Claims (4)
- 炉体の上部に一対のリジェネバーナを設置し、下部にエスケープ排ガス通路を設置した炉において、前記エスケープ排ガス通路を前記1対のリジェネバーナのうち吸引側のリジェネバーナの蓄熱器の高温側に接続して、エスケープ排ガスを前記蓄熱器に導入するようにし、前記エスケープ排ガス通路にエスケープ排ガスの流量を調整する流調弁を設けたことを特徴とするリジェネバーナ設置炉。
- 前記1対のリジェネバーナのうち吸引側のリジェネバーナの蓄熱器の高温側に、前記吸引側リジェネバーナで吸引した通常排ガスの流量を調整する流調弁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリジェネバーナ設置炉。
- 前記吸引側のリジェネレータの蓄熱器の低温側に冷却空気通路を接続し、前記蓄熱器を通過した排ガスを冷却空気で冷却するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリジェネバーナ設置炉。
- 前記エスケープ排ガス通路にアフターバーン空気通路を接続し、前記蓄熱器に導入するエスケープ排ガス又は通常排ガスをアフターバーン空気で燃焼させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のリジェネバーナ設置炉。
