Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wood waste crusher, and more particularly, to a crusher capable of reliably crushing wood waste derived from a wooden house at the site of dismantling and requiring less maintenance costs.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in the case of a traditional Japanese house, high-end and durable timber such as cedar and firewood is used for pillars, waistline, girders, beams, etc., so columns and waistline that appear when the house is demolished , Girders, beams, etc. are often reused. On the other hand, in the case of recent wooden houses, inexpensive imported timber is used for pillars, waistline, girders, beams, etc., and their durable years are relatively short, so when demolishing wooden houses, pillars, waistline, girders, It is common practice to dispose of beams as waste.
[0003]
Such wood waste is often incinerated as industrial waste or crushed and landfilled, but when crushed to an appropriate size, it can be reused as fertilizer or land improvement material.
[0004]
In the conventional crusher, the waste is cut with a cutting blade (see, for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, etc.), or the biting blade is bitten into the waste and the fragments are torn off from the waste. A method of breaking the waste is employed (see, for example, Patent Document 3).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 05-15800 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, nails and other metal fittings may remain in the wood waste derived from wooden houses. If a cutting blade or bite hits the metal fitting, it will not be usable immediately because the blade will become chipped. There is a problem that maintenance is expensive because it is necessary to replace the biting blade.
[0007]
In view of such problems, the present invention is to provide a wood waste crusher that can reliably crush wood waste derived from a wooden house at the site of dismantling and that does not require much maintenance costs. And
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the wood waste crusher according to the present invention is a crusher suitable mainly for crushing wood waste derived from a wooden house at a work site such as a demolition site, and the wood waste is input to the upper part. And a rotary shaft provided extending horizontally in the housing below the input port portion, and a housing having a discharge port portion for discharging a crushed piece of wood waste formed at the bottom portion. And a drive source for rotating or reversing the rotation shaft, and at least one side in the rotation shaft rotation direction of the lower end edge of the input port and on the inner surface of the housing extending in the axial direction of the rotation shaft, A fixed crush plate having a thickness capable of withstanding the load necessary for crushing, and extending in the axial direction to the rotary shaft, and having a thickness capable of withstanding the load necessary for crushing wood waste, the rotary shaft With rotation or reverse rotation Characterized in that and a crushing rotary plate for crushing by strong pressure across the wood waste between the crushing fixed plate.
[0009]
One of the characteristics of the present invention is that the wood waste is sandwiched between the thick rotary crushing plate and the fixed crushing plate and crushed by a strong pressure.
[0010]
Thereby, even if the nail and other metal fittings adhering to the wood waste hit the rotary crushing plate or the stationary crushing plate and the crushing plate is lost, the nail and other metal fittings can be sandwiched and strongly pressed, so that the wood waste can be crushed for a long time.
[0011]
In addition, the fixed crushing plate and the rotating crushing plate do not need to be replaced like a cutting blade or a biting blade even if a defect occurs, so that maintenance work is small and maintenance can be performed at low cost.
[0012]
In addition, a fixed crushing plate is provided at the lower edge of the inlet, so even if long wood waste is thrown into the housing, the wood waste is rotated and crushed at the lower edge of the inlet. After being pressed between the plates and broken to an appropriate length, they are reliably crushed to an appropriate size by a fixed crush plate and a rotary crush plate inside the housing.
[0013]
A hydraulic motor, an electric motor or an engine can be used as the drive source.
[0014]
A hydraulic excavator is often used to transport the crusher. Therefore, when a hydraulic motor is used as a drive source, it is preferable to be configured to be driven by hydraulic pressure supplied from a hydraulic excavator.
[0015]
In this way, if the wood waste is crushed using the hydraulic pressure of the excavator, it is not necessary to provide a separate power source, and the crusher can be downsized. As a result, since the crusher can be transported using the arm of the hydraulic excavator, it can be very easily moved at the work site.
[0016]
The crusher may be transported by suspending the crusher on the arm of a hydraulic excavator with a wire rope or the like, but the crusher may not be stable during movement. Therefore, it is preferable to provide a mounting bracket on the housing so that the housing is attached to the tip of the arm of the excavator.
[0017]
The material of the fixed crush plate and the rotary crush plate is not particularly limited, and any material can be used as long as it can withstand the load necessary for crushing wood waste, for example, hard special steel, etc. However, in consideration of cost, it may be used by quenching a necessary portion of a normal steel plate.
[0018]
Although the discharge port portion may be simply opened, it is preferable that the size of the crushed pieces is set to some extent in consideration of the use of the crushed pieces such as soil modifier. Therefore, it is preferable to cover and attach the screen to the discharge port portion of the housing, and to form a plurality of through holes through which a crushed material of a predetermined size passes.
[0019]
The rotating crushing plate and the fixed crushing plate may have a straight edge at the tip edge side, and the crushing plate and the fixed crushing plate can be loaded efficiently from both crushing plates by increasing the effective distance of the tip edge. The tip edge portion of the head may be serrated.
[0020]
The rotating shaft may remain in the form of a shaft, but the rotating shaft should be provided with a drum-like cover on the entire circumference or a part of the circumferential direction so that the space inside the housing can be narrowed and wood waste can be efficiently crushed. It may be.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on specific examples. 1 to 3 show a preferred embodiment of a wood waste crusher according to the present invention. In the figure, legs 10 are provided at the four corners of the gantry 10, the front legs 11 are provided so as to be rotatable around an attachment shaft at the upper end, and the gantry 10 can be attached to the tip of an arm 60 of a hydraulic excavator. The mounting bracket 12 is fixed by welding or the like.
