Claims (5)
- 液体LPGを加熱気化するとともに所定圧力に調整してエンジンの吸気管路に送出するLPG供給システムに配置され、PTCヒータを用いた電熱器を具えて液体LPGを加熱気化するLPG加熱装置において、
前記電熱器は互いに異なる極性となる2枚の電極兼加熱板がPTCヒータの両面に重ね合わせて板状に形成された電熱ユニットの複数が、前記電極兼加熱板を所定間隔で対向させて並列に配置されてケーシングに収装されたものとして、
前記所定間隔で対向した電極兼加熱板の間がLPG流路を形成して前記ケーシングに送入された液体LPGが前記LPG流路を通過する間に加熱気化されるようにした、
ことを特徴とするLPG加熱装置。 - 請求項1に記載したLPG加熱装置における電熱ユニットが、2枚のPTCヒータを重ねてそれらの反対方向へ向いた面に電極兼加熱板を重ね合わせたものであることを特徴とするLPG加熱装置。
- 前記電熱ユニットのPTCヒータは両表面の前記電極兼加熱板に挟み込んだシール部材によって気・液密状態とされている請求項1または2に記載したLPG加熱装置。
- 前記電熱ユニットは前記LPG流路を挟んで対向する電極兼加熱板の極性が同極となるように配置されている請求項1,2または3に記載したLPG加熱装置。
- 前記電熱器を構成する複数の電熱ユニットの最前面および最後面と前記ケーシングの側壁との間に隙間が設けられており、当該隙間がLPG流路を形成するものとされている請求項1,2,3または4に記載したLPG加熱装置。
