透析液濃縮物の量を決定し、また、設定された時間間隔TB1の終りに、受け装置内に残留する透析液濃縮物の量、設定容量比及び残りの処理時間から透析液流量Qdvを決定するように作動し、ここでQdvは、処理の終りに受け装置が空となるか、あるいは設定された残量の透析液濃縮物が入っているかのいずれかを確実にするために必要な透析液の流量である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 廃棄物排出口(10)を介して受け装置(12,13)から透析液の残量を排出して廃棄するための手段(26,28;30,31)が設けられており、それにより制御・演算装置(24)は、透析処理の終りに設定残量を廃棄口に排出可能であるように、透析液の残量を排出する手段と共同して作動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 透析液の残量を水と設定容量比で混合するための手段(27)が設けられており、それにより制御・演算装置(24)は、残量が廃棄口(10)を通して排出される前に、残量を水で希釈できるように透析液の残量と水を混合するための手段と共同して作動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 受け装置(12,13)内に透析液の残量が残っていないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 受け装置(12,13)内の透析液濃縮物の設定残量、透析液濃縮物と水の設定容量比及び設定された処理時間に関するデータを入力するための手段(25)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
