本発明は、信号灯器などの機器を装柱するために用いる腕金の装柱装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
中央片と該中央片の上下両側に相対設した上下片とで装柱基枠を構成し、該装柱基枠をバンド体によって電柱に締付け、該装柱基枠の中央片に前記電柱側から貫通させて突出させた締付けボルトの先端を、前記装置基枠の上下片間に係合した腕金に貫通させて締付けナットを螺合して構成した構造のものがある(例えば、特許文献1)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、いわば断面コの字形にした装柱基枠を中央片の外面側においてバンド体によって電柱に取付ける構成を採るため、バンド体との関係で装柱基枠の構成が複雑になり、そのため重量が嵩む。

本発明は、斯様な従来例と比較し、全体として軽量で腕金の装柱作業性を向上させることのできる装置を提供すべく創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
重合部片と該重合部片方向に漸次互いに近接する上下の傾斜部片とから成る中央片と、該中央片の前記傾斜部片に連設して相対設した上片と下片とで装置基枠を構成し、該装置基枠を、前記上下片の自由端縁に設けた弯曲縁を電柱周側と係合してバンド体によって前記電柱に締付け、該装置基枠の中央片の重合部片に前記電柱側から貫通させて突出させた締付けボルトの先端を、前記重合部片に重ね合わせた腕金に貫通させて締付けナットを螺合し、前記重合部片と腕金は幅径を互いに一致させた構成としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面は本発明に係る腕金装柱装置の一実施形態を示し、図1は一部欠截平面図、図2は一部欠截側面図である。

図示、1は装置基枠で、装置基枠1は、重合部片2aと該重合部片2a方向に漸次互いに近接する上下の傾斜部片2b,2bとから成る中央片2と、該中央片2の前記傾斜部片2bに連設して相対設した上片3と下片4とで構成したものである。また、装置基枠1は、上片3と下片4の自由端側に設けた弯曲縁3a,4aを電柱D周側に係合し、上下片3,4間に介在させたなす環状の接続部片5aにおいて上下片3,4間に架設した縦軸6で枢着(接続)したバンド体5,5を前記電柱Dに巻回し、相対するバンド体5,5の緊締受部片5b,5bに緊締ボルト7をわたしてその先端に緊締ナット8を螺合締付けることによって電柱Dに締付けたものである。

この装置基枠1の、中央片2の重合部片2aには前記電柱D側から一対の締付けボルト9,9を貫通させてその頭部9aを重合部片2aに係止させ、重合部片2aより突出するボルト先端9bを、前記重合部片2aに重合した腕金10を貫通させ、該先端9b部に締付けナット11を螺合締付けて腕金10を装置基枠1に締付け、装柱したものである。

なお、締付けボルト9は所謂角根ボルトで構成し、角根部を前記重合部片2aと該重合部片2aに重ね合わせた腕金10に設けた角孔(腕金10側は貫通孔13)に係合し、締付けナット11を先端9b部に螺合締付ける際の締付けボルト9の共廻りを防いで、その操作が確実に行えるようにしてある。

そして、腕金10は断面方形鋼管で成り、相対する一対の部片10a,10aの外形幅(縦幅)を装置基枠1の、中央片2の重合部片2aとほぼ同幅にしたものである。

なお、図示12は、装置基枠1の上下片3,4間に介在させた補強片である。

腕金10を装柱するには、装置基枠1とバンド体5,5を縦軸6(実施形態ではボルト杆6aと該ボルト杆6aに螺合したナット6bで構成してある)となす環状の接続部片5aを利用して互いに組付け、バンド体5,5の緊締受け部片5b,5bに緊締ボルト7を貫通させ、該ボルト先端に緊締ナット8を螺合締付けることによって、まず装置基枠1を電柱Dに締付ける。

そして、装置基枠1に予め組付けておいた締付けボルト9の先端9bを腕金10に設けた貫通孔13に貫通させるようにして腕金10より突出させ、該先端にナット11を螺合締付けることによって装柱することができるのである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、重合部片と該重合部片方向に互いに近接する上下の傾斜部片とから成る中央片の重合部片に、該重合部片と幅径が同じ腕金を重ね合わせて前記重合部片を備えた装置基枠に締付けボルトとこれに螺合する締付けナットによって締付けるようにしたものであるから、装置基枠に腕金を強固に締付けることができる。すなわち、装置基枠と腕金の幅径を同じにしてあるから、締付けナットによる締付け荷重を装置基枠側の重合部片全体で受け、かつ、重合部片に連設した傾斜部片で分散させることができ、従って、腕金を強固に装柱することができる。
