Claims (3)
- エンジンの出力が入力されるプライマリプーリと車両の駆動系の出力側に接続されるセカンダリプーリとにベルトを掛け回し、前記エンジンの回転速度を無段階に変速して出力する無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
スロットル開度が略全開であって前記車両の発進時以外の時、前記プライマリプーリの回転速度の上限値が前記ベルトの強度を保障できる回転速度の上限値である第1の所定回転速度より低く設定された第1の変速線に従って変速比を制御し、前記スロットル開度が略全開かつ前記車両の発進時は、前記プライマリプーリの回転速度の上限値が前記第1の所定回転速度より高く設定された第2の変速線に従って変速比を制御する変速制御手段と、
前記スロットル開度が略全開かつ前記車両の発進時に、前記プライマリプーリの回転速度が前記第1の所定回転速度を超えた回数をカウントするカウント手段と、
を備え、
前記変速制御手段は、前記カウント手段によってカウントされた値が前記ベルトの強度を保障できる回数である保障頻度回数を超えた後は、前記スロットル開度が略全開かつ前記車両の発進時であっても前記第2の変速線に代えて前記第1の変速線に従って変速比を制御することを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御装置。 - 前記カウント手段は、前記スロットル開度が略全開かつ前記車両の発進時に、車速が所定の領域内にあって前記プライマリプーリの回転速度が前記第1の所定回転速度を超えた回数をカウントすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の変速制御装置。
- 前記カウント手段は、発進時に前記プライマリプーリの回転速度が前記第1の所定回転速度を超えてカウントした後、前記プライマリプーリの回転速度が前記第1の所定回転速度より低い第2の所定回転速度を下回るまではカウントを禁止することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機の変速制御装置。
