Description
弾性的な領域および非弾性的な領域を有する複合材料帯状体であって、
この複合材料帯状体が、両方の表面に沿ってフリース材料を、および、これらの間で部分的に、弾性的な薄片の薄片条片を有しており、
その際、一方の表面が、平面状のフリース材料層の様式において存在し、且つその際、このフリース材料層が、これら薄片条片の中間でフリース材料と結合されており、
このフリース材料が、この複合材料帯状体の相対して位置している表面に設けられている様式の、上記複合材料帯状体、並びに、
この複合材料帯状体を製造するための方法に関する。
このような複合材料帯状体1の切断片は、例えば、衛生製品の製造のために適しており、
これら衛生製品において、この切断片が、弾性的な閉鎖領域(Abschlussbereiche)、または弾性的な密封条片(Verschlussstreifen)として使用される。
それぞれの薄片条片が、それぞれ1つのフリース材料被膜体と、ラミネート条片へと結合されていること、
これらラミネート条片が、これらラミネート条片の薄片条片側で、上記平面状のフリース材料層と粘着されていること、および、
これらラミネート条片の中間で平面状のフリース材料層と結合されているフリース材料が、フリース材料条片の様式で存在しており、
これらフリース材料条片が、これらラミネート条片に対して平行に指向しており、且つ、これらラミネート条片のフリース材料被膜体を、これらラミネート条片(4)の縁部領域内においてオーバラップしていること、
によって解決される。
本発明による複合材料帯状体は、これらラミネート条片の領域内において、これらラミネート条片の長手方向に対して横方向に弾性的であり、且つ、これらラミネート条片の間で非弾性的であり、その際、この複合材料帯状体の弾性的な特性、および引張り強度は、これらラミネート条片の構造、およびフリース材料条片の構造によって、合目的に変更され得る。
その際、離間され平行に指向する、弾性的な薄片のそれぞれ1つの薄片条片および貼り合わされたフリース材料被膜体から成るラミネート条片が、このラミネート条片の薄片側面で、平面状のフリース材料層と粘着され、
その際、これらラミネート条片の間で、フリース材料条片が、この平面状のフリース材料層の上に載置され、および、
その際、これらフリース材料条片が、これらラミネート条片のフリース材料被膜体を、これらラミネート条片の縁部領域内においてオーバラップする。

Claims (24)
- 弾性的な領域および非弾性的な領域を有する複合材料帯状体(1)であって、
この複合材料帯状体が、両方の表面に沿ってフリース材料を、および、これらの間で部分的に、弾性的な薄片の薄片条片(5)を有しており、
その際、一方の表面が、平面状のフリース材料層(2)の様式において存在し、且つその際、このフリース材料層(2)が、これら薄片条片(5)の中間でフリース材料と結合されており、
このフリース材料が、この複合材料帯状体(1)の相対して位置している表面に設けられている様式の、上記複合材料帯状体において、
それぞれの薄片条片(5)が、それぞれ1つのフリース材料被膜体(6)と、ラミネート条片(4)へと結合されていること、
これらラミネート条片(4)が、これらラミネート条片の薄片条片側で、上記平面状のフリース材料層(2)と粘着されていること、および、
これらラミネート条片(4)の中間で平面状のフリース材料層(2)と結合されているフリース材料が、フリース材料条片(7)の様式で存在しており、
これらフリース材料条片が、これらラミネート条片(4)に対して平行に指向しており、且つ、これらラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)を、これらラミネート条片(4)の縁部領域内においてオーバラップしていること、
を特徴とする複合材料帯状体。 - フリース材料条片(7)は、ラミネート条片(4)の間で、平面状のフリース材料層(2)と、超音波溶接によって結合されている、または、全面的に粘着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- 薄片条片(5)は、熱可塑性の伸縮性合成樹脂の単一薄片から成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。

- 薄片条片(5)は、5μmと150μmとの間の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- 平面状のフリース材料層(2)は、5g/m2 と50g/m2 との間の面積重量を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- ラミネート条片(4)は、これらラミネート条片(4)の方向に沿って指向する直線状または波形状の粘着物質条片でもって、平面状のフリース材料層(2)と粘着されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- 薄片条片(5)、およびラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)は、全面的にではなく、帯片状に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- ラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)は、コア−被覆−マルチフィラメントをベースとする、弾性的なスパンボンデット不織布材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- それら内においてフリース材料条片(7)がこれらラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)をオーバラップしている、縁部領域は、2mmから7mmまでの幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- フリース材料条片(7)は、ラミネート条片(4)の縁部領域内において、フリース材料被膜体(6)と粘着されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- フリース材料条片(7)は、
その内においてフリース材料条片(7)がラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)をオーバラップしている、縁部領域内において、このフリース材料条片(7)の縁部を出発点として、最大5mmの幅で、その下に位置するラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)と粘着されていないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。 - フリース材料条片(7)は、ラミネート条片(4)の縁部領域内において、超音波溶接によって、フリース材料被膜体(6)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- フリース材料条片(7)は、10g/m2 と30g/m2 との間の面積重量を有する、スパンボンデット不織布材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料帯状体(1)。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一つに記載の、複合材料帯状体(1)を製造するための方法であって、
その際、離間され平行に指向する、弾性的な薄片のそれぞれ1つの薄片条片(5)および貼り合わされたフリース材料被膜体(6)から成るラミネート条片(4)が、このラミネート条片の薄片側面で、平面状のフリース材料層(2)と粘着され、
その際、これらラミネート条片(4)の間で、フリース材料条片(7)が、この平面状のフリース材料層(2)の上に載置され、および、
その際、これらフリース材料条片(7)が、これらラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)を、これらラミネート条片(4)の縁部領域内においてオーバラップする、上記方法。 - 熱可塑性の伸縮性合成樹脂を材料とした弾性的な押出し成形された単一薄片、および、フリース材料被膜体(6)から成るラミネート(10)は、巻体(11)から引き出され、且つ、ラミネート条片(4)に切断されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- それぞれのラミネート条片(4)の、薄片条片(5)およびフリース材料被膜体(6)は、粘着物質条片によって結合されており、これら粘着物質条片が、これらラミネート条片(4)の長手方向に指向していることを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 粘着物質(3)は、その内においてラミネート条片(4)が貼り合わされる領域内において、これらラミネート条片(4)に対して平行に指向する粘着物質条片の様式で、
且つ、これらラミネート条片(4)の間で、全面的に、平面状のフリース材料層(2)の上に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項15から17のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 粘着物質(3)は、ラミネート条片(4)の間の領域内において、全面的に、平面状のフリース材料層(2)の上に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項15から18のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- フリース材料条片(7)は、これらフリース材料条片がラミネート条片(4)のフリース材料被膜体(6)を、これらラミネート条片(4)の縁部領域内において、2mmと7mmの間の幅でもってオーバラップするように、フリース材料層(2)の上に載置されることを特徴とする請求項15から19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 粘着物質(3)は、それぞれ2つの粘着物質条片の様式で、フリース材料条片(7)の上に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項15から20のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 粘着物質(3)は、フリース材料条片(7)の縁部に対して、最大5mmの間隔を有して、これらフリース材料条片(7)の上に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項15から21のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- フリース材料条片(7)は、少なくとも、ラミネート条片(4)の縁部領域内において、超音波溶接によって、フリース材料被膜体(6)と結合されることを特徴とする請求項15から20のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 複合材料帯状体(1)は、ラミネート条片(4)の整向方向に対して横方向に、延伸ロール装置(16)内において過伸展されることを特徴とする請求項15から23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
