本発明は、カバー手段（おむつカバー、使い捨ておむつ、使い捨てパンツ、失禁パンツ、衣類）等と組み合わせて使用される、装着ミスを起こしにくい前後表記付体液吸収性物品（使い捨ての、生理用ナプキン、失禁パッド、尿パッド等）に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、かかる吸収性物品は漏れを防止することが要求されており、女性が使用する際は臀部側に大きい吸収層、男性が使用する際は腹側に大きい吸収層をあてがう方法が知られている。

このようなカバー手段と組み合わせて使用される吸収性物品、特に尿パッド（または失禁パッド）はその形が前後対象に近いため前後が分かり難く、装着ミスを起こし易かった。そのため従来から、装着時におけるカバー手段に対するズレを防止する目的で製品外面に付けられているズレ防止粘着材層の剥離シートに前後表記を印刷するという対策が広く採用されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、使用時はこの剥離シートをはがして使用するため、結局のところ装着直前において前後がわからなくなってしまう虞があった。

そこで、本発明の主たる課題は、装着直前においても一見して前後が判別可能で、装着ミスを起こしにくい吸収性物品を提供することにある。

上記課題を解決した本発明は、次記のとおりである。

吸収性物品の外面をなす外装シートと、吸収性物品の内面をなす透液性トップシートと、これらの間に挟まれた、体液を吸収して保持する吸収要素と、外装シートの外面に設けられたズレ止め粘着材層と、このズレ止め粘着材層を覆う剥離シートとを備え、
装着時に、前記外装シート及び前記ズレ止め粘着材層が、吸収性物品の外側をカバーするカバー手段の内面と接する状態で使用される、パッドタイプの吸収性物品において、
前記ズレ止め粘着材層が前後表記の形状に形成されているとともに、前記剥離シートは透明または半透明であり、前記ズレ止め粘着材層による前後表記が前記剥離シートを介して外部から視認できるように構成されている、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について尿パッドの例を引いて説明するが、本発明は「外側をカバーするカバー手段と組み合わせて使用される」ものであれば他のパッドタイプの吸収性物品にも適用可能である。
（尿パッドへの応用例）
図１〜図３は、尿パッド例の展開状態の斜視図、およびその要部縦断面図をそれぞれ示しており、この例は、透液性トップシート１と不透液性バックシート２と、これらシート１，２の間に挟まれた吸収体３（吸収要素）とを主体として構成されている。

さて、かかる尿パッドに対して本発明を適用する場合、例えば図４に示すように、外装シートたる不透液性バックシート２の外面に、ズレ止め用の粘着剤を適宜の前後表記の形状（文字形状・マーク形状等）に塗布して、前後表記１０，１０…を形成する。本発明における粘着剤としてはホットメルト接着剤が有利に用いられる。ホットメルト接着剤としては、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン系共重合体や、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン系共重合体といった合成ゴム系、あるいはプロピレン−ブテン共重合体のようなオレフィン系のものを用いることができる。また通常の場合、粘着剤部分の色とその周囲部分（外装シート）との色を異ならしめるため粘着剤に着色剤を含有させる。この着色剤としては銅フタロシアニン系染料、キサンテン系染料等を好適に使用することができる。かくして、粘着材層がズレ止め機能と前後表記機能とを兼備することとなり、装着直前においても一見して前後が判別可能で、装着ミスを起こしにくくなる。

望ましい前後表記１０の色としては、周囲の外面（本例の場合外装シート２）の色との色差ΔＥ*ａｂ（周知のように、ΔＥ*ａｂ＝（Δａ²＋Δｂ²＋ΔＬ²）^1/2である）が２５より大きく且つ１００未満の範囲、より好適には３５〜７５の範囲にある色、すなわち同系色であるが容易に読み取れる程度の差がある色を選択するのが望ましい。また、これら前後表記１０およびその周囲外面の色がＬ*ａ*ｂ*表色系でＬ*≧２５の色であると全体的に暗くならない。ただし、両色ともにＬ*値が７０以上の明るい色の場合などにおいては、明暗の差が少ないと見難くなることもあるので、前後表記１０およびその周囲外面間におけるＬ*値の差ΔＬ*は、１０以上であるのが望ましい。さらにＬ*ａ*ｂ*表色系でａ*＜０且つｂ*＜０の色、すなわち緑と青との間の色は落ち着きがあり目に優しいとともに、清涼感・清潔感を想起させることができるため好ましい。特に、これら前後表記１０およびその周囲外面の色としては、吸収性物品として好ましくない色、例えば排泄物や血液を連想させる（または見間違える）ような「黄色系、茶色系」や「赤（特に鮮明な赤）」は避けるようにするのが望ましい。

本発明の前後表記１０の形態としては各種考えられるが、見易さや汎用性等の点では、図４及び図５に示すように矢印等の方向指示マーク１０Ａとともに、マーク１０Ａ内（矢印の近傍でも良い）に前後判別文字１０Ｂを併用した例を提案する。この場合、判別文字のサイズは、９ポイント以上、特に好適には１７ポイント以上にするのが好ましい。

このように、前後の判別のための表記として「前」「後」「腹」「尻」等の文字を印刷するとともに、直感的な方向理解のために矢印マークを付すことによって、より前後の判別が容易になる。また本発明における前後の判別のための表記として、図５に示すように前後の両表記を付しても良いが、図４に示すように前後いずれか一方の表記のみ（図示例は前のみ）を付すだけでも足りる。特に男女で前後が反対となる男女兼用タイプ（通常、男性の場合に脚周り曲線部２０，２０を境にしてより広い吸収体領域を有する側が前側となり、女性の場合にはその反対となる）においては、図４に示すように各性別毎の前後表記を付すのが望ましく、性別間で色合いを異ならしめるのも望ましい。またもちろん、本発明においては、図６に示すように方向指示マークを省略したり、矢印マークに代わる方向指示マーク、例えば図４の矢印マークの先端側にある山形マーク１０Ｃや三角形マーク等を付したりすることも可能である。さらにこれらの図示例では、複数の前後表記１０，１０…を付しているが、基本的に本発明においては前後表記の数には特に限定されない。

他方、図７及び図８に示すように、本発明においても前述の従来例と同様に、ズレ止め粘着材層からなる前後表記１０の上に剥離シート６１が積層されている。このズレ止め粘着材層からなる前後表記１０および剥離シート６１は、図示のように縦方向一端から他端まで連続するように設けるほか、製品の縦方向に間隔をおいて複数設けることもできる。この場合、剥離シート６１として透明または半透明の材料を用いることにより、粘着材層からなる前後表記１０，１０…が剥離シート６１を介して外部から視認できるようになっている。また図９に示すように剥離シート６１にも前後表記１１を印刷等により形成することもできる。ただし、剥離シート６１は使用時には剥離されてしまうため、いずれにせよ、ズレ止め粘着材層により前後表記１０，１０…を形成しておくことが重要である。
