Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a body fluid-absorbing article with a front and rear notation (disposable sanitary napkin, incontinence) that is used in combination with cover means (diaper cover, disposable diaper, disposable pants, incontinence pants, clothing), etc. Pad, urine pad, etc.).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, such absorbent articles have been required to prevent leakage, and there are known methods of applying a large absorbent layer on the buttocks side when used by women and a large absorbent layer on the ventral side when using by men. ing.
[0003]
Absorbent articles used in combination with such cover means, particularly urine pads (or incontinence pads), have a shape close to that of the front and rear objects, making it difficult to understand the front and back, making it easy to cause mounting mistakes. Therefore, conventionally, a measure of printing the front and rear notation on the release sheet of the anti-slip adhesive layer attached to the outer surface of the product for the purpose of preventing the shift to the cover means at the time of mounting has been widely adopted.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the release sheet is peeled off during use, there is a risk that the front and rear will not be known immediately before mounting.
[0005]
Therefore, a main problem of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that can be distinguished at a glance even immediately before mounting and is less prone to mounting errors.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of Claim 1>
And outer sheet forming the outer surface of the absorbent article, and liquid-permeable topsheet forming the inside surface of the absorbent article, sandwiched between them, an absorbent element for absorbing and retaining body fluids, provided on the outer surface of the outer sheet Bei example a displacement preventing adhesive layer that is, a release sheet covering the displacement preventing adhesive layer,
In the pad-type absorbent article used when the outer sheet and the anti-slipping adhesive material layer are in contact with the inner surface of the cover means that covers the outer side of the absorbent article when mounted ,
Together with the displacement preventing adhesive layer is formed in the shape of notation before and after the release sheet is transparent or translucent, so that representation longitudinal by the displacement preventing adhesive layer can be visually recognized from the outside through the release sheet Configured to,
An absorbent article with front-rear notation, characterized by that.
[0007]
(Function and effect)
Thus, by the Turkey it has been formed in the shape of notation longitudinal displacement preventing means, can determine the back and forth even glance in the mounting immediately before, becomes difficult to cause the mounting mistakes. The cover means of the present invention means a diaper cover, disposable diaper, disposable pants, incontinence pants or clothing.
[0008]
<Invention of Claim 2>

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to examples of urine pads. However, if the present invention is “used in combination with cover means for covering the outside”, other pad type absorbent articles can be used. Is also applicable.
(Application example for urine pad)
1 to 3 show a perspective view of a developed state of an example of a urine pad, and a longitudinal sectional view of an essential part thereof, and this example includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 1 and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 2, The absorbent body 3 (absorbing element) sandwiched between the sheets 1 and 2 is mainly used.
[0020]
The liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 is made of a polyethylene film or the like, and is formed with curved portions 20 and 20 extending around the legs on both sides of one side portion in the vertical direction. The liquid back sheet 2 constitutes an exterior sheet in contact with the inner surface of the cover means. Absorbent body 3 is mainly composed of cotton-like pulp 30 containing superabsorbent polymer particles, and is packed with tissue paper 31 or the like, and has a shape obtained by slightly scaling down impervious backsheet 2. ing. Further, the liquid-permeable top sheet 1 is made of a nonwoven fabric or the like, and its width is approximately the same size as the absorbent body 3, but both longitudinal ends thereof extend outward from the absorbent body 3, These extending portions are fixed to the inner surface of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 by a hot melt adhesive or the like.
[0021]
Further, in the urine pad of this example, leg-raised cuffs 4 and 4 for preventing side leakage are formed on both sides, respectively. The cuff sheets 40, 40 forming the standing cuffs 4, 4 are made of nonwoven fabric or the like, have a length equal to the product longitudinal direction length, and in the longitudinal intermediate portion corresponding to the leg-curved curved portions 20, 20, One end in the width direction is fixed across the liquid permeable top sheet 1 side and the liquid impermeable back sheet 2 side (this fixed portion is shown as 42 in FIG. 2), and the other end is not fixed. Further, the free end 41 has a double structure in which the sheet 40 is folded back, and elasticities such as a plurality of thread rubbers G, G... The elastic member is arranged and fixed under extension. On the other hand, at both longitudinal ends of the cuff sheet 40, as shown in FIG. 3, the portions 51 continuing to the free end portion 41 are also folded and fixed to the liquid-permeable top sheet 1. Thus, the free end 41 along the leg is raised with respect to the fixed portion 42 by the contracting action of the elastic members G, G. This contraction action also rounds the product into a boat shape along the body.
