また、フィルム20としてヒートシール可能な共押出OPPフィルムを用いてもよい。
以下の手順で図1〜3に示すような半生菓子包装体60を製造した。
上包み包装フィルム50として、ヒートシーラブルOPP35μmを用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして実施例2の半生菓子包装体を製造した。
紙容器40へエタノール水溶液の噴霧を行なわなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして比較例1の半生菓子包装体を製造した。

実施例1、2、比較例1、2の半生菓子包装体を20℃に保存して、上包み包装フィルム50内のエタノール濃度の経時変化を測定した。その結果を表1にまとめて示す。なお、包装直後の上包み包装フィルム50内のエタノール濃度は33%(計算値)であった。

Claims (3)
- 水分活性0.60〜0.90であって、かつ、エタノールが添加された半生菓子をフィルムで包装してなる粒包装体と、複数の前記粒包装体を収容する紙容器と、この紙容器全体を上包み包装する30℃におけるエタノール透過度が5g/m 2 ・day以下のフィルムとを備えた半生菓子包装体であって、前記紙容器にエタノールが含浸されていることを特徴とする半生菓子包装体。
- 前記上包み包装フィルム内の20℃における気中エタノール濃度が0.3体積%以上である請求項1に記載の半生菓子包装体。
- 前記粒包装体がピロー包装体である請求項1又は2に記載の半生菓子包装体。
