Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a writing instrument in which a grip made of a soft material different from the material of the shaft tube is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the shaft tube, and more particularly to formation of a grip portion of the shaft tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types have been known in which a grip made of a soft material different from the material of the shaft tube is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the shaft tube to form a grip portion, and the feel of the shaft tube of the writing instrument is softened. In addition, for the purpose of securely fixing these grips to the shaft tube and decorating the appearance, the shaft tube is provided with a protruding portion, and the protruding portion is fitted into a through hole formed in the grip. There are also known ones that are exposed outwardly to form a gripping portion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional technology as described above, a good grip feeling and anti-slip property at the time of writing can be obtained depending on the material of the grip and the arrangement of the protruding portion of the shaft tube fitted in the through hole of the grip. There were cases where it was not possible. Moreover, it has been a very difficult problem to satisfy both required slip resistance while maintaining a good grip feeling.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in a writing instrument in which a grip made of a soft material different from the material of the shaft tube is attached to the outer periphery of the shaft tube, the outer periphery of the shaft tube In addition, a convex portion having a height lower than the outer surface of the grip is provided, and a hole having the same shape as the convex portion is formed in the grip, and the hole is attached to the convex portion. In addition, a transparent recess having a depth extending from the outer surface of the grip to the top surface of the convex portion is formed in the grip, and a second recess that is impermeable at a position adjacent to the transparent recess of the grip. The gist is that at least one is formed to form a grip portion .
[0005]
【Example】
A first example will be described with reference to FIGS. A front shaft 2 is detachably attached to the front side of the shaft cylinder 1 by screwing or the like (FIG. 2 and below, the upper side in the figure is called the rear and the lower side is called the front). A grip 3 made of a soft resin or rubber material is fixed to the front shaft 2, and an elastic member 4 such as a coil spring is disposed on the inner side of the front shaft 2 so that its front end is located inside the front shaft 2. It is nipped and attached to the hole. Inside the shaft tube 1, a refill 5 of a writing body such as a ballpoint pen or a correction tool is urged rearward by the elastic member 4 and is arranged to be movable back and forth. A pressing body 6 is attached to the rear of the shaft cylinder 1 so as to be movable back and forth.
1 to FIG. 5 show a case in which a refill 5 of a cursive body such as a ballpoint pen or a correction tool is disposed in the shaft cylinder 1, but a mechanical pencil or a sharp middle shaft unit is disposed in the shaft cylinder 1. It may be what you did. In addition, a case where a refill 5 of a cursive body such as a ballpoint pen or a correction tool is disposed inside the shaft cylinder 1 so as to be movable back and forth (movable in and out) will be described. It may be a writing instrument in which a mechanical pencil or a sharp central shaft unit is protruded so as to be writable and fixedly arranged inside the barrel 1.
[0006]
Next, the front shaft 2 and the grip 3 will be described in detail. On the outer peripheral portion of the front shaft 2, a plurality of convex portions 7 whose external shape is formed in a horizontally long shape in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction with respect to the shaft tube 1 are formed and arranged on both opposing outer peripheral surfaces. . The grip 3 in which a plurality of holes 8 having the same shape as those of the convex portions are formed and arranged on both inner peripheral surfaces facing each other, and the holes 8 are fitted in the convex portions. It is attached to the outer periphery of the shaft 2. In addition, in order to save the effort on an assembly, you may attach the grip 3 to the outer peripheral part of the front shaft 2 which formed and arrange | positioned the said convex-shaped part 7 by methods, such as integral molding.
[0007]
Here, the convex height of the convex portion 7 is set to be lower than the outer surface of the grip 3. That is, the top surface of the convex portion 7 is slightly lower than the outer surface of the grip 3, and when viewed from the outer surface of the grip 3, the transparent surface has a depth that reaches the top surface of the convex portion 7. The concave portion 9 is formed on the convex portion 7. The top surface of the convex portion 7 can be seen from the transparent concave portion 9, and the convex portion 7 is opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the front shaft 2, so that the front shaft 2 is transparent or translucent. When the material is formed of this material, it is possible to see through the refill 5 disposed in the front shaft 2 from the transparent recess 9. As shown in FIG. 4, when the refill 5 is retracted, the transparent or opaque front portion of the refill 5 can be watched, and when the refill 5 is forwardly locked, the ink amount of the refill 5 is set to the transparent recess 9. It is possible to further see through (see FIG. 5).