[0022]
(First form)
When the present invention is applied to such a urine pad, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, an adhesive for preventing slippage is appropriately formed on the outer surface of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 as an exterior sheet. Apply to (character shape, mark shape, etc.) to form front and rear notations 10, 10,. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive in the present invention, a hot melt adhesive is advantageously used. As the hot melt adhesive, a synthetic rubber system such as a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, a styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer, or an olefin system such as a propylene-butene copolymer may be used. it can. In a normal case, a colorant is contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive in order to make the color of the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion different from the color of the surrounding portion (exterior sheet). As the colorant, copper phthalocyanine dyes, xanthene dyes, and the like can be suitably used. Thus, the adhesive material layer has both a function of preventing misalignment and a front-rear notation function, so that the front and rear can be distinguished at a glance just before mounting, and it is difficult to cause mounting errors.
[0023]
Desirable color of the notation 10 is a color difference ΔE * ab from the color of the surrounding outer surface (in this example, the exterior sheet 2) (ΔE * ab = (Δa 2 + Δb 2 + ΔL 2 ) 1/2 as is well known) It is desirable to select a color that is greater than 25 and less than 100, more preferably in the range of 35 to 75, that is, a color that is similar but has a difference that is easily readable. Further, if the colors of these front and rear notations 10 and the surrounding outer surface are L * a * b * color system and L * ≧ 25, the color is not darkened as a whole. However, in the case of a bright color having an L * value of 70 or more for both colors, it may be difficult to see if the difference in light and dark is small, so the difference ΔL * in the L * value between the front and rear notation 10 and its surrounding outer surface. Is preferably 10 or more. Furthermore, the color of a * <0 and b * <0 in the L * a * b * color system, that is, the color between green and blue is calm and gentle on the eyes, and also reminds of a refreshing and clean feeling. Is preferable. In particular, the front-rear notation 10 and the color of the surrounding outer surface thereof are colors that are unfavorable for absorbent articles, such as “yellowish, brownish” or “red” (especially reminiscent of excrement or blood). It is desirable to avoid “crisp red)”.
[0024]
Various forms of the front-rear notation 10 of the present invention are conceivable. However, in terms of easiness to see and versatility, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the direction indication mark 10A such as an arrow is included in the mark 10A (near the arrow However, an example in which the front / rear discrimination character 10B is used together is proposed. In this case, the size of the discrimination character is preferably 9 points or more, particularly preferably 17 points or more.
[0025]
In this way, characters such as `` front '', `` back '', `` belly '', `` butt '' etc. are printed as notation for front and rear discrimination, and arrow marks are added for intuitive direction understanding, so that more front and back Discrimination becomes easy. In the present invention, both front and rear notations as shown in FIG. 5 may be added as front and rear notation as shown in FIG. 5, but only one of the front and rear notations as shown in FIG. ) Is enough. Especially for men and women where the front and back are opposite (usually for men, the side with the wider curvilinear area 20, 20 is the front side and the opposite is the case for women) As shown in FIG. 4, it is desirable to attach a front-rear notation for each gender, and it is also desirable to make the hues different between genders. Of course, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the direction mark is omitted, or a direction mark instead of the arrow mark, for example, a chevron mark 10C on the tip side of the arrow mark in FIG. It is also possible to do. Further, in these illustrated examples, a plurality of front and rear notations 10, 10... Are attached, but basically the number of front and rear notations is not particularly limited in the present invention.
[0026]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, as in the conventional example described above in the present invention, the release sheet 61 on the front and rear notation 10 consisting displacement preventing adhesive layers that have been laminated. As shown in the figure, the front and rear notation 10 and the release sheet 61 made of the anti-displacement adhesive material layer can be provided continuously from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of them can be provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the product. In this case, by using a transparent or translucent material as the release sheet 61, before and after representation 10, 10 ... consisting of adhesive layers that look like visible from the outside through the release sheet 61. Also as possible out also it is formed by printing or the like before and after representation 11 to the release sheet 61 as shown in FIG. However, since the release sheet 61 is peeled off during use, it is important in any case to form the front and rear notations 10, 10,.
[0027]
(Second embodiment : Reference embodiment not included in the present invention )
In the second embodiment, as the misalignment preventing means, an engagement element that engages with the cover means itself or a corresponding element is used, and this engagement element is given a front-rear notation. FIG. 10 shows a specific example in which a hook element 70 with front / rear notation 10 is bonded and fixed to the outer surface of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 as an exterior sheet.
[0028]
FIG. 11 schematically shows an engagement structure suitable for the second embodiment . The hook element 70 includes a base sheet 70a and a number of hook pieces 70b having a known hook shape such as a pin shape or a hook shape fixed on the base sheet 70a. The material sheet 71a and a large number of loops 71b made of yarn fixed on the base material sheet 71a, and the hook piece 70a of the hook element 70 is entangled with the loop 71b of the hook receiving element 71, whereby both elements Is a mechanism to be locked. When subjecting the notation after before such hook elements or hook receiving elements, as shown in FIG. 12, to print the front and rear notation 10 in at least one of the base sheet 70a, 71a front and rear surfaces of the (surface of the absorbent article side) Is desirable. However, although not shown, the front and rear notations can also be formed by applying paint to the element surface including the hook pieces or loops. Moreover, when printing on the back surface of base material sheet 70a, 71a, base material sheet 70a, 71a is formed with a transparent or semi-transparent material so that the surface can be recognized visually. In this case, the hook piece 70b, the loop 71b, and the loop yarn can be formed of a transparent or translucent material as necessary.
