Abstract
【解決手段】
この発明の一実施の形態は、少なくとも地域毎の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを有した日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブル保持部と、受信チャンネルの地域設定情報に基づいて本装置が設置されている設置地域を判別する設置地域判別部と、前記設置地域の情報に基づいて、前記日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを参照し、前記設置地域の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻を特定する日中の開始時刻と終了時刻特定部と、前記特定された日中の開始時刻と終了時刻に基づいて、該当する時刻の前後を含めた時間帯で画質調整を行なう適応画質調整部とを有する。

Description
図5には、図1の装置の動作例を示している。この動作フローは、例えば定期的に起動される。起動するとまず設置地域判別部622から、設置地域情報を取得する(ステップSA1)。次に、月日及び時刻情報検出部625から月日及び時刻情報を取得して現在の時刻を判断する(ステップSA2)。次に、取得した設置地域情報と、月日及び時刻情報を利用して、日出/日没時刻テーブル保持部621の日出/日没時刻テーブルを参照し(ステップSA3)、現在時刻が日出の時間帯であるか、日没時間帯であるか、または日中であるか、または夜であるのかの判定を行なう(ステップSA4)。今、日没時間帯であったとすると、この時間帯のために予め設定している画質調整データを用いて画質調整を行ない(ステップSA5)、終了する(ステップSA6)。
Claims (7)
- デジタル映像信号が入力され、画質調整データに応じて前記デジタル映像信号を調整して画面の明るさを調整する映像処理部を有した放送受信装置において、
少なくとも地域毎の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを有した日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブル保持部と、
デジタル放送規定による地域の設定情報に基づいて本装置が設置されている設置地域を判別する設置地域判別部と、
前記設置地域の情報に基づいて、前記日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを参照し、前記設置地域の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻を特定する日中の開始時刻と終了時刻特定部と、
前記特定された日中の開始時刻と終了時刻に基づいて、前記開始時刻と終了時刻に到達する前の時間帯で次第に変化する前記画質調整データを出力し、前記開始時刻の前では前記画面を明方向へ、前記終了時刻の前では前記画面を暗方向へ調整する適応画質調整部と、
周囲の明るさを検出するセンサーと、
前記センサーの出力に応じて前記画質調整データを補正するセンサー出力利用部と、
を有することを特徴とする映像画質制御装置。 - 前記日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブル保持部は、地域毎の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを四季で分類して保持していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の映像画質制御装置。
- 前記日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブル保持部は、地域毎の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを月日で分類して保持していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の映像画質制御装置。
- 前記センサー出力利用部は、オフ状態またはオン状態に選択的に設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の映像画質制御装置。
- さらに、前記画質調整データを外部操作により強制的に補正可能な強制補正部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の映像画質制御装置。
- 制御部からの画質調整データにより映像処理部の映像信号を制御し、画面の明るさを調整する放送受信装置の制御方法において、前記制御部は
少なくとも地域毎の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを保持し、
デジタル放送規定による地域の設定情報に基づいて本装置が設置されている設置地域を判別し、
前記設置地域の情報に基づいて、前記日中の開始時刻と終了時刻テーブルを参照し、前記設置地域の日中の開始時刻と終了時刻を特定し、
前記特定された日中の開始時刻と終了時刻に基づいて、前記開始時刻と終了時刻に到達する前の時間帯で次第に変化する前記画質調整データを出力し、前記開始時刻の前では前記画面を明方向へ、前記終了時刻の前では前記画面を暗方向へ調整し、
装置の周囲の明るさを検出するセンサーの出力に応じて前記画質調整データを補正する
ことを特徴とする映像画質制御方法。 - さらに、前記画画質調整データを外部操作に応じて強制的に補正することを特徴とする請求項6記載の映像画質制御方法。