[0022]
The gantry 10 is provided with a housing 20, which is composed of front and rear halves 21, 22. Both housing halves 21, 22 are rotatably provided around the mounting pin 23 with respect to the gantry 10. The one housing half 21 has an opening 24 and a chute 25 is attached to the opening 24.
[0023]
Further, the bottom of the housing 20 of the gantry 10 is opened to form a discharge port portion 26 for discharging the crushed pieces 71 of the wood waste 70, and the rotary shaft 30 is disposed below the discharge port portion 26 in the width of the gantry 10. The rotating shaft 30 is rotatably supported on the gantry 10 by a bearing 31.
[0024]
A hydraulic motor 32 is connected to the rotating shaft 30, a supply switching device 33 is provided in the hydraulic motor 32, and a connection tool 34 that can be connected to a hydraulic supply pipe of a hydraulic excavator is provided in the supply switching device 33. It is rotated and reversed by the hydraulic pressure supplied from the excavator. The supply switching device 32 can be a hydraulic cylinder that is mounted on a hydraulic excavator and controls supply of hydraulic pressure.
[0025]
In addition, a drum-shaped cover 35 is fixed to the rotary shaft 30 on the entire circumference (or part of the circumferential direction), and a plurality of (five in this example) rotary crushing plates 40 are spaced equiangularly. Is fixed.
[0026]
On the other hand, an elongated hole for attaching a crushing plate is formed in the lower half edge of the front and rear sides of the discharge port portion 26 in the housing half 21, and a fixed crushing plate 41 is inserted into the elongated hole so as to be replaceable. . In addition, mounting bases 42 are fixed to the front and rear side edges of the discharge port portion 26 in the housing 20, and a fixed crushing plate 41 is fixed to the mounting base 42 so as to be replaceable.
[0027]
Both the rotary crushing plate 40 and the fixed crushing plate 41 are made of hard special steel and are manufactured to have a thickness that can withstand the load necessary for crushing the wood waste 70. It is processed in a sawtooth shape to enable efficient crushing of wood waste.
[0028]
Further, a screen 50 made of a metal plate is fixed to the gantry 10 so as to be exchangeable while covering the discharge port portion 26 from below. The screen 50 is formed with a plurality of through holes 51 that pass a crushed material of a predetermined size. It is preferable to prepare a plurality of screens 50 having different sizes of the through holes 51 and replace them as necessary.
[0029]
For example, when crushing wood waste 70 such as pillars, waistline, girders, beams, etc. at the demolishing site of a house, the mounting bracket 12 of the crusher 10 is attached to the tip of the arm 60 of the excavator, and the crusher is operated by the arm 60. Lift 10 and lower it to a suitable place in the dismantling site.
[0030]
Next, the hydraulic pressure supply pipe of the hydraulic excavator is connected to the connection tool 34 of the supply switching device 33 of the crusher 10, and the hydraulic pressure is supplied by operating a lever or the like provided in the driver's seat of the hydraulic excavator. Then, in the crusher 10, the hydraulic motor 32 is driven and the rotating shaft 30 rotates (or reversely rotates).
[0031]
Therefore, when the wood waste 70 is put into the chute 25, the wood waste 70 comes into contact with the cover 35 of the rotary shaft 30, and is then sandwiched between the fixed crushing plate 41 and the rotary crushing plate 40 below the chute 25 so as to apply a strong pressure. By doing so, it is broken to an appropriate length. This broken piece is sent to the inside of the housing 20 as the rotary shaft 30 rotates, and is finely squeezed between the laterally fixed crushing plate 41 and the rotary crushing plate 40 in the housing 20 and strongly pressed. The crushed pieces 71 fall downward from the through holes 51 of the screen 50.
[0032]
The crushed pieces 71 that have passed through the screen 50 may be dropped on the ground as they are. However, if the bag is suspended from the gantry 10 and the crushed pieces 71 are received by the bag, the post-processing of the crushed pieces 71 is further simplified. Become.
[0033]
Moreover, although the crushing piece 71 of the size which cannot pass through the through-hole 51 remains on the screen 50, such a crushing piece 71 is scraped up by the rotary crushing plate 40 and pressed against the fixed crushing plate 41 in the lateral direction. Then, it is sandwiched between the fixed crushing plate 41 and the rotary crushing plate 40 and is crushed finely by being pressed, falls on the screen 50 and falls downward from the through hole 51.
[0034]
Further, when the rotary crushing plate 40 cannot be rotated due to a cause such as the wood waste 70 or a relatively large broken piece being caught between the rotary crushing plate 40 and the fixed crushing plate 41 for some reason, the hydraulic excavator When the hydraulic motor 32 is reversed by operating the lever of the driver's seat, the wood waste 70 and the broken pieces are caught and the rotary crushing plate 40 can be rotated again.
[0035]
Moreover, since the crusher 10 of this example is easy to carry, it can also carry the crusher 10 to a mountain forest, for example, and can crush the thinned material and fallen tree which fell.
[0036]
When a defect that causes a problem occurs in the rotary crushing plate 40 or the fixed crushing plate 41, the metal material of the same kind may be piled up and repaired by performing a treatment such as quenching as necessary.
