前記ファスナー対が、前記分割部の一方の端縁に沿って形成され、先端に膨出係止部を備えた帯状の咬合部と、前記分割部の他方の端縁に沿って、前記咬合部と咬合する咬合溝を備えた帯状の被咬合部とからなる構造であり、
前記大径リング部側の第一内周面にグリース返しリブを備えている。
Claims (7)
- ゴム状弾性体で形成され、小径リング部と大径リング部との間が蛇腹部とされた自在軸継手用ブーツにおいて、
小径リング部から大径リング部まで母線に沿って直線状に分割部が形成され、該分割部の両側が厚肉に形成されるとともにファスナー対が配され、前記分割部の間が、該分割部より薄肉で略同一肉厚とされ周方向で連結する一般部とされ、
前記ファスナー対が、前記分割部の一方の端縁に沿って形成され、先端に膨出係止部を備えた帯状の咬合部と、前記分割部の他方の端縁に沿って、前記咬合部と咬合する咬合溝を備えた帯状の被咬合部とからなる構造であり、
前記咬合部の膨出係止部の元部両側断面が角部とされるとともに、前記被咬合部における前記膨出係止部に対応する被咬合溝の膨出受け部の元部両側断面が前記角部を圧縮する湾曲部とされていることを特徴とする自在軸継手用ブーツ。 - 前記分割部の被咬合部側端面に前記咬合溝の内側で、前記咬合部と対面したとき部分重合する位置にあるガイド面を備えたガイドフィンが、前記蛇腹部の山部側のみに突出して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自在軸継手用ブーツ。
- 前記ガイドフィンの高さが山部から両側谷部に向かって漸減していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自在軸継手用ブーツ。
- 前記ガイドフィンに対応して、前記分割部の咬合部側端面に前記咬合部立ち上がり部の内側でフィン受け溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自在軸継手用ブーツ。
- 前記咬合溝の外周部には、線状ばね材からなり、横断面形状が実質的に角部を有しない茄子形である挟持インサートが埋設されて、前記被咬合部の開口部端部間にばね挟持力が付与されているとともに、前記咬合部には、線状ばね材からなり、波型平面を有する被挟持インサートが埋設されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の自在軸継手用ブーツ。
- 前記分割部が内側に膨出して厚肉部とされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の自在軸継手用ブーツ。
- 前記大径リング部側の第一内周面にグリース返しリブを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の自在軸継手用ブーツ。
