Claims (5)
- ヨーク部と磁石部とを有する電子写真用の磁気シール部材であって、
前記磁石部が硬質磁性合金粉末と樹脂バインダーとを含む樹脂磁石層からなり、該樹脂磁石層上に軟質磁性合金粉末と樹脂バインダーとを含む層を前記ヨーク部として積層し、
前記磁石部と前記ヨーク部との積層境界面の段差が5μm以下であることを特徴とする磁気シール部材。 - 前記磁石部に用いられる樹脂と、前記ヨーク部に用いられる樹脂と、が同一樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気シール部材。
- 前記ヨーク部を形成するための樹脂がポリアミドまたはポリフェニレンサルファイドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気シール部材。
- ヨーク部と磁石部とを有する電子写真用の磁気シール部材の製造方法であって、
金型に、硬質磁性合金粉末と樹脂バインダーを含む原料組成物を注入して所定形状の磁性層を形成する工程と、前記金型に、軟質磁性合金粉末と樹脂バインダーを含む原料組成物を注入してヨーク部となる層を形成する工程と、からなり前記磁性層と前記ヨーク部となる層とを積層成形する工程と、
前記磁性層の所定部を磁化して磁石部となる樹脂磁石層を得る工程と、を有することを特徴とする磁気シール部材の製造方法。 - 前記磁石部に用いられる樹脂と、前記ヨーク部に用いられる樹脂と、が同一樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の磁気シール部材の製造方法。