[0029]
In this embodiment, an element corresponding to the cover means such as a diaper cover is attached, or a hook element is used as an element on the absorbent article side, and the inner surface material of the cover means itself is made of a material that the hook element can lock. It is necessary to form. Various materials can be considered as a material to which the hook element can be locked, but a nonwoven fabric is desirable for a disposable use. Further, in the second embodiment , not only the combination of the hook element and the loop element as in the above example, but also any combination of shapes and structures that can be engaged can be adopted, for example, the hook element and the hook element. A combination with can also be employed.
[0030]
(Other)
Instead of the adhesive layer of the first embodiment, at least one element of a mechanical fastening tape that is fastened by engagement of a hook element and a hook receiving element can also be used as a slip prevention means. Specifically, although not shown, an element (hook element or hook receiving element) attached to the absorbent article side is formed in a front-rear notation shape, colored as necessary, and fixed at a predetermined position on the outer surface of the article.
[0031]
[0032]
(Relation with the folded state)
Absorbent articles targeted by the present invention are generally folded into three or more folds and packaged for compactness. At this time, if the conventional product is folded, some or all of the front / rear notation is hidden, or there is only a state where the front / rear notation is present only on one side of the upper surface or the lower surface. For this reason, the user of the product cannot easily read the front-rear notation or look for a surface with the front-rear notation simply by looking at the product in a folded state.
[0033]
Therefore, FIG. 13 shows (A) a first example in a tri-fold state, (B) a second example in a tri-fold state, (C) a first example in a four-fold state, and (D) a first example in a four-fold state. As shown in the example of FIG. 2, the front-rear notation 10 made up of the misalignment means is arranged so that at least one complete front-rear notation 10, 10 is positioned at least at the position of the upper surface 201 and the position of the lower surface 202 in the folded state. , 10... Are recommended. As a result, at least one complete front and rear notation 10 and 10 is located at the position to be the upper surface 201 and the position to be the lower surface 202 in the folded state, so that the product user glanced at the product in the folded state. It becomes possible to easily discriminate before and after.
[0034]
Further, in the example shown in FIG. 13B, the spread surface 203 that appears when the folded state is expanded to the use state has no front-rear notation, and the front-rear notation cannot be seen at a glance. Therefore, more preferably, as shown in FIGS. 13 (A), (C) and (D), at least one complete front-rear notation 10 is also located on the spread surface 203 that appears when opened from the folded state. It is preferable to do this. Thus, the front-rear notation 10 can be viewed at a glance even when the folded state is expanded to the use state.
[0035]
Further, as in the illustrated example, if there is no front-rear notation that straddles the fold line portion 204, printing of notation that does not contribute to front-rear discrimination can be omitted, which brings the advantage of being easier for the user to see, For the manufacturer, there is an advantage that the printing cost can be reduced.
[0036]
<Experimental example relating to color>
As shown in Table 1, while changing the color difference between the color of the front and rear notation and the surrounding color, the sensory evaluation of the visibility of the front and rear notation (visibility, color combination, coolness, calmness, overall evaluation ) With 50 people. The sensory evaluation was performed in such a way that each person selected a color combination that felt best for each evaluation item. Table 2 shows the evaluation results. The evaluation results are shown by the number of people selected.
[0037]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004334780
[0038]
[Table 2]
Figure 0004334780
[0039]
(Consideration) In Examples 4 and 5 in which the color difference ΔE * ab is 100 or more, many people feel that visibility is good because they are not similar colors. However, since Example 4 is a combination of black and white, and Example 5 uses clear red for the front-rear notation, the refreshing feeling and the calm feeling are inferior, and the overall visibility is inferior. Furthermore, Example 1 combining tea-based colors and Example 3 combining similar colors close to different ones were also poor in coolness and calmness, so the overall evaluation was low.
[0040]
On the other hand, both Example 2 and Example 6 adopt a color combination of a * <0 and b * <0 in the L * a * b * color system, that is, a color combination between green and blue. Yes, the evaluation of coolness and calmness was remarkably high. In particular, in Example 2, the color difference ΔE * ab was also in the above-described desirable range, and thus the visibility evaluation was the highest. On the other hand, in Example 6, the L * value was high for both colors (light color) and the difference in brightness was small, so the visibility was poor.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the front and rear can be distinguished at a glance just before mounting, and the absorbent article is less likely to cause mounting errors.
