Description
図1は実施例の主要構成を示す断面模式図である。
イオン発生ボックス2内の内圧は接合面60、小径孔70、細孔72および導圧チューブ66を介して圧力センサ14へ導圧することができる。なお、この圧力導入手段は耐圧防爆接合部に相当するので、接合面の奥行きや接合面のすきまは、前記の電気機械器具防爆構造規格によって設定する。
図3にプレート24の概念図を示す。(a)は正面、(b)は断面、(c)は回転した状態を図示したものである。
Claims (3)
- イオンを発生するイオン発生装置と高速空気を噴射するエアガンとを有し、被除塵物に前記イオンと前記高速空気とを吹き付けて前記被除塵物を除電・除塵する除電除塵器であって、
前記イオン発生装置を収容し前記エアガンの高速空気を噴出するノズル部を囲繞する第1の容器を設け、前記ノズル部の側面に穿設した小孔から前記第1の容器内に前記高速空気を供給し、前記第1の容器の内圧を外気圧より高くする内圧防爆構造を有するとともに、
前記第1の容器の内圧と外気圧との差圧を検出する圧力センサと、該圧力センサに接続し前記イオン発生装置に供給する電源を開閉するスイッチとを有するスイッチセンサ部を収納する第2の容器を備え、該第2の容器は耐圧防爆構造であることを特徴とする除電除塵器。 - 前記第1の容器の側面に前記第2の容器を結合し前記第2の容器の内部に設けた前記第1の容器内の圧力を導入する圧力導入手段を前記第1の容器内に突出して設けた請求項1に記載の除電除塵器。
- 前記圧力導入手段は火炎逸走を防止する接合面を有し該接合面を介して前記圧力センサに連通する空気通路を有する請求項2に記載の除電除塵器。
