Description
Claims (4)
- 固体燃料とその搬送気体である空気との混合流体を噴出する燃料ノズルと、前記燃料ノズルの外側に前記燃料ノズルを包囲するように配置された少なくとも1つの空気ノズルとを有し、少なくとも最外周に配置された前記空気ノズルの内周壁先端が外側に拡管されている固体燃料バーナにおいて、
少なくとも最外周に配置された前記空気ノズルの空気出口部分の内周壁と外周壁との間に空気の流れを外周方向に誘導する誘導部材を備え、前記誘導部材の上流側に空気ノズルの外周壁の径が最も狭まったスロート部と平行になるように形成された整流部材を備え、前記整流部材は前記誘導部材と連続するように配設すると共に、前記整流部材の長さは前記空気ノズルのスロート部の長さの半分以下となるように形成したことを特徴とする固体燃料バーナ。 - 請求項1に記載の固体燃料バーナにおいて、最外周に配置された前記空気ノズルは、上流側から順次にバーナ中心軸に向かって空気が径方向に流れる流路部分と、バーナの軸方向に空気が流れる流路部分と、前記誘導部材およびノズル内周壁先端に設けられた拡管部により空気が外周方向に誘導されて噴出する部分とから形成されていることを特徴とする固体燃料バーナ。
- 請求項1に記載の固体燃料バーナにおいて、
前記誘導部材が空気流れ方向上流側の径が小さく、空気流れ方向下流側の径が大きい末広がりのコーン形状をしていることを特徴とする固体燃料バーナ。 - 請求項1に記載の固体燃料バーナにおいて、
前記誘導部材は複数個の支持板によって前記空気ノズルの内周壁に固定されていることを特徴とする固体燃料バーナ。
