ガ−ドプレ−トを装着した安全カミソリは従来から存在し、ガ−ドプレ−トの前部をガ−ドバ−に係合し後部を天板のかしめ突起に係合したものも存在している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来技術としては、例えば特開平10−174790公報に記載された安全カミソリが存在する。この安全カミソリは図6及び図13に示されたようにガ−ドプレ−トの前部と後部に、カミソリヘッドと係合するための係合孔が設けられている。

係合孔を有するガ−ドプレ−トは前記公報に記載されているが、ガ−ドプレ−トの前部と後部の係合孔は横方向にずれていて対向していない。したがって、細いガ−ド部に張力が加わったときに、ガ−ドプレ−トはステンレス等の材料で非常に薄く形成されているから、ガ−ドプレ−トの前部又は後部がガ−ド部に引っ張られて容易に変形してしまうのである。

本発明の構成の請求項1は、刃先を覆うガ−ドプレ−トがカミソリヘッドの一部として装着され、ガ−ドプレ−トに刃先露出孔を設けることによって形成されたガ−ド部が刃先を横切るように覆っており、ガ−ドプレ−トの前部及び後部がそれぞれカミソリヘッドに係合してガードプレートがカミソリヘッドに支持されている安全カミソリにおいて、ガ−ドプレ−トを支持するための係合孔が刃先露出孔とは別にガード部の前部と後部にそれぞれ複数設けられ、刃先の前方に延在するガードバーの内面に形成された係合突起に、ガードプレートの前部に設けられた係合孔が係合し、前記係合突起及び係合孔の中心は、ガード部の端部の延長線が通っており、且つ、前記係合突起からガ−ドプレ−トの前部が外れないように前記係合突起の端部はつぶされている構成である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のような構成であって、ガ−ドプレ−トを支持するために、刃先の前方に延在するガードバーの内面に形成された係合突起に、ガードプレートの前部に設けられた係合孔が係合し、前記係合突起及び係合孔の中心は、ガード部の端部の延長線が通っている。したがって、使用中にそのようなガ−ド部に引っ張り力がはたらいたとき、あるいは製造時に初めからそのようなガ−ド部に引っ張り力が加わるように組み立てたときに、そのようなガ−ド部を原因とするガ−ドプレ−トの変形を効果的に防止できる。