[0008]
In the present example, the convex portion 7 and the transparent concave portion 9 are provided at a total of six locations, three on each of the left and right surfaces of the substantially central portion of the grip 3. Impervious second recesses 10 are formed at a plurality of locations at positions adjacent to the recesses 9. The dimensions of the second concave portion 10 such as the external shape and the depth of the concave portion are set substantially equal to the shape and dimension of the transparent concave portion 9. And this 2nd recessed part 10 is on the outer surface of the grip 3, and is a bottomed impervious recessed part. The outer surface of the grip 3 is formed with an appropriate surface roughness so as to obtain a good grip feeling, but the surface of the second recess 10 has a roughness different from the surface roughness of the outer surface of the grip 3 ( It may be formed by finishing the surface with a rough surface or a rough surface. Further, in this example, the second concave portion 10 is formed and arranged at a position adjacent to the lower side of the through-hole 9 formed and arranged in triplicate on the grip 3, but the through-hole 9 in the longitudinal direction of the grip 3 is shown. (And the convex portion 7) and the second concave portion 10 may be alternately formed and arranged.
[0009]
Here, the detailed shapes of the transparent recess 9 and the second recess 10 will be described based on the sectional views of FIGS. 6, 7, 8, and 9. 6 and 7, the refill 5 and the elastic body 4 arranged in the front shaft 2 are omitted.
The translucent recess 9 and the second recess 10 formed in the grip 3 are formed such that the bottom cross-sectional area is smaller than the top cross-sectional areas of the translucent recess 9 and the second recess 10. That is, the through-hole 9 is formed so as to expand from the bottom 9a toward the outer surface side of the grip 3, and in this example, the peripheral wall 9b of the through-hole 9 is formed in an inclined shape (FIG. 6, main part). (See enlarged view 8, enlarged view of main part 9). Moreover, the 2nd recessed part 10 is also formed in the form extended toward the outer surface side of the grip 3 from the bottom part 10a, and the surrounding wall 10b is formed in the shape of a slope (refer FIG. 7).
[0010]
Next, the operation will be described. At the time of writing, when the grip 3 of the shaft cylinder 1 is gripped with fingers, the transparent recess 9 and the second recess 10 are brought into close contact with the abdomen of the finger. At this time, a plurality of the translucent recesses 9 and the second recesses 10 are formed in a horizontally long shape in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the grip 3, so that the recesses and the grip surfaces are alternately finely carved. Thus, the required anti-slip property can be secured while maintaining a good grip feeling without impairing the secure fixing of the grip 3 to the front shaft 2 and the decorative effect on the appearance. Here, the convex portion 7 is exposed to the bottom portion 9a of the transparent concave portion 9 and can be brought into contact with the gripped finger, but the top surface of the convex portion 7 is lower than the outer surface of the grip 3. Therefore, the soft grip feeling of the grip 3 is not impaired.
In addition, since the peripheral wall 9b of the transparent recess 9 and the peripheral wall 10b of the second recess 10 are formed in a slope shape, there is little uncomfortable feeling of unevenness when grasping, and the familiarity to the abdominal part of the finger is good. It is also possible to reduce the accumulation of dirt and the like on the corners of the fingers.
In addition, since the horizontally long translucent recesses 9 are formed and arranged on the opposite outer peripheral surfaces of the grip 3, if the two fingers are naturally gripped, either of the opposing translucent recesses 9 is Close to the abdomen. Moreover, since the 2nd recessed part 10 is formed and arrange | positioned adjacent to the transparent recessed part 9, the surface roughness of a recessed part can be formed suitably and more reliable anti-slip property can be appealed.
[0011]
Next, a second example will be described with reference to FIGS. A description of the same components as in the above example is omitted. In this example, a portion corresponding to the sloped peripheral wall 9b of the transparent recess 9 of the first example is formed by an upright peripheral wall 9c and a sloped peripheral wall 9d. The upright peripheral wall 9c makes it easy to process and manufacture the molding die. In addition, although the dimension of the upright peripheral wall 9c may be set suitably, it is preferable to set it as about 0.05 mm, for example.
A modification is shown in FIGS. The peripheral wall of the transparent recess 9 is formed as a peripheral wall 9e having a R-shaped cross section. Both the effects of the first example and the second example can be expected.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention provides a writing instrument in which a grip made of a soft material different from the material of the shaft tube is attached to the outer periphery of the shaft tube, and has a height lower than the outer surface of the grip on the outer periphery of the shaft tube. And the grip is formed with a hole having the same shape as the convex portion, and the hole is attached to the convex portion, and the grip is attached to the grip from the outer surface of the grip. Forming a permeable recess having a depth reaching the top surface of the convex portion, and further forming at least one second non-permeable recess at a position adjacent to the transparent recess of the grip; As a result, it is possible to obtain the desired grip feeling and anti-slip property at the time of writing, and also have the advantage of satisfying the required anti-slip property while maintaining a good grip feeling. .
