Description
超音波非破壊検査装置の超音波センサヘッドの参考例1を図1及び図2を参照して説明する。
図3は参考例2の概要を示す超音波センサヘッドの断面説明図である。なお図3において図2と対応する部分には同一符号を付することで該部の詳細な説明を省略する。
図4は、本発明による実施の形態の概要を示す超音波センサヘッドの説明図であり、(a)は超音波センサヘッドの断面図、(b)は(a)のA矢視図である。なお図4において図2及び図3と対応する部分には同一符号を付することで該部の詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 超音波振動子及び該超音波振動子を被検査体に接触させる接触媒体を備えた超音波センサヘッドを有し、上記超音波振動子による超音波の受信波形により被検査体を非破壊検査する超音波非破壊検査装置において、
上記超音波センサヘッドは、
超音波の送受信を行う超音波振動子と、
該超音波振動子と同軸上に配置されて基端が超音波振動子の先端に接続されると共に先端開口部の内径を調整する集束径機構を備えた筒状のホルダと、
基端部が上記超音波振動子の先端に対向しかつ先端部が上記先端開口部から突出した状態で上記ホルダ内に配置された軟質ゲル状物質の接触媒体とを備え、
上記接触媒体の先端部を被検査体への押圧によって上記超音波振動子の先端と接触媒体の基端部が密着すると共に接触媒体の先端部と被検査体が密着することを特徴とする超音波非破壊検査装置の超音波センサヘッド。 - 上記ホルダは、内周面が基端側から先端開口部側へ移行するに従って縮径される略円錐面形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波非破壊検査装置の超音波センサヘッド。
- 上記ホルダは、該基端が上記超音波振動子に取り外し可能に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波非破壊検査装置の超音波センサヘッド。
- 上記軟質ゲル状物質が、シリコーンゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波非破壊検査装置の超音波センサヘッド。
