Description
さらに、請求項1に記載の発明では、一の学習対象について学習前のフィードバックゲインと学習後のフィードバックゲインとの差が所定値以下の場合に、他の学習対象におけるフィードバックゲインの学習を実施しない。
スロットルアクチュエータ等における機構部の経時劣化は、通常、急に生じるものではないため、スロットルバルブのバルブ開閉特性は急変しない。そこで、学習したフィードバックゲインの変化量が所定値以下の場合には、他の学習対象におけるフィードバックゲインの学習を中止すると良い。これにより、フィードバックゲインの学習のためにスロットルバルブの開閉動作を行う必要がなくなり、エンジンの運転への影響を抑えることができる。
Claims (6)
- スロットルバルブの開閉を行うスロットルアクチュエータと、前記スロットルバルブの実開度を検出取得するスロットル開度センサとを備え、エンジン運転情報に基づいて前記スロットルバルブの目標開度を算出するとともに、前記スロットル開度センサにより検出した実開度を前記目標開度に一致させるべく前記スロットルアクチュエータを操作して開度フィードバック制御を実施するエンジン制御装置において、
前記目標開度の変化量として目標値変化量を算出する算出手段と、
該算出手段により算出した目標値変化量に応じて前記開度フィードバック制御におけるフィードバックゲインを可変設定する設定手段と、
前記フィードバックゲインを学習対象として該学習対象を前記目標値変化量に対応させて複数設け、前記スロットルバルブのバルブ開閉特性が所定の開閉特性を満たすように、前記学習対象ごとに学習を行う学習手段と、
を備え、
前記学習手段は、一の学習対象について学習前のフィードバックゲインと学習後のフィードバックゲインとの差が所定値以下の場合に、他の学習対象の学習を実施しないことを特徴とするエンジン制御装置。 - 前記学習手段は、所定の学習条件成立時において、前記学習対象に対応する前記目標値変化量に応じた前記スロットルバルブの目標開度を設定するとともに、該目標開度による開度フィードバック制御時の前記スロットルバルブのバルブ開閉特性を取得し、該バルブ開閉特性に基づいて前記学習対象の学習を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記学習手段は、前記目標開度をパルス状に変化させ、前記スロットルバルブの開動作時と閉動作時とのそれぞれにおいて、前記目標開度の変化に対応する学習対象の学習を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記学習手段は、学習結果に対してなまし処理を施した後に前回値を更新するものであり、且つそのなまし処理に際して前記学習対象に応じたなまし度合いにてなまし処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置。
- 前記学習手段は、エンジンの停止中、又は燃料供給停止中の少なくともいずれかにおいて前記フィードバックゲインの学習を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置。
- ディーゼルエンジンの制御装置として適用され、前記ディーゼルエンジンの燃料供給制御を主として実施するとともに、前記スロットルバルブに関する制御を副次的に実施することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御装置。
