Description
この従来のバックグランド調整と感度調整は、実際の選別状態を見て行うものであるため、人間の感覚と経験に頼るところが多く、実際にCCDセンサがどの様に粒状物を見ているか、信号処理部が何を不良として検出しているかといった部分が判然としないまま、実際の選別結果からそれらの部分を判断していた。
しかし、選別結果のみから判断すると、不良物の検知手段以降に設けられるエジェクタの性能やタイミング調整等の選別結果に影響を与える他の要因が入ってくるため、バックグランド調整と感度調整が、選別結果と必ずしも正確に結びつかないことがあった。
粒状物を連続状に移送する移送手段と、
移送される粒状物を検出位置において照明する照明手段と、
照明された粒状物を検出位置において撮像する撮像手段と、
撮像手段の画像信号と外形しきい値との比較に基づき粒状物の輪郭形状を外形二値データとして出力する外形処理手段と、
撮像手段の画像信号と所定の濃さに対応したしきい値を比較して、該しきい値を超える部分を有する粒状物を不良粒状物として判定し、当該不良粒状物の不良部分を不良画素二値データとして出力する不良判定手段と、
不良判定手段の判定結果に基づいて不良粒状物を排除するエアノズル式の排除手段と、
外形処理手段からの外形二値データに、不良判定手段からの不良画素二値データを合成して表示する粒状物表示手段と、
不良判定手段からの不良画素二値データを表示する不良物表示手段と、
しきい値を各表示手段を見ながら変更するためのしきい値調整手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 粒状物を連続状に移送する移送手段と、
移送される粒状物を検出位置において照明する照明手段と、
照明された粒状物を検出位置において撮像する撮像手段と、
撮像手段の画像信号と外形しきい値との比較に基づき粒状物の輪郭形状を外形二値データとして出力する外形処理手段と、
撮像手段の画像信号と所定の濃さに対応したしきい値を比較して、該しきい値を超える部分を有する粒状物を不良粒状物として判定し、当該不良粒状物の不良部分を不良画素二値データとして出力する不良判定手段と、
不良判定手段の判定結果に基づいて不良粒状物を排除するエアノズル式の排除手段と、
外形処理手段からの外形二値データに、不良判定手段からの不良画素二値データを合成して表示する粒状物表示手段と、
不良判定手段からの不良画素二値データを表示する不良物表示手段と、
しきい値を各表示手段を見ながら変更するためのしきい値調整手段と、
を具備することを特徴とする表示調整機構を具えた粒状物色彩選別機。 - 不良判定手段は、第1の濃さに対応した第1しきい値を超える部分を所定面積以上有する粒状物を不良粒状物として判定し、当該不良部分を第1不良画素二値データとして出力する第1不良判定手段と、第1の濃さよりも更に濃い第2の濃さに対応した第2しきい値を超える部分を有する粒状物を不良粒状物と判定し、当該不良部分を第2不良画素二値データとして出力する第2不良判定手段とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粒状物色彩選別機。
- 第1不良画素二値データが薄くて大きい着色部(薄焼粒)を、第2不良画素二値データが濃い着色部(一部着色粒)をそれぞれ表わすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の粒状物色彩選別機。
- 所定面積の決定が、第1しきい値を超える連続した画素の数によって行われることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の粒状物色彩選別機。
- 不良物表示手段は、第1不良判定手段からの第1不良画素二値データを表示する第1不良物表示手段と、第2不良判定手段からの第2不良画素二値データを表示する第2不良物表示手段とからなることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか一項に記載の粒状物色彩選別機。
- 第1不良物表示手段が薄焼モニター、第2不良物表示手段が一部着色モニターであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の粒状物色彩選別機。
- 外形二値データ及び不良画素二値データを記憶するための画像メモリを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の粒状物色彩選別機。
- しきい値は手動により変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の粒状物色彩選別機。
